I bought a pair of trousers on line from them in May. They didn't fit so I tried to get a refund at their Bromley store. They said they were unable to refund them as they didn't stock the brand at the store. So I sent them back by post. Nearly three months later I still have not received a refund. I have have written to them several times but they have not replied or sent me an email. Very poor customer service for such a big company. I will not be using this company again.
