I have ordered several items from Decuisine and have found them to be an excellent company.Great quality items at reasonable prices.Fast delivery and being kept informed by email at every step of the order process.I would highly recommend them.
unacceptable conduct they take your money and charge you p&p and they don,t even bother to contact you to tell you they have gone out of business no goods no refund no apology well i hope you get done you cheating con merchants .
Have placed two orders with this company. Only part of the first order was delivered and I still await delivery of the second order. I have contacted them using their webform on 4 occasions and have had no response. I then tried to contact them using the telephone number on their website but was told that it was only answered between the hours of Monday to Friday 9.00am till 1.00pm - my call was made within this timescale but there was no answer or oportunity to leave a message and began to wonder if the company has gone into liquidation.
Whatever the situation, I am disgusted with them and would not recommend orders with being placed unless you are prepared to lose your money!
They are a fraudulent company.
I have submitted an order using the Decuisine. I did not get the goods and I have not had any answers about that order. My money was gone.

Order items on the 9th March, cancelled order as did not receive item and still awaiting refund despite phoning and emailing.
Currently writing them letter, as advised by Trading Standards.

I ordered goods from this website over three weeks ago. I had an automated email confirming my order on 6 March and my account was debited on 8 March. I have not received my goods and I have not heard anything from them. I have sent another email giving them a deadline by which I would like my money refunded, otherwise I will take further action against them. However, after reading the reviews below I am not feeling very encouraged. AVOID!
I ordered 2 Crepe Pans in January. About 2 weeks later I received one of them with a note to say that the other would arrive as soon as the delivery they were expecting arrived. I have written three time since then without a reply. I have just written again and if no reply will make a complaint to Trading Standards. BEWARE of parting with your cash!!!
Ordered an item online, no response, sent query through their online form - no response, sent 2nd query - no response, sent 3rd query - had an e-mail saying it would be in stock the next week. 2 weeks later - still no response or delivery.
This happened before but I was hoping it was an isolated incident, obviously no so!
How I wish I had read the reviews on this website before placing an order again!
I ordered and was sent a cooks blowtorch. However it was not boxed, had the wrong instruction booklet and was tarnished. Obviously it had already been returned. When I tried to fill it with gas it leaked. No response from DeCuisine when I emailed and phoning just went to answer-phone, Luckily I ordered through Google checkout and they gave me a refund. However, they now refuse to take orders for DeCuisine. I guess they have had enough as well.

Do not buy anything from this company. I placed an order at the beginning of January. I received the smallest item within a week and have been waiting ever since for the balance of the order. They took all my money immediately. Mike has telephoned me twice assuring me that my order was on its way but nothing happened. I have asked for my money to be refunded but - surprise - no refund has been received. Mike was extremely pleasant and told me that the company was a family business with just Mike, his son and his wife. Obviously very practiced in reassuring irate customers and possibly suppliers.
Placed order on 24/02/12, product shown as in stock, still waiting.
Had one response 5/3/12 to a number of contacts, with a lame excuse, stating waiting for new stock.
I don't believe their Order Tracking option actually works and their online complaint/contact us option does not provide the buyer with any record of your contacts
Sent the following to them today 10/03/12
"Please refund my money, after reading some of the online reviews of your company i don't trust you to ever complete this order.
I will be sending a letter of complaint to Trading standards."
Ordered a product in early January 2012 - never received it and never got any replies to my queries on their automated order response form. Rang the owner Mike in early February. He apologised, said he had supplier problems, promised to check and ring me or email me. He never did. Rang him again and he started complaining that he couldn't cope with his business and was slumped over his computer at nights because he was so tired!! Promised to send my a cheque refund for my purchase that same evening. That was two weeks ago and still haven't received the refund. Phone often engaged. Looks like I will have to resort to legal means to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Nick A, Northamptonshire, England

After finding the product I wanted to buy, I placed an order. The mercendice was shipped the nex day. Really fast! Thanks Mike for the excellent and fast service. Next time I need something for my kitchen, this is the place I will buy it from.
I ordered a 6" panettone tin from this company, which beat Amazons price (inc p&p) by £2 - It's not often the case. The postal costs were extremely reasonable at £1.99 and the goods were very well packed and arrived in good time. Communication was good, and I was notified when the goods had been despatched. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
(my first Panettone bake with this item was fairly succesfull, just need to tweak the cooking time)
I have just used Decuisine for the first time and was impressed by the speed of deivery of my order and how the company kept me informed, especially as the delivery address was to my wife's place of work.
I don't understand why there are bad reviews about this company, I will certainly use them again.
As my dealings with the company have been 1st class, and if you get to speak with Mike Wheale he is very helpful over the phone and will fully explain anything you want to know even though it may only cost a couple of pounds. I have also received the goods quickly and well packaged.
I dont trust these these review sites as highlighted recently by trip adviser but if on Ebay I have generally found the feedback to be valuable - Dave Garnham, Peterston super Ely, Cardiff

No Stars! I ordered two items at beg December. Was not informed of "out of stock" at time of order of one of the items. I was sent, very late, one item . Have emailed several times, with no response at all re the missing item. I warned them that I would put such a posting as this if they did not respond. I waited. I am still waiting.
Would not recommend this company AT ALL. Card company aware and vigilant.
I ordered from DeCuisine.co.uk and was very happy with the service provided.
I ordered on a Bank Holiday (a Monday) and it was shipped on the Wednesday. Product was good and as described on the website. Packaging was good too, as was the communication from the website.

I ordered a pair of mugs from Decuisine because they were the only company that actually had the type of mugs that I was looking for in-stock (and they were at a much more reasonable price that the others!). Email communications were great; the mugs arrived promptly; were well packed; and I was especially pleased with the quality of them. I would be very pleased to order from Decuisine again and happily recommend them to others.
An English relative fell in love with our Onion Goggles while vacationing here in Canada, and so we decided to send them as a gift for Christmas. Not as simple as it seemed because no one had the ones we wanted in stock or could deliver on time for Christmas. But luckily, I found Decuisine on the internet and in short time, the Onion Goggles -- which look quite funny but actually WORK to keep the tears at bay -- were delivered to our relative.
I was a bit hesitant at first to order, because I was not familiar with the company but it turned out to be a completely successful transation. The Onion Goggles were delivered on time for Christmas and
I was very grateful. I would definitely order from Decuisione again.
I ordered fondue forks, which I was totally unable to source in any retail outlet (very 80s!), and at a great price. To offset the postage I added some other useful kitchen utensils. All arrived promptly, as described with no problems whatsoever.
