Read this v.important
These guys genuinely are 10/10. Sofa came and had been slightly damaged in flight(leant on side dinging it in) so as we wernt happy they paid for a replacement with better matrial and its been 10 months now and it still looks brand new. Very happy.

Excellent
Good commercial price, order correct, packaging protected the goods perfectly, just ordered elsewhere a sideboard packaged poorly all damaged now have to wait another 12 weeks, so very pleased all in perfect order, arrived one time,, delivery on the right day. Good people to deal with, would buy again as a returning customer. Would recommend.

Fantastic Service, Quality Sofas!
After visiting the high street stores and searching for our perfect sofas for months, we found the Denelli website.
We were sceptical about buying our sofas online, but were re-assured once we visited the Denelli warehouse in Milton Keynes and met the team.
They made arrangements to stay open late for us as we drove up from London after work, and we left feeling no pressure to buy. All the items on show looked exclusive and expensive and we were pleasantly surprised to find our perfect sofas were within budget.
Placing the order and making payment were hassle free and the delivery timescale was accurate, with no delays! We had our sofas delivered to a London address and received a phone call as soon as they arrived at the warehouse asking if they could deliver the next day.
We love our sofas and couldn’t recommend Denelli highly enough!

Overall would not recommend
The sofa is lovely and comfortable but the service was not good. The delivery date was not accurate and it was difficult to arrange. This was just the start. Once it arrived, the courier (a different company) significantly damaged the new wooden flooring that had been laid which cost around £350 to replace. Denelli denied any responsibility but contacted their courier company who also didn’t acknowledge any blame and from start to finish. The experience was dreadful. The courier company did drag the sofa but the base of the sofa was also not adequately protected and whilst both companies were at fault, neither were prepared to admit it. After a ridiculous amount of wrangling over four months, they agreed to compensate under half of this amount. Overall a very poor experience.

At this point I purchase my furniture mainly from Denelli. Whether I am looking something bespoke or a furniture within a specific budget the sales team always manages to find a great solution. While their prices are very reasonable the quality of their product is as good as it can be and you will not find such furniture unless you visit a high end supplier

Complete satisfaction
We are very happy with our sofa, the quality matches others we've seen from designer brands costing more than double the price. The leather, design, and build quality are absolutely first rate. The whole buying experience also went very smoothly, and even altering the configuration of the chaise a couple of days after placing our order was not a problem. The sofa arrived within the expected timescale, and delivery was conveniently arranged to suit me.
Denelli at the moment seem a relatively smaller company, but I mean that in a good way, in that they can devote a lot more attention to you than the larger chains. A couple of times I called up to check on progress and the director remembered me, so I didn't even need to quote an order number. Having dealt with some companies where you speak to someone different in the call centre each time, and get passed from department to department, you can appreciate this service much more.
Overall, a first class product, keenly priced, and excellent service!

Look no further!
We were looking to buy a large sofa for our lounge and did the usual trawl round the high street retailers - nothing inspiring or stylish. So onto the internet and stumbled across their website and found the really striking Rome corner sofa. Now, like many, we were nervous about buying a high value item straight off the internet, so went up to the depot in Milton Keynes. Immediately it was obvious that these guys really know what they are talking about and took the time to understand what we wanted without any hard sell. Sofa arrived on time and is absolutely stunning. Cant fault the quality of workmanship and the full grain proper Italian leather is top quality too. And for this quality, prices are very reasonable.
So if you are looking for stylish, high quality sofas and furniture without paying ridiculous high end retailer prices from people who care and understand customer service, then look no further. And we've now just ordered the Scacco coffee table!

Great service and great product.
The team at Denelli were extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. It's always a little worrying buying goods over the internet - particularly scary when the item is going to cost a fair amount of money, such as a sofa. We also had the added disadvantage of living overseas, so couldn't just pop by the showroom for a browse. However, when I first called, I had a really helpful conversation; the leather samples we received were great and helped us to choose exactly what we wanted and, during the decision making process, Tarunn sent a number of photographs of the furniture I wanted to give me a better idea of how it would look in real life; he was also very helpful whilst patiently answering my many questions! Sofa arrived when they told me it would and was really well packaged. I would definitely recommend Denelli Italia to anybody looking for good quality furniture at a great price and the confidence of buying through a competenet team of people. Thank you!

