THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT THERE WAS A STOCK PROBLEM WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER SO WAS DISAPPOINTED TO RECEIVE AN E-MAIL TO SAY THERE WOULD BE A DELAY. WOULD LIKED TO HAVE RECEIVED A FURTHER E-MAIL TO SAY STOCK WAS IN AND ITEM WAS READY FOR DISPATCH RATHER THAN THE ONE I RECEIVED INFORMING ITEM WAS ON IT'S WAY, BECAUSE DELIVERY WAS DUE WHEN I WAS ON HOLIDAY, LUCKILY ITEM WAS DELIVERED THE DAY I RETURNED. OTHERWISE THE ITEM IS WHAT I ORDERED.

The particular range you have ordered from is not a normal stocked range, and as such all products are marked as, "Special Order Item," on our website, rather than, "In Stock."
The email we sent out to you after we received your order was to confirm the lead time from the supplier; I am sorry if this was not clear.
We are keen to get orders out as soon as we can, so when the stock arrived we sent it straight to you. An email is sent to notify you of the dispatch along with your tracking details but I appreciate if you were on holiday this is far from ideal.
You can certainly request that we contact you prior to dispatch if this is preferable, and we are more than happy to accommodate this.
