I bought the pony package no 1, I phoned first to check stock and the guy I spoke to was very polite and new what he was talking about. He told me that the regulator had changed from the advertised one which was fine as it was a newer version. Also the bag it comes with is much better quality than the one pictured its actually the beaver one which I was going to buy once it had arived so that was a nice suprise. Postage was next day and tracked all the way. Emails were regular from the company to let me know it had been packed then picked up. It arived well packaged and on time within my aloted hour of delivery. All in all very pleased and I will definitely use them again. Best price on net too. Highly recommended well done deep blue dive

good service of delivery, but very disappointing disregard for packaging. we ordered a t-shirt size s, and got xxl. also mixed color instead of blue sleeveless put black.
The watch I ordered lives up to it's description. We have now bought two - one for our son and one for my husband. Delivery of the first watch was quick (before Christmas), but delivery the second time took nearly two weeks from the date of order.
Would buy from again though.

Original order arrived but missing the dive computer. This order was for 2 sets of regs, 1 bcd and 1 dive computer. Not impressed at all.
Upon reporting this to deep blue, they resent without asking any questions. Got the impression that this happens a lot.
Reorder arrived the next day.
Would have been nice to have included an apology.
I have used Deep Blue for many dive purchases over the years and have always received excellent service. Competitive pricing and fast deliveries. Recommended.
I have to say that I used to keep the Deep Blue catalogue at hand and would often use it when recommending equipment purchases to new divers. Unfortunately the catalogue is no longer available which is a shame.
No problems with finding what I wanted at good prices and the service was efficient. One small annoyance is that standard delivery is via Royal Mail and needs signing for. Fine if you're in or a neighbour is around but a pain if you've got to collect. In fairness that's not DBD's fault.
The mask did not have prescription inserts ( for spec wearers) and sadly I have had to return it !
Further the snorkel clip was too small in diameter to fit my snorkel but I have kept it as aspire for my wires snorkel.
Do you sell larger diameter snorkel clips ?