WOW!!!
We were browsing the web after visiting numerous furniture stores (and leaving disappointed) when we came across Denelli. The website is very well set up and could navigate around easily, the only problem being deciding on a sofa!!!!!
After lots of bickering about choice of sofa we settled on the Palermo corner suite the only problem being my husband would not buy a sofa without seeing it first.We phoned the office and made an appointment to visit on the 5th of November 2012 and after a three and a half hour journey arrived at Milton Keynes. The team were friendly and very helpful. They also left us to have a good poke around chosen suite and there was no hard sell!!!!
We ordered with lots of extras and was very happy with the way we were treated and the great deal we got!!!! We were told delivery would be the first week in January 2013 and true to thier word it arrived last Thursday. It was packaged in foam then cardboard and then each piece individually bagged!!!!!
It was very easy to put together (almost a a hook and eye system) and looks amazing in our home. Everyone who see's it says WOW!!!!
Don't be put off because they are internet based and only one depot in the country, we cannot fault the service, the quality of the sofa and overall wow factor!!!! Thanks guys...

Trust me, I've done my research and spent hard earned money at Denelli
I'm the kind of person who, before making a purchase, researches that item as far as possible. I scour the internet, reading reviews and checking prices, making sure that I can find the best product at the best possible price. This held true when we needed a new sofa for our lounge.
DFS are probably the only real high street sofa retailer now, but their designs are mainstream and frankly, boring. They also work out more expensive than Denelli did. We did the usual walk around DFS but nothing really stood out - we could have 'settled' for an average looking sofa but I'm not the kind to settle.
Spending a lot money over the internet is of course going to give anyone reservations, and I'm no different here. I spoke to the guys at Denelli and went to visit their warehouse in Milton Keynes. The physical stock range at the warehouse isn't huge but it's enough to get a good appreciation of the products, and gives you confidence that this is a real company and not just some small startup that could disappear with your cash. The range available online is good and the style of sofas they offer is something you won't find at a high street store.
OK enough about the company, no issues there. The product itself that I wanted was the Navelli sofa but it was a little small for my needs. No problem: the Denelli guys simply asked what I wanted and were able to build up the separates into exactly what I asked for. I added in extra headrests and upgraded to the best quality leather. And they re-priced accordingly, still at a very competitive price.
The timeframe quoted for delivery was just 8 weeks ... compared to 12 to 14 weeks that other sofa retailers might quote. They were able to tell me exactly on which container and what date the sofa would arrive. Delivery was through a partner company, and very helpful there were too (for a few extra £ they moved my old sofas to different rooms).
Seems like I've written a lot so I'll stop here. Suffice to say that Denelli are a trustworthy company, looks like family run and certainly very helpful. Reputation is key in business and they have an excellent one in my books. Everyone who has seen our sofa has commented on how great it looks and asks where we bought it from, and I have no reservations about recommending Denelli.

Fantastic Italian Sofa's
I read the reviews before I visited the Denelli premises in Milton Keynes. The staff were very helpful and the sofa samples gave me a good idea of what I wanted.
I would highly recommend buying sofa's from Denelli.

Gorgeous sofa. Excellent service. Great price
Having looked eveywhere for decent sofas, we stumbled across Denelli. The website looked good, so we decided to visit them. We visited their warehouse/showroom and Tarunn helped us immensely with computer aided planning of our sofa units. There wasn't any hard sell at any point. In fact, Tarunn encouraged us to go home and think about the sofas. We decided to place an order and were told to expect delivery in 10 weeks. As promised, the sofas arrived within the 10 week time frame.
They arrived securely packaged and the delivery men were very helpful and obliging.The sofas are made beautifully and the leather is of high quality.
We highly recommend this company. They are efficient and service is impeccable.

Perfect!
I needed a new sofa for my living room before Christmas and looked everywhere online. I looked at many of the 'usual' household furniture retailers online who also had showrooms and literally could not find anything contemporary looking, that I liked. I expected that if I wanted to get a quality Italian designer leather sofa that the price would be astronomical.
Then we luckily stumbled across Denelli Italia, online. They offer high end furniture at great prices and they just so happened to have an amazing 2 & 3 seater leather sofa in clearance. The friendly staff showed us around their showroom a Friday and they delivered it the next Wednesday. Their delivery team were also friendly and helpful and the sofas were packed in special padded thick sofa bags to avoid damage.
Better than any sofa warehouse or furniture store I have been to. I will definitely be buying from these guys again and highly recommend checking them out online, giving them a call or going to their showroom if you are after high quality, contemporary furniture at great prices.

