It takes more than 20 working days to receive the package. I was waiting for mine for more than 3 months. I complained,and the person who deals with customers` complaints was really kind and professional. I got the thing I ordered in two-week`s time.I will buy some other things, and hopefully, this time the service will be better.
I buy in the store for six months. Comfortable interface. Love the free shipping with track number. Although the prices might be more democratic. Over the whole period of cooperation with this store I have no problems, only problems with the "Mail of Russia"
From September 20013 began working with DealExtreme. Prices are low, the Quality is excellent, shipping - excellent. Managed to come across with the return of the operation went well, quickly. Technical support at the height react quickly and with understanding.
I know DX for several years and recommended them to my friends and family. One must double check the prices since in some cases local shops may carry the same products for same prices or even lower.
All in all - this is a great site for small stuff.
Products poorly packed and thus damaged during shipment.
I asked for a refund. But after 5 days I received no reply!!

Great prices, great products, great shipping, great staff, everything is just perfect, you cant lose on this website, they arrange replacement, refund or a store credit if your package is lost after they check with the post office. i would recommend this company to anyone.

It's the best place to order cheap stuff on the net! I have ordered a lot of stuff from them in the last 5 years and I never had any problems. Sometimes, the shipping can be slow but it's free so I can't really complaint. They have the best customer service that i've seen.
I'm very satisfied with this website and i always buy stuff i need from here, especially electronic stuff. The prices are LOW, the shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE, the staff are EXCELLENT people. The shipping process can be a little slow, but that's not DealExtreme's fault, and if a package is ever lost, they arrange refund or they resend it or they give you store credit, after they check on with the post offices. The staff are ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. They reply fast and they are very understandable, and you can even live chat when an agent is online, which is +1.

At the beginning I was sceptic about the order, the shipment and especially about the money. But it came out that there was no need of worrying at all. Everything came in time, in order, in other words perfectly. And even if there are any problems with the shipping (time or damage) they solve them immediately!
I will continue shopping on this site because I'm very satisfied and I'll recommend this to everyone I know.
Will I love DX , they have thousands of products , the shipping is free , yes it takes about a month to get here , but it's FREE , what else could you want , they are slow in support maybe a couple of days or even more sometimes , but when they answer back they solve all your problems instantly , the have great refund and return policy , nothing get lost with them and you never lose your money , so they are very safe , I made about ten purchases with them , all success with no problems , except one where the item was out of stock , I asked for cancelation and they refunded me the money within 24 hours , I will be buying from them again for sure
Deal extreme is the worst retail website I ever used. They didn't respect their commitment on deliveries date, they are incapable to give an estimation date. Worst they have an Expedited mode for an extra 20$ that is useless ! So useless the customer service admitted it during a chat session.
Their customer service is scornful and their only answer is "You have to wait." and "It will be there soon."
My advice never order on this website.
I'm very pleased with dx.com. They have good products with fair prices that reflect perfectly their quality. Never have I found and lies or missdirections in their descriptions. The prices are low, the shippment is free... what could you want more?
My first item was lost on transit and they DXteam didn't waste time to replace fast.
Their customer services are very nice and supportive. They also very fast in response.
Am really satisfied with their services and I can recommend them anytime to anybody.
