There was an incident with the breakdown device. The third time refused to turn on. Please contact support (posted vidio and photo). I thought I'd be asked to send a broken item. No - send me a new one.

Very good quality items, and very good prices at all, in some cases three times lower then same quality item in my country, but..... Not any guarantee that order will come in some normal time. Sometimes it is two weeks, sometimes two months and sometimes.. never... Very good quality communication at all.

Have ordered from DX before with only one issue (faulty USB Hub), was relatively pleased until my last order. Purchase price was instantly charged to my credit card but the product never arrived. Every time I contacted customer service they didn't seem to have any idea where my shipment was or when it would arrive, they just told me to wait longer. After months of waiting I was told to submit an incident ticket and after waiting some more I am told the carrier couldn't deliver it and they were going to charge me $10 for the delivery return. They didn't provide any reason why the carrier didn't deliver it and there is nothing I can do about the charge.
I never understand companies who piss off customers for such small amounts. I was already planning on ordering more product but being treated like this guarantees I will NEVER buy from them again.

Bought an item the 4 of September and it is still not delivered ere two mounts later.
DealExtrem shows there EXTREME SAD SERVICE, and just ask me to be patient, but I bought the item because I should use it. They have no intension of a redelivery. The just ask me to be more patient.
Now I have to accept the item as lost and ask my bank redraw the payment.
Last time I buy anything there
I have been a loyal customer with DX since year 2011 and recently in early Oct 2013, I raised a ticket for enquiry that I did not receive my item which was ordered 2 to 3 months ago. This is the first time that I did not receive my item despite that I have previously made about 20 transactions with about 100 items with DX. The staff immediately replied and offered to resend the item at no extra cost which they also gave me an option to add extra $$$ for registered mail. I declined to add extra $$$ because the item cost abt USD $5 which is rather not worth it. I must say that some items quality was low but in the event of damaged, DX will verified and they also cover both way shipping within 90 days which was great. My overall shopping with DX was great.
I love DX. If you need something that you have no clue where to buy, you can always find it on dx.com...
Sometimes you get the quality you pay for, but most of the times I get really surpriced of the different products I get.
One really positive thing is the free freight. in Denmark we don't have to pay tax from foreign shipmens as long as the total price from goods and shipment is not exceeding 80 dkk (aprox $14). With DX we still have alot of oppotunites to buy products, and most of them are ALOT cheaper than in Denmark.
I am extremely satisfied with dx. The prices are great, I have already ordered more than 5 times and never had a problem. The staff reacts to my changes of the orders promptly (within 48 hours - as they advertise) and I was always happy with the next best option since it compared well with the original.
There are minor glitches, of course - but honestly, NO ONE performs at 100%... To enumerate, in one case the picture did not match the product and the shipping time and overall time-to-deliver is a bit long - but those bargains are definitely worth waiting for!
My first experience. Twice shipped me used device with damage and non functionality as is. They did credit balance in my account - not to Paypal and not full amount.
But if I have TWICE bad experience what kind of idea to continue with dx? Just lost money. It's really fraud.

Unless you are buying something that is not fragile in any way, and you have weeks to wait for arrival DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered some simple electronic parts, they were shipped in a thin envelope, not box, no padding - arrived unusable, bent, functionless. I was able to get them to send replacements, which were shipped in the same form of package, and identically damaged... never again.
I've bought from Deal Extreme for over 2 years now. My items usually arrive within 1 month, sometimes more, but at the prices they have, I can afford to wait longer. I have only ever had 1 item be defective, and I was promptly given a replacement. I recommend DX to all my friends.
I´ll start by saying I am a satisfied customer from DX since 2009 and I keep spending a fraction of my salary in their products. The web page is confortable and a broad varaiaty of products is offered. In my experience the customer service is good and they have always solved all problem. The average price for the products offered is cheep. You may find the same products on ebay for the same price but never with the free shipping DX offers. The only drawback is the waiting. I live in south america and for me is one month of waiting. On the other hand after a month you receive a surprise is almost like a gift from your past self, jeje