Absolutely Stunning Furniture
We just wanted to thank Danelli Italia for the great service we received from them.
I was given clear and concise information about the corner sofa we purchased for our conservatory and as promised it was delivered to us in time for xmas!
We are absolutey delighted with the quality and style and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to purchase from them.
The prices are competitve too and we will be returning to them in the new year when we replace our lounge sofa's.

I have been looking everywhere to find the perfect sofa in every store, but couldn't find anything I really like the one I liked was very expensive!
My sofa looks amazing and it's a really good quality for the price.
We are spending hours watching movies now.
I defenitly recommend danelli 10 weeks to receive it but really worth the wait.

Fab new sofa!
Really pleased with our new sofa. Great website, lots of options and a very helpful visit to MK to firm our decision. Really pleased with the end product which looks great in our new room. Denelli Fantastic!!
We bought the Basilio sofas from Denelli and the experience was incredibly straight forward and pleasing from start to finish. We were provided with swatch samples and and advice about the products without feeling any pressure to buy. The staff at Denelli, especially Vishal. Are incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They are all the products and kept us up to date as well as contacting us when they said they would.
The sofas arrived promptly and were even ready for delivery about a week before they were expected. The delivery people were really good about letting me know when they were due to arrive and most importantly the sofas are stunning and really comfortable. Really good value for money as the style is very current, and comfort has not been sacrificed. Many thanks to all at Denelli!!

We are absolutely delighted with our bedroom furniture. Excellent quality at a very competitive price. There were real problems along the way - not Denelli's fault, I hasten to add. The Italian company made a mistake with our order but Vishal did everything he could to sort things out for us. This cost him time and money. He deserves 5 stars!

Absolutely love my new sofa!
I was really happy with the service I received from Denelli Italia. The selection of sofas was enormous, but the website was nicely set up and easy to navigate. Moreover, the descriptions of the items was perfectly clear, such that I had a very good idea of what I was purchasing. They even sent me some samples to get a feel for the material. I never had any problems getting in touch with them, and they kept me informed about the progress of my order. My sofa was delivered on time and without any hassles. Style really is everything!

Italian Low Line Unit
We stumbled upon Denelli whilst shopping in Milton Keynes and we are certainly we glad we did! We have been very impressed with the fantastic quality of the furniture we purchased and it really finishes of our room quite nicely. The chaps at Denelli have been great (esp. Vishal), keeping us informed of delivery dates etc. and the customer experience has been a good one for us. Sofa fantastic as well as customer service.
I ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater "sandwich leather sofa" from Denelli in Jan 2012.
The sofa actually took over 14 weeks to arrive, despite being initially told it would be 10. This might have been acceptable if I had been kept informed about the delays, but no-one from Denelli contacted me at all.
Once I contacted them I was told about the delays - but really... it shouldn't have taken me to chase them to find out information regarding my order.
Now onto the good part of the review. The sofas were reasonably priced compared to the big high street retailers and appear to be good quality. Obviously only time will tell how the quality stacks up, so I'll try to remember to update this review in 6 months time!
The delivery guys were also excellent, with our house proving difficult to fit the sofas into!
*Just a pointer for anyone buying the same sofa. The feet are hidden in the underneath of the sofa and require screwing into the base of the sofa.
[UPDATE JAN 2013]
One sofa had developed a squeek everytime you sat on it. I called Denelli and they sent someone out within a week, and fixed the issue (which turned out to be something simple with the feet).
Therefore having had great customer service I'm upgrading the review to 5 stars.

