If when you receive your Skin it is damaged or faulty in any way, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your skin and we will arrange for a replacement skin to be sent to you straight away. We will ask you to return the skin to us, the cost of which we will cover. In all cases you must return the skin unused on its backing with a copy of the dispatch note. Please inform us in writing if your skin is faulty or incorrect by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may of course call us if you wish to speak with us, but we will also ask for an email confirming the issue.
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your skin. However, if for some reason you are not, you may return your skin and we can either send you another skin or arrange a refund. If you wish to do this, you must notify us within 7 days after the day of receipt of your skin. We will ask you to return the skin in its original condition, unused on its backing with a copy of the dispatch note. You must inform us in writing by emailing us at email@example.com if you wish to return your skin.
