Very poor quality

Took delivery of two sofas in April 2013, had to change the sofa covers after less than 3 months and now they need changing again. There are only two of us in the house and I work full time1 This is a very poor quality product and I would not buy from DFS again.

This review is supposed to be about service, which in fairness was very good, but the product is awful and what is most important to me.
