The speed of delivery was impressive and the kit was as described.
I have yet to recieve my order and when I phone up I am constantly being phobed off with the same answer 'call back in a couple of days'. Not good when deep blue cant even tell you where your order is.
Order was for next day delivery and I got it - month later. If goods are not in stock you shondnt be able to buy them online and wait ages for them I was not happy with this I will not be back to deep blue. On a plus point the staff were very helpful but still had to wait a month not on.
I'd say the final result was fine, I didn't mind waiting one month, and the suunto air transmitter is the new model, so I even gained something out of the process. However the situation was poorly managed from deepblue dive. After the order, the suunto D4i came right quickly, but without the transmitter... only a piece of paper inside of the box, stating that the transmitter would arrive later, and the order was set as "Complete" in the website.
I'd say Deep blue dive should have asked the customers if they'd like to wait or cancel the order. I was left waiting for a month, after sending some emails asking what was happening, the answer was always "we are still waiting, we will warn as soon as the transmitter is shipped to you". After a month, again without any kind of communication, the transmitter arrived ...
It was the first time I have used Deep Blue Dive, my only complain is their communication process, I know some of the fault comes from suunto taking too long, but I'd like to have the option to choose what to do (my main concern was what would happen if suunto would stop delivering the transmitters). Even so I'm willing to use theirs services again, the final outcome was as expected.
The products were ordered on a Sunday and arrived on Thursday. Including overseas shipping. Fantastic service. Definitely will return.
I contacted Deepblue to see if the offer of “FREE” transmitter with the purchase of a Suunto dive computer was on, They replied with “NO”.
The next day when looking at the website it was still on there so I purchased as advertised!
Did not receive the “Advertised “ free transmitter!
After spending £800 in 6 months with deep blue and having good experiences in the past i was entirely let down this time around. Im not sure they valued my custom like i expected they would. I ordered a suunto dive computer with free transmitter. I ordered next day delivery and the website allowed me to do this as both products said in stock. Next day did not show up so i contacted the dive shop who weren't apologetic on the phone. I also contacted them on facebook and by email where they were a bit more apologetic. They said that they were waiting for a delivery of the computer and transmitter. They said my computer would be with me within a few days and i would simply have to wait to get my transmitter as they weren't in stock and they had no idea when they would get any. This wouldn't of been a problem had they of properly handled the situation and kept me updated or offered some kind of consolation discount. They didnt even offer my next day delivery money back. All this time the website said the products were in stock even though i only just received my transmitter 1 MONTH LATER.
Im not sure if i would use deep blue again. I possibly would for some items because their prices are good and if the products are in stock they are a good store. But i understand im not the only one who has had this stock issue as deep blue dont keep stock updated on their website and that's their biggest downfall in a seriously competitive market these days. My advice would be to check stock with them before you order.

The service over the phone was very friendly and informative. The price was good. However, after a week the goods had not arrived. When contacted it would appear there had been "a computer problem" and although the system said the order was complete, the goods had not been sent. Goods were dispatched immediately by overnight courier and arrived a day later.
I have purchased items from Deep Blue in the past and always been very pleased with the service.
Overall I would recommend them to anyone.
I am slightly disappointed that I purchased a Sxxxto dive computer recently with a transmitter, the computer arrived ok but the transmitter was out of stock. DEEPBLUE should have informed customers prior to the sales. All I am relying on is DEEPBLUE to deliver their words as 'will ship to customers asa they receive them'. Stay tune!
