Fantastic price, 1st class service & delivery.

Ordered goods & received a call advising only 2 items were in stock & the other 2 would need to be ordered, I was given the option for 2 items in stock to be delivered immediately whilst the out of stock items were ordered or I could cancel my order. I opted to wait & have the 4 items delivered at the same time....received an e-mail advising me stock had been delivered to the warehouse, the delivery company then telephoned & arranged delivery day/time.

OK till something goes wrong.

I ordered an Elica cooker hood on 2/01/12,the order was acknowledged promptly and a date given for delivery from the manufacturer. Delivery on 9/01/12, as promised and on time -so far so good. Unfortunately when unpacked the unit was damaged, and, as the packing was in good order it must hav been packed in that condition. I reported this by email, with supporting photo, to deals4u within 1hour of receipt.I received no acknowledgement of this email,and followed-up the next day with a request for contact.On the following day(11/01/12), I received an email saying that my email had been forwarded to the manufacturer, followed later by another email saying there were no more hoods in the country, and I must await new supplies from Italy the following week.
During the following weeks I had to send several further emails chasing the situation, each time being told "they will arrive next week'. Finally made telephone call to Elica, and given the excuse that the factory had been closed for a month due to snow!! Followed this up with call to deals4u requesting they chase and confirm a definite delivery date. On this occasion a date was given, this was subsequently confirmed by Elica, and delivery occurred on 29/02/12 - some 8 weeks after order.
On no occasion were deals4u proactive in chasing this for me, and every prompt was originated by me; further deals4u have made no attempt at contact to check if delivery has been received and in satisfactory condition.
They are effective and efficient in the first instance, BUT, when things go awry they appear to have no protocols or inclination to deal with it.
They may be competitive on price, but need to recognise that customer service is equally important.

Ordered tumble dryer from this company.Very pleased with the dryer at this amazingly low price.I had emails to tell me when to expect delivery,also phoned with a query,phone was answered instantly,a very pleasant lady gave me the info I needed.
The delivery driver phoned the day before to give me a delivery time slot 7am to 9am,he arrived 7.15am.
Completly hassle free from ordering to delivery.

Excellent Service and Quick Delivery

Our washing machine had started to leak so definitely time to get a new one! A quick bit of research online and we found the model we were looking for, from the Bosch WAE range.

After that, it was a case of finding the best price and the quickest delivery. We came across the Deals4u site with a very good price and a quick phone call to them (very helpful on the phone) gave us a delivery time of 5 days - slightly longer than we wanted but the next competitor was significantly more expensive for a 3 day delivery.

We went ahead and placed the order and lo and behold, we received a phone call on the 3rd day from the delivery company to say that they could deliver it that day! So, we ended up getting the machine in an excellent timescale - and for a great price.

I would highly recommend Deals4u and will use them again for any other appliances I might need.

POOR SERVICE

I choose deals4u for my new white knight tumble dryer mainly due to the price and the good reviews but have been thoroughly disappointed with the service.
I received an email to say they would be in touch with delivery info but that never happened then after a week (i should have received it in under 7 days) they eventually replied to my email and said again they would be in touch about delivery next week.
It was only on Monday (2 days ago) when I contacted them and threatened to cancel my order if i didn't get a date within the hour that they actually phoned and said i would receive Wednesday (today) late morning.
Though at 9.30am it arrives in pouring rain and delivery man "can't step in the house" so leaves me to deal with it half in my porch. This was a right struggle and just lucky i was slim enough to be able to get round it and strong enough to at least move it into my passage. He would have only needed to put one foot in the porch just enough to place it over the step into the house. Thankfully it wasn't something heavier.
Do not recommend and will NOT BE USING AGAIN.
Wish i had paid the extra £10 and gone with someone else.

First time customer. I bought a White Knight Tumble Dryer last week. Item was cheaper than other stores, delivery time frame/day was given and this happened with no problems. No problems with the item/delivery. When I asked for a copy receipt, it was promptly posted out. Prompt response from Joanne in Customer Care by email regarding this. Would happily use again and fully reccomend.

I ordered a Polti 3000 lux steamer on the Thursday morning and expected it to be delivered by Saturday, unfortunately I had read the delivery wrong and waited in all day on the Saturday for it not to be delivered. I sent Deals4u and email asking why it had not been delivered and they quickly responded to my enquiry. Joanne from the customer service team stated it was 2 WORKING DAYS for delivery (my fault entirely). She added that she had tracked my order for me and it was on the van ready for delivery on the Monday. I couldn't thank her enough. I would definitely use Deals4u again.

