Decks are great, to start off they have a nice webstore that is easy to navigate and a wide range of decks and deck controllers, they even have lots of photos of decks! Gotta love a deck pic!!
I have purchased my deck controller from Decks, and a few other items. They have all been securely packaged and arrived safely. This is good as no one wants a busted deck to play with.
I will be using Decks again in the future and i recommend them as great supplier!
As the girlfriend of a DJ - I pretty much let the other half take care of all things audio...however, once deciding that I would buy him a nice pair of professional headphones, I was absolutely clueless as to where to start. I happened to stumble across Decks.co.uk on a google search and found their website extremely intuitive easy to use and navigate and the Description / Features very useful. It would benefit with a reviews section but other then that the website is great. Also, once ordering, their delivery service was fantastic. I was continuously kept up to date with the progress of my purchase, even down which member of staff was dealing with my request. I received my package in just 2 days. (free delivery!)
I also received a 10% discount code for any future purchases which was a nice touch.
I would 100% be using Decks again.
Ordered my item and the money was taken out the next day. A week later and still no contact to say if my item has been dispatched, out of stock or any contact of any kind.
Can't comment on the item itself as I have yet to receive it.
Placed an order for an item that was listed in stock on the website. Got a call to say that it wasn't in stock but was due in the next day. A week later and the money has been taken from my account but I don't have my order and have had to chase decks.co.uk to see what has happened. Have found out that there is still no stock with no clear indication when it will appear.
Can't rate highly enough.
I ordered on Saturday 23rd November, it is now Friday the 29th. While stating "next day delivery" I have yet to receive my order. Yesterday (thursday 28th) I phoned to see what was happening with my order and I was told that my card had failed security checks (even though full payment had left my account). Upon speaking with Lewis Corbin I was told i needed to send a photo of my card and proof of address. Within 10 minutes I had done this and was told my Lewes "it had all gone through" and that i would receive my item the next day. It is now Friday and after calling and speaking to Lewis he said he would phone up the courier DPD and see where my order is and said he would phone me back in 5 minutes. After waiting an hour i have just phoned up again and they have apologised, organised a saturday delivery for me, and given me a voucher for 10% off my next order. After taking two days off work to stay in to receive my order, and having to chase up Decks.co.uk to see the status of my order with no phone backs, i'm very unhappy with the service. If i was told it was going to take a whole week, i wouldn't feel the need to write a complaint but after being left in the dark on so many occasions, and have taken time off work, i feel i have no choice but to give a bad review.
I placed an order with Decks.co.uk on Friday morning by 10 am that day I had a email notification telling me that my order was being processed & when my delivery had been sent out & who the courier was. My delivery arrived on the following Monday as was stated I have ordered items in the past from decks.co.uk I am very happy with my purches & the service that I got. I will be ordering again from decks.co.uk in the near future.
Really impressed with the service I got from decks. I purchased headphones on line and from the minute the purchase was was complete I was kept informed wuth emails as to ehat was happening. Even more impressed the purchase was delivered by the next day with no charge. Was also kept upto date with the delivery by text. Would most definitely purchase and recommend to others.
Bought a dj controller for my son but had no idea what to get. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and made the decion easy. Have used decks.co.uk for several purchases and received a great service every time. One of the products ordered was out of stock, was called and offered an alternative or the choice to wait a week until back in stock.
Frist time i ordered something from here i ordered the wrong item but there was no problem they picked it up sent the right thing out all in 2 days. The next time my delivery was with me the next day. Fantastic service deff use them again very happy with all ive had
Goods arrived in perfect condition, exactly when they said they would, well packaged.
I'm a musician, not a DJ, and was searching for a synth/kb with full-size keys and an inbuilt vocoder. After checking it was in stock by 'phone, I ordered an Akai Miniak from Decks online. Decks kept me constantly informed of the process by email. It arrived in 24 hours as promised, very well packaged, and I was even able to track the delivery van online as it made its deliveries in Coventry.
Commercially their delivery company, is amazingly in business, despite having two vans doing the same round on the same day and splitting deliveries in half so you get two visits, not sure how that's viable.
Decks themselves seemed OK, they love sending emails like, thank you for your order, we have received your order, your order is now being packed, it will soon be sent, it is now despatched, it's on it's way, etc etc.
Products are fine. Will use them again if/when my normal supplier has not got the product I want.
... However, the keyboard didn't run on Windows 7. This is the fault of the manufacturers who advertise it running on all Windows OS after XP. My experience is it doesn't. Decks were supportive but Behringer did little to help.
Next day delivery and FREE.....and it was fun tracking the delivery driver with my package. No having to wait in all day for something that might be delivered.
Decks keep you informed by texts and so did the courier.
As for the purchase....it is a gift, and has not been opened yet. But I expect it will be just what I ordered.

Very swift delivery, had a few problems with the details on my card payment, but that was my fault not there's, and they were really good over the phone and it got sorted quickly, will be using them again shortly because I need some new lighting, would highly recommend.
I have been buying from Decks for about 16 years now. They are always helpful and professional in store, and the online service and delivery are all exemplary. I would unequivocally recommended them to anyone looking to purchase DJ equipment.
