way too tempting !
the service is brill and the selection of wools etc is far too tempting! placed two large orders within a fortnight - mind you have knitted most of it already - and looking to make the next order! prices are great. have already recommended to others.

Efficient and understanding.
I put items in my basket which I knew I wanted to buy and was allowed, due to moving house, to leave them in my basket for a considerable time, until I had moved house then I was sent a voucher to use against my purchase. Very efficiently the items were with me within the day!!!

Prompt, efficient and friendly.
I was very pleased with this company - I bought one skein of laceweight yarn to make a shawl a while back through their website - very easy to use and arrived the next day.
Unfortunately halfway through the shawl I got that sneaky feeling that I wouldn't have enough yarn - so had to phone them to see if they had the same dye lot. Phone was answered by very friendly lady who was able to stock check there and then on the computer including the dye lot - very impressed. Again, yarn was there the next day. Fully deserve the five stars and the fact that I am neglecting masterchef to write this review! (Obviously not while Michel Roux is on, drool!)

Wonderful products and faultless service :)
I would recommend Deramores to anyone who needed knitting patterns, yarn or accessories. The choice is extensive and there is something to suit every budget. The items you buy are top quality.
The service is second to none and your order arrives in no time at all. Care is given to the packaging and board backed envelopes are used for patterns keeping them lovely and flat.
When I have contacted Customer Services they could not do enough to help me and showed real traditional customer care, resolving my query immediately.
Deramores is an A1 company in my opinion and I will happily shop with them for many years.

Outstanding service and company
What a great company. Order one day and it arrives the next, and that's to the North of Scotland! The customer service has been excellent and I cannot recommend Deramores highly enough. I have just recently had a full hip replacement which means I cannot drive at the mo and due to have the other done after Christmas. This means I can still choose my own wool and patterns rather than asking others.

Fast delivery.
I was so pleased when my yarn arrived the day after I ordered it. Well done Deramores. When I complained about the cost of postage for a knitting pattern i was quickly advised that this had been reduced, a result I hadn't expected. thanks!

Very satisfied
I ordered some yarn and after a few days I discovered I needed some extra . I rang and a very helpful lady was able to find the dye lot I needed. The extra yarn arrived 24 hours later. Since our local wool shops closed I've had to use online suppliers and I've found Deramores to be the best. I will certainly be using them in the future

Fantastic
I have ordered twice with Deramores and both times have been flawless shopping experiences. The yarns are fantastic quality at great prices and there are always bargains to be had and great offers to take advantage of. Super fast delivery, and excellent customer service
Deramore is the best online retailer I've ever used. I placed two orders so far and they arrived within two days on both occassions. I had to contact customer service regarding one of the yarns I purchased since two different shades were listed under the same name on the website. I received a prompt reply and got a replacement yarn the NEXT DAY! Couldn't believe how efficient and professional they are. Thank you!

I really enjoy Knitting now and again and found your site via Google, after scrolling through I found Deramores Has everything I need so I ordered 4 different patterns and my wool for one Item to start with, brilliant value and service my Item came in the allotted time and didn't have to leave the house.
Would recommend this site to anyone who likes knitting and crocheting.

CAN'T FIND A THING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!

I ADORE DERAMORES
Have just found Deramores on fb ads. Have placed an order or 3 and have had a superb service. The yarn choice is really scrummy and my stash (promised my hubby not to buy any more wool), is growing again. I always like to grab a bargain when its there. its no use saying oh I wish I'd got that, whatever, when it was on special offer. You have to buy it when its there, and stash it away.

WOW!!!!!!! Truly Amazing.
I have placed several orders with Deramores and I am always so pleased with the service, packaging and speed with which my orders are dealt with but this with my last order the service was stunning.
I placed the order at 1553 on Monday afternoon and it was being delivered Tuesday morning at 0843. WOW!!!!
Amazing!!! I'll be back for more.
I have a couple of work colleagues who are eager to learn to knit. They are starting with my spare old needles and end-of-balls. If they like it I will certainly be pointing them in Deremores direction in terms of choice, cost, service and speed.

Excellent, speedy, reliable service
I've ordered from Deramores a few times now, and have always found their service exceptional. This time in particular I place the order just before the 3pm cut off on the Friday, and as I arrived home from my nightshift on the Saturday morning the postman handed me my parcel of squishy gorgeousness.
I have also dealt with their customers services department when a particular yarn I was after was sold out, and they emailed me as soon as it was available again, and had actually put 10 balls to one side for me.
I will definitely be using Deramores for many years to come.

Excellent Value and Fast Delivery as per usual! :)
This is my second order from you and your service is excellent! I loved the little blue 'Teddy Bear' buttons and I can't wait to finish the little hooded jacket to put them on. I have started knitting again after quite a few years I have had finished work due to my MS and it is very good for me to exercise my hands and fingers... so looking forward to put in many more orders from you.
