Exceptional Service
This company always amazes me with their choice of products and service. Yarn order on Saturday was delivered first thing (7am) Monday morning, totally unexpected.
Not having many yarn shops locally that carry so much choice I find ordering from Deramores so easy, though I do like to feel the yarn before buying, so tend to buy yarn that I already know and like.

Brilliant, outstanding service and very quick delivery
This company are excellent, if you want anything quickly and order before 4pm you gwt your order the next day. I have placed 3 orders and all have arrived the next day. Deramores stock a fantastic selection of yarns, wools, patterns and accessories at very reasonable prices, I rarely go anywhere else. Thank you and keep up the great work!!

Excellent service
I have used Deramores.com before and had no reservations about doing do again. The newsletters I receive told me about a discount being available on for a company whose yarn I had being hoping to buy for some time, buy had found the cost too high. Now at last I could get the yarn and start the project on my to-do list. As beforeI found the service to be very good. Packaging: study and waterproof. Delivery:2-3 working days.

Quality with Efficience
I've bought from Deramores on a few occasions now and I've been able to find what I wanted at a good price and received my order quickly. All my goods have been good quality and I've no complaints - even when I ordered a pattern leaflet this arrived in perfect condition.
I would recommend Deramores to everyone. I love their emails too with the deals on selected wools, inspirational pictures (which led me to purchase a pattern book) and the free pattern downloads.
I've nothing negative to say - a great company!

Good old fashioned service with a modern twist!
I have been knitting for nearly 60 years (started when I was 3). Disappointed with the range of wools available in my local shop I decided to give Deramores a try. Should have done it ages ago! Have now placed 3 orders and not disappointed with any of them. Best of all, I am kept informed all the time of the progress of my order. Oh and the discounts and free downloadable patterns are just the icing on the cake. Thank you, thank you!

Excellent service
I've only recently started knitting again and have ordered twice from Deramores and on both occasions the sevice has been excellent. I was having real difficulties getting enough of the same batch nos. of wool from other stores but Deramores have a wide stock of wools and very good discounts and offers

Enjoying Knitting Again
Want to thank Deramores for their very prompt delivery of my order for wool. Came within less than 24 hours. I used to knit many years ago and was unsure if I'd get back into it again especially with there being so few shops to purchase wool and buy patterns from. The shops that are about don't stock as bigger range as Deramores so its been such a pleasure having their website to order from. So miuch choice and keen prices, with alot of special offers too. I did worry that knitting had become old fashioned but Deramores certainly has some more up to date patterns to chose from

Wonderfull service, good communication and fantastic offers!
I've only recently started crocheting, and I found Deramores via google, have to say I couldn't be happier, good selection of wool, fast convenient service, excellent communication, and fast delivery. I also get the promotional emails that tells me when there is a discount available on certain wools, and the free delivery on £25 orders is fantastic!

Speedy, efficient service. excellent!
I've ordered from Deramores 3 times, with my most recent order arriving within 24 hours of being placed- amazing! My previous orders were each separated into two shipments, as there were some items that were out of stock on one, and on another they were unable to send me all of one yarn from the same dye- lot, but as they made me aware of this by email before shipping my order and the missing items arrived one or two.days later, it was not a problem. An excellent company with speedy and efficient service!

Fab customer service
I ordered my goods on Mon 17 December. It was an impulse purchase which wasn't urgent and I really didn't expect to see anything delivered until after the Christmas holiday.
Amazingly the postman brought this along with the morning post the next day. The order was all there. A fantastic service and one that I will use again.
I also love the fact that Deramores pop free patterns on line and try to encourage new crafters.

Amazingly fast service
I saw a pattern for a jumper for me in my knitting magazine and it was exactly what I wanted. I prefer to use the wool suggested in the pattern but didn't have the time or inclination to trudge round the only 2 shops which sell wool here so contacted the website given in the magazine. As there was no King cole Gypsy on their site rang their contact number only to be told that they did not have any and hadn't had any for some time. They offered to order some in for me but I would need to visit King Cole's website to check the colourways. So I went straight to Deramores a site which I had used before and although some colours were out of stock I still had plenty to choose from. The only problem was that I couldn't find the large needles I needed so had to get those from a shop. Wool was here in a couple of days which was fantastic service

Best On-line Service Ever
This is the best on-line store I have ever dealt with. Every time I placed an order it was delivered the next day. The wool is excellent quality with no knots or "thin" places. The customer service is excellent, with courteous, prompt replies to any queries. The patterns are easy to see, with all views given if there are multiple choices. I would highly recommend this firm to everyone.

Wow! Couldn't believe it.
I ordered some knitting needles late in the afternoon and couldn't believe that they arrived the following day. Excellent service. This company gets my vote for customer service.

Outstanding Delivery Time
I phoned the company with an order at about 11am on a Saturday morning then sat back to wait until Tuesday for my order. But no, Deramores are a fantastic company, my order was delivered on the Monday morning before I had even had my shower!!
Well done to all the staff at Deramores you are a credit to the company.

Just excellent
I live in rural inland Spain where good quality wool is almost impossible to find at any price. I use Deramores all the time, as I am an avid crocheter. Their choice is excellent, they always have really good clearance and sale offers and delivery (even to here) is fast. I would be lost without them! Even their emails are good - good offers, new yarns etc. A thoroughly reputable, excellent company.

Brilliant service from a great customer service department.
Thought I'd ordered a black Wicked for my grandson's jumper but when it arrived I thought no It's not black with flecks it's blue with flecks not what he wants!! Emailed customer service and they rang back but I was out. They rang again but I was also out so I rang them and eventually got to speak to the lady that first rang me. Explained that I thought I'd order black but blue arrived so ordered the black and said I couldn't decide whether to send the wrong wool back or keep it. Correct colour came next day and pleased to say it was what I'd wanted. Decided to keep the other colour as I can make another jumper with it. Customer service is absolutely brilliant and the service you get is second to none. I think a lot of other companies should take a leaf out of Deramores book it might help them to improve.

Excellent Customer Service and fantastic range of products.
I am so pleased with this website, it's so hard to find good products and good customer services in this day and age but Deramores manage it. They have such a huge range of products available that I can always find what I need when I can't find it anywhere else. The service is so good, my items are always dispatched the day I order them and usually arrive the next day. The wool I've ordered is all lovely quality and really good value too!

This Canadian LOVES Deramores!
I was originally just looking for wood crochet hooks, which they had and they're gorgeous, but then took advantage of the free shipping deal noting that as an "international" customer, my order was expected to take a few weeks to arrive. Imagine my complete happy surprise when my order came only a week later, in lovely condition and comprising of superior materials. I was so happy that day, it made my week! Thanks Deramores!

Impulse Purchase
Printed off the free pattern and thought 'may as well get the yarn too'. My husband was in hospital, so I thought it would give me something to do whilst watching him sleep.
Could not believe it, the yarn came in little over 24 hours. The yarn was just as it appeared on screen and even better to work with. Hardly noticed Christmas come and go.

Top notch
I use Deramores site all the time. I use it to review yarns, look for patterns compare other sites, Deramores is my yard stick. They are always helpful, quick to respond to e-mail enquiries and delivery service on orders is extremely prompt. Thankfully i cannot speak for their returns service as i have never had occasion to use it. All in all a top notch company to use. Thank you to the whole team.
