Satisfaction not 100% guaranteed
At many of the sports events the pictures are taken by DEPhoto. You can view and buy the prints onsite in their tent or you can afterwards view and order them online.
I have purchased several from the onsite tent and on those occasions knew exactly what I was getting and have always been satisfied with my purchase.
However please be careful when ordering online. The previews are not clear and have a watermark over them and once you order the fine print states you have no comeback.
My personal experience is that I viewed the pictures online and since I was not sure about sharpness I asked the question via email. I received a very friendly reply stating that indeed the picture I was interested in was out of focus but that another one was correct. Based on this I proceeded with ordering a CD of among others, the picture DEPhoto suggested. Upon receipt I noticed that the picture was in my opinion not sharp and contacted DEPhoto immediately.
It appears the customer is not always right as I was duly informed that DEPhoto disagreed and therefore I was stuck with what is in my opinion a useless image.
I expressed my dissatisfaction given that they state to have a "100% satisfaction guaranteed" policy. Only then did they offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase which expires in Sept. In effect this means that I have to buy at least £50 worth of pictures during the summer break when my kids have no sporting events... I again expressed my dissatisfaction but have not heard back from them.
I have not checked if “Distance Selling Regulations” are applicable. This would mean that my statutory cooling off period of 7 days is being ignored.
However since the financial loss is only £10 I can’t be bothered to pursue this avenue.
Nevertheless I wanted to share my experience. Next time you want to order from DEPhoto please be vigilant and make double sure you know exactly what you are getting before ordering. It might just save you a tenner or two.

Excellent service providing a high quality memento of an important event.
The quality of the photographs is exceptional. Clearly the photographer has a lot of experience as she managed to get excellent shots of all the children involved. It was very convenient to be able to purchase the goods on the night and then the Internet link ensured that other products could be ordered if required. A jigsaw I ordered was delivered very quickly.

Amazing photos, professional service, happy customer!
I was delighted with the photos on the website and they were even better when they arrived. We all loved the format of the photos - the only small concern was the conversion rate from sterling to euro - it made additional prints too expensive! All in all though was delighted with DE Photo and would glady recommend them !

Easy to view easy to buy
DE Photo provides a good service. Pictures of young peoples' events are only accessible with a password. The photos were easy to view, select and purchase. The despatch was not the fastest but the photos arrived safely and in a good card envelope to protect them

EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED FROM DE PHOTO
Great service, prompt dispatch of the photos and fridge magnets. The the quality of the photographs are excellent. I could not have captured such a high quality image of my daughter way up in the air during her Gymnastic floor routine! Would certainly recommend and use again. Thank you.

Brilliant images and photo delivery service
As a press photographer before I retired I know how hard it is to get good sport action images. The photo I ordered of my grandson in action gave me a thrill and reminded me of my own sports action shots. Well done to the photographer.
The order delivery was very quick and it even included a bag of sweets for him which he quickly ate.

WELL PLEASED
I ordered a photo of my nephew and his football team who had won a tournement for his club. I found the service excellent from start to finish. The photo was easy to find on the DE photo site, it was easy to order and at a reasonable price. The photo arrived quickly and is now hanging proudly in my front room. I am looking forward to ordering more photos from DE as I have another nephew who plays for the same football club. As I said in the heading I was well pleased.

great quality photos
Great quality photos. Items eg keyrings wallet size photos ect all great price. Photo I though a little expensive and I didnt like the idea if you bought on line you could download that photo but not the ones you bought at the event this was very disappointing thats one thing I think is a BIG you need to look into. Overall my photo I got are great they guys at the event where I got my photo where really nice and friendly x

Cannot Fault the level of service I received
My recent experience of ordering a photo of my son playing in a rugby tournament a few months back was great. DE photo were extremely efficient and the great quality photo arrived within 48 hours.

Customer services are rude and unhelpful. Photographer however, was fantastic.
I have purchased two large multi-photos, framed and packaged the night of our event. To our local photographer, our thanks! His work was professional and the photographs were faultless. DE photo as a company however, have a long way to go before they reach the standards of their photographers. I telephoned and apparently spoke to the customer services manager who, in my opinion was rude and lacks greatly in customer service skills. I can honestly say that I'd happily deal with my photographer again. But i will never order from the site in future. My order arrived with a leaflet stating, ''we promise to deal with your query as quickly and professionally as possible''. They are quick to get you off the phone, yes. Although, I would strongly disagree with professional.

Great choice, top quality
There's a fabulous choice of photos and an amazing number of styles and formats. The prints we ordered are of superb quality, really clear images, and we were delighted with such a fast service. Its a very simple ordering process and a great website, very hard to find any fault at all.

Good quality photographs and great service
Fantastic quality, clear photographs of my son in a football competition. The photographer took the shot in between the action and the photograph we bought shows his character and personaility which I think is often quite hard for professsional photographers to do - especially with action shots. I love the fact that you can look at all the photographs on line and tailor the service that you want. I'll certainly be looking out for De Photo again at events and would recommend anyone to buy.

Fantastic Photographs
Brilliant quality and excellent value photographs from De Photo. I was very impressed with my daughters Cheerleading photographs. I particulary liked the fact that you could view all pictures on-line before selecting your favourites. I would definitely purchase from De Photo again and recommend them to family and friends.

Acceptable
Good photos and ordering service, but I was sorely disappointed that the photographer at the event did not cover the children present more evenly. We (parents) were told that our children would have 'studio shots' taken which would be of professional quality. On looking through these there were none of my daughter but many of a small number of children (mostly children of the organisers, interestingly).
As the event was my daughter's 'prom' and she was leaving the school at the end of the term I felt obliged to purchase a photo for her so chose the better of the two taken of her.

Very impressed with the photos
Although my daughter bowed out of one of her races due to asthma the photos mean that it looks as though she participated fully in the Sports Day - so when she shows them to people she doesn't lose face and feels good about herself.
