A good company, providing an efficient service, who responded immediately to any enquiries I had regarding my order.
A reassuring company to use as they responded quickly to any email enquiries and didn't take any monies until the order was complete. I.was also able to purchase current , rather than discontinued, catalogue items.

Brill Company, truly spectacular
If you are looking for Swarovski pieces please use David Shuttle. The service is truly spectacular, super fast delivery, well packaged and supper customer service. I will use them again for deffinate as the piece which i bought was £20 dearin the the Swarovski shop.

Friendly cooperative and efficient
We were delighted to find the goods we wanted so quickly; arrangements were good and delivery once organised was very quick. There were problems (one of the items was broken in transit )but that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There is some inconsistency between the down to earth, friendly advice offered on the phone and the official instructions but overall we were very pleased to have our part order delivered with the minimum of fuss and look forward to the arrival of the rest. We would certainly shop there again.

Efficient and reliable
I have used David Shuttle a few times now to buy wine glasses and decanters. The service is always very efficient and faultless. I always feel as though care has been taken with my order and the little personal touches like the letter and chocolates that are delivered with the products is a nice touch. Fantastic customer service.
I experienced problems placing my order on the website so called and spoke to a representative. All my questions were answered and my order processed quickly and efficiently. I particularly liked the honesty with which I was dealt with - although stock of my item was expected before Christmas I was told that it may not be possible to fill my order until the New Year and given the option to proceed. Fortunately, my order did arrive in time and made Christmas for my mum.

Shopping Delight in a click of the mouse
After searching endlessly for a good price on the item I wanted i then found David Shuttle on the internet. Like so many other times i clicked on the website and then to my utter delight found my item at the very best price, better than all the "big boys".
So there and then I bought my item and even had a choice of delivery times and dates which suited me entirely as I do shift work. On the date of delivery i waited with excitement to get my goods. The box arrived packed with great attention to protecting the fragile item and then an added bonus of a little box of chocolates. How fantastic was the whole experience. WELL DONE DAVID SHUTTLE - A CONSUMERS DELIGHT.

Brilliant on-line seller
David Shuttle combine old style customer service to modern standards of on-line shopping (ie quick and efficient, good website photo's etc) I had thought losing friendly and professional service was the price to lose for the convenience of on-line shopping but David Shuttle has shown that it can be done. Hello I"m from Azerbaijan and it was the first time I ordered from this site.My English is poor but I want to write something.There was some problem with my payment transaction,but soon the problem was sold by the help of costume service.Just today I've received my parcel.I was told that I would get it on 7 January but I get it 5 days later. At first I was worried maybe something was wrong But then I became patient to this matter.Because it was an international shipment.Sometimes the delayed shipment happens.So I've received my circle pendant just few hours ago.It is the same as it was described.Now it is on my neck. I'm very satisfied.There were also some chocolates in my parcel.Thanks for them.I advise everyone to do shopping from this site. Bye.
