DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

These people are scammers. I ordered over a month ago, no item, no refund, all emails ignored expect the first one I sent them asking about expected delivery time..the response was- "Dear customer, We have received your order which will be processed first thing on Monday morning, therefore it should be delivered to you Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest." Which of course was a complete and utter lie.

Am in the process of reporting to Trading Standards and trying to get my money back via the Small Claims Court.

If you have been scammed by these crooks, please report them to Trading Standards and help shut them down for good.

Nice people and nice service.

I found them through Google, was initially very impressed with the range and the fact that the search feature worked, although did find myself scrolling through pages and pages of random stuff before finding what i searched for. Decent treatment from them, nothing flash but will shop again.

Please report any issues to Trading Standards

Our local Trading Standards told us "Westminster Trading Standards do not have sufficient evidence of any specific offences at this stage to use their powers to find out where the mail is being forwarded to." so make sure you all compain to Westminster Trading Standarxds so they can gather enough evidence to go after these guys!

This is a scam

Convincing looking website but you are asked to pay by bankers draft so no help from your bank when things go wrong. Almost no communication. Westminster Trading Standards have been informed about this company and I am looking to make a claim in the County Court to try and get my money back but will probably just throw good money after bad. Steer well clear of these people.

Do Not Use

I am still waiting for my office software, it was ordered on the 19th Feb 2013, it is now 26th March 2013 and no sign from this company.

I have emailed and no response, I have now asked for my money back.

Outstanding prices

After placing my order I came across some negative reviews, and became a little concerned that I was to be scammed. A faster delivery would have been better, but I only had to wait into the second week when the goods were delivered.

The item was an unboxed OEM product, but unused and fully functional.

Communications appear to be OK, but I did not get a reply to one email requesting progress.

I would consider buying from them again

The most disappointing shopping experience ever!

I have ordered a scanner on the 17th of February and other than an order acknowledgement email, I have not received any other correspondence. This is obviously a scam and I hope that something can be done in order to shut the company and help people affected by its activity. I have reported the company to my bank, action fraud police and I will soon submit a report to BBC watchdog. I would advise to all victims of the scam to take similar steps in order to close them down.

Unacceptably bad service and communication

I ordered a bluetooth keyboard from them a month ago. They sent a dispatch notification but the item never arrived. I've created a support ticket and emailed complaints@ but not heard a thing back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Appears to be fraudulent

Placed an order on 19th February, but not delivered yet and no response to tickets, complaints etc. No phone number. The Director is a 24 year old called Tony Robinson who is also a Director of Armadillo Music Technology Limited, a NI based company which is currently in the process of being struck off.

Received the wrong product, still no refund or replacement - don't bother!

I ordered MS office 3 licence and received the cheaper 1 user product. I contacted them straight away and was told they would look into it with their supplier. Then they closed my complaint immediately as resolved and ignored my email advising that my complaint was not resolved. They still have my money and I still have an unused product.

No communication, item not delivered

Ditto to the review before this one. Wish I'd just gone and ordered with another business. Bought an expensive monitor and so far nearly two weeks on there's no sign of it. Only had automated replies through their 'support' system.

Got one email claiming my item had be dispatched and that I would receive further emails with tracking details but that was nearly 10 days ago. And I never did get those tracking details.

Appears to be fraud and a now empty website doesn't inspire confidence!

UPDATE: 30/03/2013
After 5 weeks of waiting and presuming my money was down the toilet and gone, the monitor I ordered arrived! It was exactly as per the one I ordered and new. Bizarre experience all round, terrible communication, terrible customer service and REALLY slow delivery but in the end I did get what I ordered! That being said I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in the future.

Terrible, Shocking, NO COMMUNICATION

Have attempted to contact this company as I have still not received my order. I have sent messages through their website and I have sent emails but still no response. There is no telephone number on their website. After doing a few internet searches I was able to find a telephone number for them, but this is just an answer phone service. I have tried to use the 'live chat' function on their website but this is not 'live' as no one is there to 'chat'!
I have just finished writing an official complaint.

I would normally wait for some sort of resolution before writing a review, but after seeing that Deep Signal have managed to respond to reviews on here but not to my many attempts at contact, I didn't feel they deserved that courtesy. Seemingly it is their policy to pick and chose who to respond to and I am just not one of the lucky ones!
Complete shambles of a company and I will not recommend.

