No cracks in this company
I broke one of my mugs the other day and wanted to replace it as quickly as possible. I went on line and found that David Shuttle had just the one I wanted at a price lower than the retail price in most shops, so I ordered it there and then. It arrived two days later wrapped in such a way that if a tank had run over it it would still have been in one piece. All recycled material as well. Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone.

Good, fast service.... and lovely chocolates too! we
Easy to order, really liked the way of informing us when we were getting the delivery and sending out with the goods a little box of chocolates was a lovely surprise! We will be using you again for Emma Bridgewater items. Thank you!

Superb service, packaged well and delivered on time with a call to let me know when my delivery was going to take place.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery and good communication of progress on order.
My only gripe would be the value offered by the gift wrapping service - nicely wrapped but the actual paper and ribbon was of a much lower quality than I would have expected and I was pretty underwhelmed - ended up unwrapping and doing it again.

I am however sorry to hear you feel the wrapping paper and ribbon used was of a lower quality than expected. We source all our wrapping supplies from industry leading manufacturers and our team ensure all gift items are wrapped in suitable paper and to a set standard before leaving us. Brilliant service, again.
We have just received our second Swarovski figurine order. As before, the service was excellent. The website is easy to use and it's clear which items are in stock. It's good to be able to choose the delivery day, be able to track the order and receive it on time. Apart from that, the prices are better than others too! Would happily recommend.

Brilliant - really quick and very well packaged!
My order from David Shuttle was great - it arrived really quickly and I'm always a bit worried about ordering china but it was so well packaged, everything was in one piece and a couple of lovely complimentary chocolates as well!

First class service and products at an amazing price
I wanted to complete my collection of Emma Bridgewater crockery. I've been saving up and buying a bit at a time. I stumbled across this website and couldn't believe their prices. They were even cheaper than when the high street stores have their sales, and even cheaper than Emma Bridgewaters seconds shop! Because it was such a good price I ordered everything I needed in one go! It arrived super fast and really well packaged. It even arrived with a couple of chocolates tucked away for me to enjoy as I unwrapped my goodies! I was kept really well informed by email from a confirmation email to an email informing me that my goods were on their way! 10/10 service. 5*s I can highly recommend this company :)

Paid for next day delivery - 6 days later, still not arrived!

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide the highest level of service possible and naturally we are therefore disappointed that your delivery was not successful.
Looking into your tracking link below I can see that the shipment left us on time on the 31st January and they attempted delivery to you on Friday 1st February at 13.57pm but according to the information no one was in to sign for the parcel.

Since then the package has been on hold at your local service centre pending redelivery instructions. You should have received a missed delivery card at the delivery address with instructions on how to do this.

I have only shopped a couple of times with David Shuttle but on all occasions the transactions ran smoothly and I was delighted with my goods. I love Emma Bridgewater and to get it discounted always helps! All my packages arrived safely which is always a concern when ordering crockery. The small box of chocolates was a nice touch too. Well done and keep up the good work!

Exceptional service
These glasses were hard to find anywhere else and they look great. The delivery box was lovely and even had some thank you chocs which was a lovely touch - they obviously care.

Great products, great service
I've been buying Sabre cutlery for several years now - quite hard to find. A few shops stock selected pieces, but David Shuttle seems to have the whole range, which is brilliant. I needed a few extra bits and ordered them from the website - very quick delivery and as a nice surprise a couple of chocolates were sent too.

Excellent service and complimentary chocolates!
I ordered some lovely colourful Sabre cutlery from David Shuttle, having seen it in their Beaconsfield shop previously. On the website it says that they can supply all Sabre's products, which is a plus as I am fussy about which colours and designs I'm after and was quite specific in my requirements. I was a little disappointed to find that some of the items I wanted were out of stock - however, I WAS told this before placing my final order, which is fair enough. I went ahead, as I couldn't source the items from any other UK website and David Shuttle assured me that they would be sent to me as soon as they had come into stock. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they arrrived sooner than expected, well-packaged and with a complimentary duo of delicious hand-made chocolates! I have now decided I'd like some matching cake knives and wil be ordering from David Shuttle again. Excellent service.

Excellent completion of my order
I had not heard of David Shuttle, but when a glass ornament was broken during a house move, I searched for a replacement and found David Shuttle. I ordered the item on one day, and was amazed to receive an e-mail advising me the item would be delivered the next day. I can highly recommend David Shuttle from excellent and prompt service, and if I see another glass ornament I would like to add to my collection, I will definitely use this company again.

Brilliant, first class service
I ordered some Emma Bridgwater bits and pieces. Firstly, the items were very competitively priced. The order was processed very swiftly and I was dealt with in a very professional, friendly manner.
