Don't buy
Luckily I paid through Paypal, and after they investigated I got a full refund. The company themselves didn't respond to any question about delivery dates. The order showed as "pending" for weeks.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!
I ordered a battery charger for an old camcorder. After several emails, it arrived after 4 WEEKS!! No surprise to find it bore no resemblence to the one I ordered! I have now been emailing for the past 3 weeks to try and get either my money back, or the correct one!
I am beginning to think this is actually an offshore scam!!
They buy a load of absolutely useless chargers, get in £10 for each one, and hope that most people give up chasing them. They're possibly right!
Even Im beginning to think i'll give in!

do not trust this company
I placed an order over a month ago for a charger, the money was taken from my account, i have not recieved the order and i have sent 3 e-mails to date and as of yet had no reply. Please avoid this company and dont get ripped off like so many of us have

Would not recommend this company
I ordered a charger from this company, they sent a charger but wasn`t what i ordered, sent emails, eventually getting Ruth J saying she would send correct one, still waiting. Now opened dispute via paypal, hopefully get some satisfaction or my money back. Using paypal helps as all payments are protected.

Shop somewhere else
I placed and order on 26th Feb 2012 for charger and battery for Canon Camera. They took my money straight away but almost six weeks on the order has not been supplied in full. They have not responded to many of my emails. I got an email from Ruth J saying sorry I may have to open a box and sent you the item.........but then nothing happens.
I am still waiting....
My advice:
*STAY AWAY - DO NOT BUY FROM DC-BATTERY
*THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU MAY NOT GET THE ORDER
*MY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.
*DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME.

Not to be trusted
Ordered 30 panasonic batteries in November last year. As it turns out paid over the odds and still not received goods or money back.

Cannot bias my confidence from those reviews
items arrived well before the stated delivery date and they were in perfect condition. The 2 covers were inside a sturdy cardboard box, which protected them from being damaged during delivery. The covers themselves are outstanding!! Perfect fit and extremely good looking! Happy customer here.

Arrived on time (during a snow storm)!
Documentation has several minor problems, but it did not slow me down. USB capture speed looks good. Only more testing will really tell.

Arrive on time with fast delivery from amazon
Fast delivery I don't care where it sent from. The quality of the charger is average but for the price you can not expect the quality of the product. Works perfectly, to see the long term.

All's well that end's well
I ordered 2 batteries for a Canon camera. The price was very good and they arrived, well packed, posted in Dunfermline. It took about 10 days but it was just before Christmas, so that isn't surprising. I was a bit worried when I found no phone number on their web site and then I read this website and nearly gave up hope! But all's well that end's well.

Scam - thieves
I partly went through the order process and was just about to change my mind when the phone rang, it was dc batteries saying they were in Doncaster and would process the order a.s.a.p. I ordered through them and have not been able to contact anyone since. the batteries I ordered were for timers in two old persons houses.
I will go down the line of reporting the theft via the OFT but if anyone reads this do not use these people.
I wish I could rate them zero.

Scam Artists
Ordered a battery weeks ago & no sign of it. Payment went out of my account the next day. I've sent them about 10 emails & I get the automated response saying someone will contact me but no one ever does. I've asked for a refund but have not received it.
I've now reported them to the Office of Fair Trading as this company needs to be looked into. Don't use them.

Theft
Do not use this company. cannot believe I used this company for the first time without checking them out.
They did not deliver my item - did not reply to the messages on their site - no telephone number or any contact details available.

Don't use them
Ordered two batteries that arrived relatively promptly (in very confusing Amazon packaging). Problem was that they were the wrong items. Contacted DC Battery customer support by e-mail and received a "we'll get someone to help you" response after a few days, not the one working day suggested on the website. Since then nothing at all, so I'm left with two useless batteries. Thankfully they weren't expensive, so I'll put it down to experience.
I strongly recommend you don't use these people. Any vendor can make a mistake - it's how they subsequently deal with it sorts good service from bad.

dc-battery - do not deal with them!
Ordered 1 month ago on so-called 5 day delivery. They have never replied to my emails, which they promise to within 24 hours. Now raised to a complaint with PayPal and had to but batteries from Amazon - which arrived promptly. They did respond once after PayPal contacted them, and they said that batteries would arrive within a few days - needless to say they never did. Will be reporting them to trading standards office.

AVOID
I ordered a battery & charger for my camera on 13 July ready for my holiday on 5th August, nothing arrived so I contacted the company several times without any luck. I then started a dispute through PayPal and ended up buying the items from another company.
Today the items have arrived (4th August) in Amazon packaging!!
I will not be buying anymore products from them again.
The service is rubbish and so is there customer service.

Beware of Rip-Off!
I placed an order for a phone charger 4 weeks ago. Nothing has happened with it (except the company was quick to charge my credit card). I have sent 2 questions and received no answers. Surely this company should be avoided at any cost.

BEWARE - cheap but not cheerful !
As others have said, I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. This company is based in Hong Kong and although cheap the product received was faulty and did not work. Strangely enough the item arrived in Amazon packaging with an Amazon order ID but Amazon have no record of such an order.. strange eh ?
Several emails later still no response from DC battery and so I have now requested a full refund from Paypal.
My advice, spend a little more and buy from a reputable company who have a proper customer service department or spend your money on an expensive coffee, you'll get more joy out of it !

