Prevent you from getting long in the tooth
I need more interdental brushes and my dentist was not available. I searched for the Dentocare web site and ordered them there. I couldn't fault the service in any way. I ordered one day and they arrived the following day. Excellent people to deal with, give them a go.

Unreliable ordering system
My order was fulfilled promptly but a mistake meant that one item was missed off the order and replaced by a (random) other item.
When this was pointed out to Dentocare staff they initially claimed that it was my mistake and that I had incorrectly ordered. I would have to submit another order to get the item that I wanted.
When I pointed out that their order acknowledgement confirmed what I had said they agreed that, perhaps, it was their system that was at fault after all. They then sent me the item which I received the next day.
Obviously the sales/online ordering system needs to be fixed but it also leads to better customer care if you don't automatically tell the customer that they are wrong before checking up on what did happen.

Really Good Service
The interdental brushes are a good buy and easy to use. Slight draw back is they have changed supplier so these are not of the same high quality as the previous versions.

5 days after placing my order I was informed by e-mail that there was a 2-3 month wait for this product. I was offered an alternative which I did not want. Company was very nice to deal with but I lost over a week in waiting for an order which was never going to arrive. Why did they take the order in the first place?

Simply Fabulous!
I recently purchased a number of items which were of the brand & quality as advertised. I was also surprised at just how quickly they got delivered. Incredible speed of dispatch

I ordered my items and they arrived in good order. Unfortunately I paid on the thursday for next day delivery and they didnt arrive until monday so that was dissapointing.

Unfortuantely our couriers do not deliver on the weekend. Where orders are placed on a Friday, Monday is the next working day. This is stated on our website, however we do like customers to be happy with our products and services so will as a gesture of goodwill refund you the next day premium.

By far the Ultimate Denture fixative.
Being new to wearing dentures, I purchased and tried various fixatives common to us all. I found them to fail after a few hours and the taste was always in my mouth. I then sat down at the computer and searched for someting better and sure enough I came across SECURE DENTURE ADHESIVE and it actually does what it says on the box. As I am away from home all day with work I use it in the morning and my dentures stay in place all day even after eating. Its even a struggle to remove them when I go to bed and if this happens I will leave my dentures in till next day. This is a fantastic product and highly recommended.

Knowledgable and great phone voice.
I ordered a Panasonic Water Jet flosser along with some interdental brushes. The service was very fast and the brushes were dispatched the next day. Unfortunately the model I had picked was not in stock and not liley to be for months due to amnufacturing problem. I returned a call form teh company at 18.15 and was pleasantly shicked to be speaking to human being and one who knew what he was talking about. I was 'persuaded' to try the WaterPik instead and it arrived 2 days later. I followed the instructions, charged for 24hrs and tried it this morning. Wow! It will take some getting used to and I did spray my bathroom just a little . However, it felt like I had just been to the hygienist so I hope my Dentist approves when she sees me next.

Item not in stock after order was accepted
Recently placed an online order for an item that was accepted, but later received a call stating that it was not in stock. Would be better if their website had up to date stock availability especially as I've just checked the website and it still allows you to order the item, even though I was told it would not be available for approximately 2 months.
The call I received to inform me of no availability was prompt and courteous though.

Great product range and fast delivery
I use Dentocare every couple of months to buy a superbrush and Oranurse (flavourless) toothpaste. Always arrives promptly, the website is easy to use. My only complaint (hence only 4 stars) is that (the stuff I buy) is a bit expensive. £10.09 for toothpaste, toothbrush and delivery.

Dent-O-Care have a good range of products and delivery is always quick and orders correctly fulfilled. Generally good value for money (apart from the packets of 5 floss threaders which seem a bit overpriced). Would recommend this company.

That rarity - intelligent customer service.
There was a problem making my card payment over the internet, something to do with my Spanish address having been entered by Barclaycard in an incorrect order, eg Street name where house number should be, and vice versa. Since I entered my address the correct way, the payment didn't go through. This dealt with in a flash by just taking the card details over the phone. But it was the calibre of person - someone bright, efficient and a pleasure to talk to.