BEST SOFA SHOP IN THE COUNTRY
Thoroughly impressed with the fantastic quality of this furniture. It has made my room look amazing. Thank you. The Lexus Corner Sofa is the one to buy. TOP GUYS DOING A TOP JOB!
I previously had an italian sofa from one of the Big companies which I sent back twice as the quality was appauling. Came across Denelli online and liked the prices and products they offered. I went to view their products at their office in Milton Keynes. What's nice and different about Denelli is that there was no pressure to buy a certain product. The guys there just let you have a look without all the salesman talk that other companies give.
The corner sofa i wanted was too big but Denelli can customise them so i got one that fits perfectly. They were also able to order me a two seater matching sofa as well, which wasnt advertised on their website.
The whole company oozes professionalism, top quality products not available elsewhere, excellent service complete with top guys doing a top job!

I ordered a Granada sectional sofa in Mushroom Brown from Denelli. Due to the unconventional shape of my living room, i asked them if they could make a sofa specifically to the dimensions i needed them at and if they could remove the arm as it would be protruding over the edge of the doorway, i was informed that it could be done.
When my sofa arrived, as stunning as it was there was a piece of black material prominent where the arm was removed, this looked odd as the sofa was made in Mushroom leather, i called the chaps at Denelli and explained the situation and they told me not to worry about a thing as they would resolve the problem.
I thought to myself here we go again, another company trying to rip us off for our hard earned, i couldnt have been more wrong, they phoned thier factory and had an arm made especially to fit my sofa and had one of thier technicians come round and attach it, the result is a stunning leather sofa made to measure that anybody who comes around to visit always comments on.
Finally just to say if every company were as honest and genuine as this one, the world would be a better place, many thanks Denelli.

My husband and I were looking for a sofa - something different and came across Denelli online. Everything looked fab but we thought we could not buy a sofa without seeing it or sitting on it. We therefore drove to Milton Keynes from Glasgow and back on the same day. We needn't have worried as everything we saw lived up to our expectations both on looks and comfort - and at great prices!
We ordered the Granada Sectional Sofa in black and white and it is simply stunning. Everyone who has seen it adores it! The service was perfect and the guys at Denelli are very helpful and courteous! I have and would highly recommend Denelli to friends and family and have told them the long journey is not neccessary to view furniture - you can trust Denelli 100%! We are having an extension built at the moment and are going to buy again - no long journey this time though - we are confident that what we order online will be just fab!

Happy Bunnies!!
Thank you everybody at Denelli. Our furniture arrived earlier than we had anticipated and it is absolutely great !
The boys at Denelli were really accomodating and patient when we were trying to decide which furniture to go for.
I can't say enough good things about the furniture, the Alcantara sofas are exactly what we wanted. The leather chair is sitting in our lounge and has made an impact on the room especially with the fuschia floor lamp!
The delivery company used were very good and kept us informed with regards to delivery times.

Great company, good products, nice prices.
If any company tells you that things never go wrong you're either dealing with liars or fools.
The true measure of a good company is how they put things right and Denelli definitely rank very highly on this score.
I purchased two designer sideboards at a very reasonable price but sadly when they arrived there had been damage caused in shipping by something puncturing the crate.
Denelli offered to repair the damage or get replacement panels shipped from the manufacturer. I choose the latter option and Denelli kept on top of the case, keeping me informed of progress via phone and email.
I'd certainly purchase from them again.

Outstanding Products and World Class Service
My wife and I had spent months looking for some special furniture for our new house - we tried stores in London, Paris and New York. Nothing.
Then we came across Denelli - what a website, store and management team. They were nothing but helpful, professional and friendly - they put the Customer first always.
We were able to take samples of all materials and that helped us decide on our final choices.
We ended up ordering 3 sofas and 2 chairs. They arrived 3 weeks early and we were kept upto date on everything by Vejay. He was brilliant.
We will be ordering more items for sure. The furniture is beautiful and the quality outstanding.
A great company, that sells high quality products for a fair price.

Absolutely worth it! And the risk....
The guys were really helpful and the reviews certainly made us decide they were a safe bet. We were unable to go and see anything they had made, we just had the leather samples sent to us before choosing the Vivid Corner Sofa....
Three months came and went and our sofa came on time and delivered by very helpful people. We were nervous after never having seen one of their products or sat on a or THE sofa we bought, however all the nerves disappeared when we unwrapped it from it's packaging.
All our friends have been impressed and it's just such god quality leather, finish, trim, design... all of it, I LOVE IT!!!! Will be recommending them to all!!!