Have now put emailed watchdog about this company and am in the long process of trying to get a refund through my bank.

Still haven't received my item and now all items on website have been REMOVED!

I have still not received the monitor I ordered from deep signal and they do not get back to you in any way. My fears have since been confirmed now that all items on their website have been taken down.

Unless they get back in contact this week. I will have to assume that this whole operation is a complete fraud.

Sent me the wrong flipping card!!!

Not only did they sell me the item at the ex vat price and charge me the rest later, the sent me the wrong flipping card. I paid for a Radeon 6870 with 6 mini display ports . I got a Radeon 7870 with only 2 !!!

As per initial communications the wrong package arriving was purely our error and as customer service pointed out returns are currently in the process of sending you a comparison sheet for 5 possible upgrades for the original purchased item with the difference absorbed by us. TERRIBLE customer services and delivery

They may be very competitive price wise, BUT if you want a prompt and efficient delivery then DO NOT use deep-signal. It has been more than two weeks since I ordered and there is no sign of my product, worse still there is no customer service to assure me that it will ever be delivered!
I have been told that they are in the process of sorting out the customer services and delivery, but until they do, steer clear as you WILL be disappointed.

The website itself was hard to use, with a some products exactly the same as others, but with different prices and sometimes slightly different pictures. I did manage to find the item i was after and they gave me a good price on international delivery. I will be using again!

Great Product, OK service!

I just stumbled on these guys through Google. Not much information there at the time and they seemed pretty new. I had my reservations at first, however decided to go ahead. Not much to say actually. my item arrived on time, no damage and everything was fine in that respect, however their customer service could be better but will be buying again.

I ordered some headsets for my company back in November and paid via bank transfer. The headsets have STILL not arrived. After emailing and contacting them, I get automatic responses. I paid over £600. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

an awful experience

This was my worst shopping experience ever on the internet.

This caused me to have to close my bank account and go through weeks of fraud procedure to claim my money back on good never delivered.

I sent so many emails to the company - and all I got was automated answers.

After I posted an item on their facebook page - among with many others - I got a "threatening" email.

Nightmare stuff!! and worse.

Very unstatisfactory

Paid for motherboard and express delivery, item was never sent because of a pricing/wedpage issues. When deep-signal.com (Black Sky Retail Group) contacted and asked for a refund of additional postage costs, the entire order was cancelled without my permission.

Communication with this company was long winded and slow and ultimately unhelpful. Not a good company to deal with and not customer focused.

Unbelievable price, long delivery time and not very responsive to correspondence but massive bargain

Bought a Samsung es5500 40" at a great price but had to wait around a month for delivery. The landline number hardly ever gets answered and emails normally get an automatic response. Didn't think the product was going to be delivered however it finally came. A bit of nervousness but the price was excellent and they came through in the end. If the customer response time was quicker and more personal this would be the perfect site for electronics

OK service, but not overly impressed.

I found there service a bit 'hit or miss'. At the time of purchase they had a good range of products, and at a reasonable price. found a few bits and pieces that i wanted after quite some time of trolling through the site. Wasn't that easy to navigate through, nor was there much information about the company itself such as delivery and shipping, taxes etc etc.
Product was delivered on time, but wasn't the most stress free experience. Like others, had great difficulty getting through to customer services and the system messages had no real details to them.

In short would probably order again, but only when they get themselves sorted out. Customer service guys! see to it.

Failed to provide goods - terrible service - refund obtained eventually!

Advertised goods were not supplied, after 2 weeks of emails to and from them Iand the goods were not dispatched. I eventually contacted the payment provider to sort our a refund.
They stated that there had been a pricing error and could not supply the goods at the advertised price. They did not give me a "revised" price and an opportunity to buy at that price. I am certain that they are not a legitimate company

Total Incompetence

Product eventually turned up 3 weeks late, after I had cancelled the order and purchased from elsewhere. There was then and still now, no communications from the seller.

The mess is now with my credit card company to sort out (and has been for 6 weeks now.)
Just got an update in a form of a letter from the credit card company, it seems I have to send it back before they can proceed, and even then there's no guarantee I'll see any money back. Looks like the small claims route is going to be the only one open too me.

Do not even consider using this company.
