professional, caring company, excellent service
I ordered two items, no charge was made for postage and packing. Goods arrived 3 days later. Very well packed and with two complimentary chocolates! The Company kept me fully advised as to progress of order. Excellent service would definitely recommend their services

A truly first class service from the moment of my initial enquiry through to delivery...and good value too.
My enquiry was for a replacement Vase for one which got broken during cleaning. Of course, it was not one of the run-of-the-mill flower vases but a beautiful Lalique piece treasured by my wife since I bought it for her birthday about 5 years ago. The website and on-line live chat had the problem sorted in very short order and I had the replacement at home within 3 days of first enquiring. The price was several hundred pounds cheaper than any store too so I couldn't have been happier. It was an insurance claim and their approval for me to buy from David Shuttle came very swiftly which is a vote of confidence in itself. Great service throughout. Thank you.

Brilliant service and prices
My nephew asked for Reidel Vignon glasses for his wedding present and I decided to buy 2 sets of 2 in both Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc. I was recommended to the David Shuttle site by my sister as she had bought them some last Christmas - obviously they like a drink or several!! The price was the best by far and so I ordered on-line - or at least I tried to. The site is easy to use but it did not like my card as it had not been enhance verified by MasterCard. I tried to do this but the HSBC site was down so I phoned up and ordered from a really pleasant girl who even apologized for the HSBC site being down - not her fault at all! I ordered on a Friday afternoon and could have had them on the Monday but it suited me to have the delivery on the Thursday - still pretty quick. They came so well packaged it was brilliant and even had a little box with a couple of chocolates in as a thank you for the order! I shall now buy a couple of relevant bottles and do some pretty gift wrapping. I would certainly use this company again - probably next time I need a gift for the happy couple.

Brilliant

Wonderful box

The website was easy to follow and had contact numbers and addresses, therefore I ordered the item I wanted on line and I received it within 3 days with a lovely letter and complimentary chocolates!!!! Goods arrived safely and very quickly

Let down by delivery.
Although your own service was good, the delivery left something to be desired. When one pays extra for next day delivery, it's a shame the delivery company doesn't make the required effort. I stayed in all day, only to find an "unable to deliver as you were out" postcard in my mail box, so had to take the time to go to the depot the following day to collect.

Naturally I am very disappointed to hear that DHL did not manage to deliver the shipment to you next day and wholeheartedly apologise for any inconvenience caused. DHL will redeliver free of charge on an subsequent day but I understand that you may have needed the package sooner.
When a "unable to deliver as you were out" postcard is placed in a mail box it means that the driver has physically been to the address but could not get a signature for the shipment.
We paid them for a next day service and we will certainly be speaking to our account manager to see what the problem was.

absolutley perfect

Bright and Beautiful

Superb service.
Everything about dealing David Shuttle was excellent. Easy to use website, good price, good communication, speedy delivery. The packaging was very good, using a recycled box but with a sticker on explaining the environmental aspect. After sales was great. Everything just as you'd want it to be. And very polite! At last a company with ethics.
Oh - there was even a little free box of two chocolates thanking us for our custom! Brilliant!

Fantastic and on time delivery
Ordered the product to gift to my wife on valentine day. It arrived on the day, and she is quite surprised and happy. Loved the crystal pendant. Only drawback is the delivery charges which is quite high. And there was no gift pack as well for which i have to spend another 5pounds if i wished for that.
Overall satisfied with product which made my day and my wife's as well.

No cracks in this company
I broke one of my mugs the other day and wanted to replace it as quickly as possible. I went on line and found that David Shuttle had just the one I wanted at a price lower than the retail price in most shops, so I ordered it there and then. It arrived two days later wrapped in such a way that if a tank had run over it it would still have been in one piece. All recycled material as well. Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone.
