Lovely product and excellent service
I had never fitted coving before but the product and instructions made it fairly straightforward. Looks great and I was spurred on to make a ceiling rose out of the off cuts.

Marvellous lightweight coving for the non-professional.
Ordered the coving one day received it the next. My wife and I fixed it ( and we have no experience and are both in our late sixties) just following the instructions on the packet in a couple of hours and it looks brilliant. We are both very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I don't usually bother with reviews but given the service I got from this company, they've earned it. First, they have a good website, easy to navigate, good product range and helpful information about installation. They have products in stock and use a an excellent delivery service. I received all of the stuff I need, nicely parcelled up within less than 24hrs. I'd have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them.

After an initial glitch with the arrangements they did everything possible to get both orders to be as fast as possible. The coving and skirting was so easy to fit I did it myself instead of getting our builder or decorator to do it. I'd buy again wen er I need something like this.

fudged order spotted by alert member of staff - disaster averted !
Excellent service. My online order was small but I was very impressed by its handling. Being a dunce I had ordered a tube of filler instead of adhesive to fix the ordered ceiling rose. This was spotted by an alert member of staff who kindly rang the following day to confirm my needs. He amended my mistake and the goods arrived the next day, and the task was done and dusted by nightfall.
I would definitely order again from this company.

Superb in delivery and product

Was a little dubious about ordering this type of product on-line but I need not have worried it arrived very quickly was well packaged and has gone up a treat would recommend to any older DIY folks like myself who don't want to struggle with plaster coving anymore.

A good online shopping experience
I have been doing several home improvements, and one of the last things I needed was an attractive skirting product which would be easy for me, as an amateur, to measure, cut and fit, whilst looking good as an end product. A friend recommended Decorative Coving , and when I visited their website, found a wide variety of products, a couple of which matched my needs exactly. The site also has lots of advice on tools needed (most of which I already had), and recommended adhesives, all at very reasonable prices. I ordered 18m of duropolymer skirting, along with adhesives directly from the website. The checkout is secure, and the process was quick and easy to complete confidently.
Best of all, I received the full order, in good condition and well-packed, the next working day.

Quality coving, fast delivery
I have used Davuka a few times now to fully re-cove and re-skirt the house that I am renovating. The products give a really high quality look and are easy to cut and install. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Delivery is always fast and the products are well packaged so arrive in excellent condition.

goods arrived as shown on website, very well packaged,and on day promised although it was an 8am to 6pm delivery which was slightly inconvenient,why the delivery driver couldnt phone to give some indication of delivery,goodness only knows! so because of this 4stars instead of 5.

We have used Davuka before and found them to be accurate and prompt in delivery. The coving itself is very light and easy to handle. Useful to order a mitre box though. Makes it easy to cut the angles required. The finished effect looks good. We would certainly recommend it.

Good value and excellent product
The coving pack I ordered turned out to be of very good quality. However, one of the four tubes of adhesive supplied, when opened from it's packaging, was damaged and unuseable. I managed to do the job on 3 tubes but would have been very frustrated if I had had to buy another tube of adhesive locally. Apart from that, I would definitely buy again when I do my next project.

Lack of bubble could have been trouble
Although my caption looks negative it’s not. really intended to be so. I’m very happy with both the service and quality of the product.
I was originally concerned about ordering such a delicate product through the post via a courier. The product however was exactly as described on the website and came in a box which protected the coving. There were a few dents on the coving but nothing to worry about. Had I of packed it for transit myself I’d of used either a box more closely matching the size of the contents , or more bubble wrap.
Will definitely use them again in the future.

Very Flexible!!!
I required the coving urgently, so I rang the company to ask for the flexible coving in stock (few days before christmas). I was given the list and purchased the coving in stock (straight and matching flexible coving). The delivey was next day and arrived before 10am the following day. I was apprehensive regarding the flexible coving for the curved wall I have. But surprisingly the coving was extremely flexible and was easily installed. Very pleased with the product and service. I would recommend.

first class service and product
Room coving set. Ordered mid-day, delivered before lunch next day. Well packaged and product is in excellent condition and easy to use. Long pieces needed an extra hand but only because my Victorian walls are definitely not straight! Had to put glue at 3mm from edge rather than the 6mm recommended due to uneven wall. Not the products fault of course!

Excellent quality coving

Expensive but excellent finish
Thought this was a good product but expensive. Easy to put up and very light to work with. Best coving I have used and looks great. On the down side, the recommended amount of adhesive was way over the top by 75% and the amount of joining glue is also far too much with a large expensive tube being the only option. Also, one piece was damaged around 18 inches from one end but i managed without using this bit. Standard delivery time was really good and when I discovered I had under ordered the company were really quick off the mark to get another piece out the same day. Overall an excellent product and I may buy for other rooms in the future. At least I'll have enough adhesives.

As for adhesive quantities it is very difficult to give accurate advice - some people use a lot less than our recommended application rate, and some people over apply (and who then end up having to order more). It also depends on the size of cornice, how much filling needs to be done and a host of other things. Unfortunately we can only give a best approximation guideline - but at least you won't have to order any more for your next installation!

Really good product, easy to put up and looks great.
I have used the product a number of times and the results are fab, it looks great. It is very sleek, so easy to put up and I recommend the use of the cutting block that can be purchased, it is well worth the money. Really impressed with the product and the company, i have used them every time.
