I used to use dabs a lot about 5-10 years ago. They were generally good value, with good communications, and quick to despatch. I tried to order an Apple Time Capsule from them recently, and the order just sat in 'processing' mode for days. Understandable if they're out of stock; unforgivable if there are 4 in stock. I wasn't looking for fast delivery, but fast despatch and good communication should be the absolute least we should expect in 2014, and I'm sorry to say dabs.com are lacking. This, and a fault on the website that makes Mastercards show as 'American Express', which makes you wonder whether the delay is down to this, don't exactly inspire confidence in this once great online retailer. In the end I cancelled and have ordered from Amazon instead. It's a few pounds dearer, but at least I can trust Amazon's high level of customer service - something I used to be able to say about dabs.com, but not anymore.
What a shame.