First Class Service

I ordered a new Neff microwave to fit in a kitchen unit as a replacement for one which had failed after many years service. Price offered was excellent AND a 2 year guarantee. Promised delivery in 7 working days, it was. Arrived direct from manufacturer. Installed, up and running. Now eating baked potatoes again!

Rip-Off!!!

I ordered the Stoves 61EHDO 60cm Electric Double Oven with Ceramic Hob on 23 November 2010 was advised, after i had placed my order that delivery may take up to 2 weeks. Two weeks came and went and order delivery did not materialize. On enquiring about anticipated delivery, Deals4u informed me that the delivery company would phone me the next day to make sure i was in to take delivery - this didn't happen. It was just under a FURTHER TWO WEEKS that my order arrived - just as well i was at home at the time because no-one informed me that the delivery was arranged for that particular day. Upon initial inspection, the cooker looked as i expected; however, a few days later when the cooker was connected by my electrician (to whom i paid £30), i was horrified to notice that there was only one light on the back right-hand side of the main oven (a light was actually missing) and NO lights at all in the top oven - totally contrary to the advertised product details. There is supposed to be TWO SIDE LIGHTS in both the top and main ovens. I emailed Deals4u on 20 December and still had not received a response by evening of 21 December. Now, what am i supposed to do about cooking my Christmas dinner etc - i will not be keeping this sub-standard product, yet i need something to cook on; and not a word from Deals4u!!! - Atrocious!

Excellent Sevice

Found the item I had searched high and low for was stocked by deals4u. I ordered from the ebay web site and opted to pay by card as I do not have a paypal account. This method very confusing if one is not computer literate. I telephoned the company direct the following day and recieved my parcel less than 48 hours later. A brilliant service.

Excellent company

This was my first order from this company. Excellent communication and quick delivery. There was a hitch when the delivered item was found to have a fault. When I phoned Deals4u they were very helpful and friendly and arranged for the item to be picked up and replaced a few days later. No problems with the delivery on either occasion. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and I hope they continue to operate in the same way and not become difficult like some other companies. Very highly recommended.

This was a new company to me and I can only say that I cannot fault them. I ordered my washing machine on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday.
The communication was great. I had a call to arrange delivery and then a txt the day before to confirm a two hour slot. The delivery was a little late due to traffic but the driver kept me informed.


I would not hesitate to use this company again, and it was the cheapest on the internet and free delivery. Who could ask for more

Top notch company this one

Just had to tell you all about the great service I received from deals4u - the girls on the phones were really nice when I ordered and the prices are great.

Bought a tumble dryer on Monday and was told delivery within a week which seemed fair enough. Got a call on Tues to ask if I would like the dryer today, Thursday. Couldn't believe it and didn't think they would turn up to be honest.

Driver appeared this morning and couldn't have been nicer - what a really good way to do business. I will definitely use them again.

Slow Service

I have ordered a New World Oven NW70GSS On the 14th July 2010 but it hasn't arrive yet they said that it will be 10 - 12 delivery days but it been over 10 - 12 days delivery when would i get it delivered

Fantastic Service - Again!

The vacuum I ordered developed a fault and I was concerned what to do.
I needn't have worried - deals4u were excellent and really helpful and resolved my problem swiftly and without fuss.
I find most companies like to take your money but don't care about after service but these guys are really, really good. I have recommended them to many of my friends so I am glad they can be relied on!

My last 2 laptops have both been from Dell. I have had absolutely no problems with either of them. I have not had to speak to their customer services so unsure how they perform in this respect, but in terms of quality of product, I have no complaints whatsoever

Definately as good as it gets!

When I ordered my fridge Deals4U were the lowest price but it was out of stock everywhere. The offered to cancel the order at any time if I could get one from somewhere else. They kept me informed throughout, and it was delivered when they said it would be.
AOL prevented their e-mail confirmation from coming through (apparently a common problem) so they communicated by phone and letter instead.
I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I searched online to find the cheapest dyson dc14 animal vacuum cleaner. i found this one with deals4u.co.uk at £100 less than the next cheapest alternative and it included delivery so I duly ordered it. Then thought to myself maybe i should have researched the company a bit more, what if it's a rip off etc. no need to worry, the vac arrived with dhl less than 24 hours later. Amazing service, i am well impressed. would recommend to anyone.
