I purchased a £83.00 Zyxel NSA360 NAS box from dabs.com on the 18th November. I did not pay extra for the express delivery and instead went for the cheapest option. What a surprise when Royal Mail delivered it recorded only 2 days after ordering.
I had been having problems with the unit for a week and after lots of testing I decided the box must be faulty so I emailed dabs.com. Lauren got back to me within 24 hours and offered a full refund and said I could return the item and they would reimburse me the postage or they would arrange collection.
As I browsed the web I found several people had similar problems and had different ways to fix the problem so I tried several options, some of which seemed to work so I kept the item. Over the Christmas period I never used the box but when I set it all up again in January I had the same problems again, so I contacted dabs. I expected the "You should have returned it to us" or "contact the manufacturer" but no. Lauren was sorry II was still having problems and has arranged for the item to be collected from me and is going to issue a full refund, not a credit like some on-line stores.
I fully intend to buy a replacement from dabs.com especially after the service I have had from them. Lauren in particular has been helpful, polite and quick to reply to my emails. I have no reservations about recommending dabs.com to anyone.
I too agree most people only leave reviews if something goes wrong
Update: My parcel was picked up on time. I was informed it had been received and within 3 days a full refund. I am about to reorder from Dabs.com Thanks for sorting this out Lauren and Dabs
I did order a new Zyxel NSA325v2 NAS box, and only paid for the cheapest delivery option, but it still arrived only 2 days from placing my order.
Once again well don Dabs 5***** service Highly Recommended
