Meeting your expectations is our main priority and looking into your order this morning I can see that it was placed at 11pm on 27th May using our Standard Delivery Service. We quote that this service can take up to five working days for delivery. Your order was dispatched on the 31st May and DHL successfully delivered the parcel on the 3rd June, which was the fifth working day.
I am sorry if you were disappointed with this time frame as meeting your expectations is of paramount importance to us. For a quicker service I would recommend using our Next Working Day or Named Working Day delivery service should items be required sooner than five working days.
