I bought a Suunto D6i dive computer watch from Dexclusive. The watch failed after 3 weeks. I contacted Dexclusive's support and at first they tried to blame me: they made me read the whole manual again and watch some videos (I think they were only making time), then they finally acknowledged the watch was faulty. Dexclusive refused to replace it despite being new. They asked me to send it back at my expenses for "repair" (repairing a "new" watch?)
Here I am still waiting for my "new" and expensive watch to be glued and repaired.
Now I've learned they are NOT an authorized Suunto delaer (???).
Worst e-buy ever.

Terrible customer service, they don't care about their customers. This guy Jim is arrogant and aggressive.
I bought a watch that says new and when I open the box the manual is all damaged and everything has dust on it. I file a claim and they offer me 10 refund. After a week when I ask about the refund this guy Jim starts accussing me of trying to gain profit from this.
This guys sucks!!! Don't buy from them!!!
I ordered a Nixon watch and applied a promo code to save myself 10 bucks. These jerks don't notify you of anything you have to pester them about everything. They said they cancelled my order fist to verify info then tried to do the transaction through amazon. They then told me amazon canceled my order. I order things through amazon every other day and never got a canceled order. Now when I finally get an email its some ass named Jim basically telling me that its not their fault and that I should have my bank and funds correct before doing business. WOW DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.....UNPROFESSIONAL!
Paid $19.50 for 2 day air delivery of a watch and it took 7 days to arrive! They say it takes one whole day for approval. My American Express showed instant approval. It was mailed on a Thursday, I ordered it on a Monday, and received it the following Monday! I complained, but got some snipy women named Ana that more or less emailed me "tough" that's the way it is. Never, ever again will I buy from these jerks!
After my watch broke upon wearing it the first time, I sent it away to get a new one/repair whatever. Three and a half months later I still have no watch in my possession. Their contact center revolves around the same 3 people. There is no one else that works there I am sure. Everyone else is either out of the office. In a meeting. Sick. Etc. They have no managers, supervisors, or authority in any way. Do not expect to talk to anyone.
I bought a Tag Heuer watch from Dexclusive.com as a NEW watch. It broke, when I took to local Tag Heuer dealer they confirmed it was a refurbished watch. Contacted Dexclusive.com, they replied: "we never state we sell only new watches"! Look at their website, they state they only sell new watches!!!