Do not use this rip off Company with no customer service
I wish I had reviewed this company before using them I ordered a battery and charger for my Olympus camera and I am still waiting for them. I have sent 3 E-mails and am still waiting for a response I will never use this so called Company again and will advise all friends and family as well as all reading this to do the same. Next stop is to contact PayPal and inform them of problems

Poor
I ordered 3 Canon NB-5L batteries from this company before looking at the reviews.
After three e-mails with no response other than automated I became concerned that my order, like so many others, would not arrive. Because I needed the batteries for a holiday trip within the next week I ordered 2 batteries from a company that I’ve used before, www.digitalmediastore.co.uk This company was more expensive but at least I knew they would deliver on time. Within 3 days the 2 batteries arrived and also the other 3 batteries. DC batteries had taken 14 days to arrive but at least they did arrive so I’m pleased with the end result but I will probably not use this company again just because of the bad reviews, lack of response to e-mails and delivery time.

This company is NOT recommended.
I wish I'd seen the reviews of this company before I ordered 3 items.
2 arrived from Hong Kong after a long wait of 16 days. When I enquired about the third item I got an automatic email response that they would reply within 1 business day, which they didn't. Two subsequent reminders over a further 4 weeks yielded no response either.
The impression is that they just don't do customer service. My recommendation is that you don't risk your money with this lot. They might be cheap if you get your goods but very expensive if you don't.
They might think that they can turn a blind eye to this type of fraud as there will always be more suckers out there to send them money. Well it won't be me, and if you're smart it won't be you either.

Odered a Power supply and 8 GB HDHC card and it arrived in 19 days. So, a bit slow but it came. If I had read the reviews before ordering I probably wouldn't have ordered from them. In the end I am pleased with the result but they clearly need to review their customer service and response.

Lost my order & did not supply
I raised my order and then followed through 2 weeks later to find they had forgotten to contact me to tell me that out of stock and wont be available for a couple of weeks. I chose to wait. I was later asked When did a "need" the item. When I replied asap, I was told that the revised delivery period could not be guaranteed. At that time I then checked for reviews and based on this site, I issued a PAYPAL claim. Upon issuing a PAYPAL claim, I did receive a swift refund.

This was a great transaction. I had just gotten my Ipad and wanted to protect it with the ipad case. Found this seller and ordered it from them. Wow, it was at my house in no time!!! Great transaction, good price, great alround seller!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with this fraudulent company. My money was taken immediately but the batteries never arrived. I sent several emails to the company but never had a reply. I finally discovered that they are based in Hong Kong and not UK. This is a disgraceful situation and the company should not be allowed to trade. I was reimbursed by my credit card company for the purchase but we all pay for these losses eventually.

No problem purchase with them
I placed few orders to buy batteries which is fast delivery to my address. The customer service can't say it is good but fair for me. They have stated some products will be taken longer for delivery and some is excellent fast. But price is cheap anyway.

Rip off fraudulent company - AVOID AVOID AVOID
Same as everyone else on here, my order has resulted in no goods arriving (I am in New Zealand). No emails answered. Phone always on answerphone. I have today sought legal advice and intending to take action against this company. Have also informed Police. Pursuing dispute claim through bank and paypal (have been told that as paypal processed the payment I will get a refund). This company (of should i say "bunch of criminals" ) responded to me when I complained with threat of legal action that they would issue a refund (email from 'Bella' who - surprise surprise - answers emails across the world) and, surprise surprise, no refund. I am so hacked off about this I intend to dedicate every bit of spare time I have at the moment to inform web users of these sharks.

Do not buy from this so called company
I purchased a battery from this company to only find out that they are based in Honk Kong .So when battery arrived in Ireland it was stopped by customs and i have to pay vat and postage to customs .If I had knowing it was cumming from Hong Kong I would not have purchased it.When I sent them a mail no reply from them .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Wish I had checked this website before ordering.

Got what I wanted - after a follow up
My experience was pretty good overall, but not without its issues. The Pentax battery I ordered did not arrive, although the PayPal payment had gone through. Unlike my normal practice, I did not review this company before placing an order. I found this forum only after I became concerned. I went back to the site and found that my battery order was still in the Shopping Cart, as if no payment had been made. Following the advice provided here, I immediately lodged an incident report with PayPal. I emailed the company, and I DID receive a courteous and apologetic reply. The product then arrived promptly (from Hong Kong). It is the right product, and it charged fully, and the camera accepts it (an issue potentially with non-original batteries). My experience was ok. Given all the heartache expressed in this forum, I probably wouldn't go back to them, but on this occasion I'm giving them four stars.

Order not received from dc-battery
I wish that I had seen all the problems that others were having with this company before I placed my order. It will make me investigate unknown companies further before placing on-line orders. You cannot contact them and you only get computer generated responses that say they will contact you within 24hours and obviously they dont!!

Slow delivery - no customer service
Ordered a power supply for a camera. Was told it had dispatched on 26 January. After ten working days I contacted them to say it hadn't arrived. As others have discovered I had no response apart from the automated message. As of Feb 20th -l no product.
Updated Feb 24 - package arrived today. As other reviewers have said it cam from Hong Kong - nice stamps anyone? It was what I ordered. But no customer contact about delivery times still sucks.
Wish I had checked this website before ordering.

Received half of my order
I received half of my order (items are not perfect as pluging the USB cables to my iphone is very tricky) within a week with a sticker saying the other half should follow... It has been 3 weeks and nothing came and the company didn't reply to any of my emails...

hopeless
having ordered a camera battery that arrived promply i found i'd erred in choosing a fugi item instead of a casion(same ref.number)
i advised DC of my error who responded with an automated reply saying i would be contacted with in 24hrs. Well they didn't.
under the distance selling rules i was entitled to return the item. I wasn't asking for a refund and would have happily paid post and packing .
