My experience with dial a phone was superb.. I ordered a samsung note 3 on saturday night. Immediately got an email saying it will be delivered on tuesday. Credit check cleared on monday, email and text confirmed delivery on tuesday and rightly so I got it at 3pm that day. No hassle. Cheap as well. £38 a month. For the same tariff high street stores were asking for £50. On top of that they gave me a new samsung tab. Recommended.
Looking at the reviews on this site, I was a bit cautious when ordering an I phone 5s, but I'm glad to be saying that I would recommend dialaphone to anyone looking for a good deal. The iphone 5s in gold arrived within two days of ordering it, I even got a text from my phone letting me know an hour before it saws getting dropped off. I ordered through the phone (recommend) and they were extremely helpful and polite. Overall great service, fast delivery and a brand new iphone for £33 a month! (Vodafone wanted £49) Thank you dialaphone!
Everyday this phone will be delivered the next day, I don't receive emails from them or nothing. I asked to cancel it, but I cant cancel it because its in the system, HOW RIDICULOUS!!! I usually deal with mobiles.co.uk, think I will send this back and go back to them because at least they have the common decency to send out a phone!!!!
I contacted dial-a-phone today for an upgrade on a two year contract finished today. I queried the £200 cashback and apparently I should have returned redemption vouchers accessed through the website. However, no information had been provided, the website was given if I required info or had any questions, which I never did no never accessed. The first contact I had today told me that I should have been sent claim forms with the welcome back which I didn't receive, the second lady said these weere only accessible from the website! Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere, will upgrade tomorrow!
i made a mistake of taking out a contract back in may but due to poor signal i returned the phone within 7 days, i had to phone many time to see if they cancelled my contract bu after month they told me they not received the phone, luckily i had my proof of posting, orange took money out of my account which they wont return due to dialaphone didn't inform them that i return the phone n cancelled the contract, im still waiting for my refund 3 months later,
I had an HTC One x bought through dialaphone and as expected it developed the WIFI hardware fault. Booked a repair online via dialaphone repair website and within a few days got an envelope to send the phone in. The phone was repaired within warantee and delivered back within a couple of days. Even my phone cover was returned back in a package. The WIFI now works brilliantly in all areas.

Customer Service? This exists of a complicated multi choice automated phone service which all avenues end nowhere. Every day they promise me my new phone which "is in the warehouse and definitely being dispatched today" and every day I wait but no phone. I'm beginning to think they don't actually have any phones ! Awful ! Where is my phone dialaphone???????
Hi I bought a phone off you in Sept 2012, & was told just after that that I would be credited £25 to purchase a handsfree headset seeing as you couldn't supply me with one? It is now April 2013 & guess what, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY £25!!!!
Purchased a phone from Dial a Phone which clearly stated that the tariff included 'unlimited minutes' and 'unlimited texts' (and indeed I bought it for that sole reason). When I received the confirmation email, the tariff was stated as "3000 minues + 3000 texts'. I immediately called customer services to query this but found that none of the options actually led anywhere i.e. it was impossible to find an option which allowed you to speak to a customer services adviser. In the end, I ended up calling the sales team (funnily enough, no problem getting through to someone on that line...) only to be told that although they do state the tariff as 'unlimited'.... it's actually not unlimited. Apparently there is something in the small print which says the 'fair usage' policy of the network provider I chose (Orange) is maximum 3,000 minutes and 3,000 texts. When I asked why, therefore, Dial a phone have advertised the tariff as 'unlimited' when they know that it is not, they couldn't give a sufficient explanation. This is blatant misrepresentation and im sure the ombudsman would have something to say about it. Be very cautious when using this company - you don't get what you thought you were paying for and their customer services 'set-up' is quite frankly appalling.
Have used dialaphone a number of times now. The first time was 10 years ago and it wasnt a great experience with the voucher redemptions and trying to cancel the contract after the 12month term (which had to be done direct with dialaphone in the past). These days i wouldnt use any other site as the deals are great and the order placement through to delivery is fast and straight forward. Only problems i have are with the network providers when it comes to upgrade or cancel - they dont let you keep your number if you buy a new contract on their network through dialaphone, yet they wont upgrade and match dialaphone deals either - so you're starting from scratch everytime you buy from dialaphone and with a new number (unless you change network and port your number across).
Only other quibble i have is that the monthly price i pay is never what was advertised on dialaphone. The operators always tell me its because of the point at which i placed the order that has caused an overlap in the billing but this makes no sense to me and i have argued in the past to get my plan at the price i agreed to pay when i ordered the phone!
Dialaphone provides with great range of phones on various deals. Most importantly, very affordable. The service they provide is also great. Phone gets delivered on time, without any issues that I can think of. I would differently recommoned this website to anyone who is looking for affordable upgrade, or even a fancy high price for amazing deals.
I called in to Phones 4u, Kirkcaldy, who put me on to Customer Advisor (Wayne) at Dial-a-Phone. Wayne had a very pleasant manner and was most helpful in organising my new phone and new network contract. To my surprise, phone arrived within two days and I was up and running later that day. If I was just being asked for my opinion on my customer experience when dealing with Wayne it would be a 5. However, my overall customer experience is a 4. The reason being my new price plan is Panther - £28.50 - 600 Anytime Xnet minutes + Unlimited Text Messages + 1GB Data. Each month I am being charged £30.00. I called in to Phones 4u at the beginning of December who spoke with someone at Dial-a-Phone and I was advised that price would be amended to £28,50 and I would receive a credit for the overpayment. Alas, I am still being charged £30.00 a month. I should add that I have advised a number of people on how impressed I was with my dealings with Phones 4u/Dial-a-Phone. Ordered two I phones on-line for myself & my partner from Dialaphone. Promised delivery two days later on Tuesday between 8 am and 7 pm! Partner stayed in all day for delivery then got call at 3.15 pm saying there had been a problem and because the products are "High Risk" two phones can't be ordered in one name! Had to cancel order (Which would have been wrong anyway, ordered 1 white & 1 black, 2 black being delivered) then re-order in different names for delivery two days later! When questioned why they had not rang earlier they just said that the order was only processed today!!! Very poor service and if it weren't for the £50 cash back per phone (Through Quidco) wouldn't have re-ordered through these. Upside though I get a further £20 cash back for ordering seperate by using the recomend a friend offer.
Also when trying to contact customer services to sort the problem out, had to ring in 5 times before i got to speak to a real person! Endless telephonic 'Dead Ends'!
Got a fantastic deal on an iphone 5, better by far than the highstreet and my upgrade offer.
Checkout took 2 mins, phone arrived within 48 hours. Perfect.
OK, so they tack the gadget helpline on, but so what, they're a business, what do you expect? Quick phone call and its cancelled.
sometimes you just wish you hadn't bothered. It is impossible to contact this company if you have a query, such as why no further interaction after the initial order.
In a world where customer service is supposed to make your company stand out, this company has achieved this for the wrong reasons.

Contacted by Dialaphone to arrange my upgrade. Talked through the options with the friendly sales staff member. I didn't feel pushed into making a decision but as requested, the sales girl called me back the following day at the pre arranged time. The process was simple and quick and my phone arrived a few days later. Keep up the good work Dialaphone!
From the moment of buying my new mobile phone contract with O2 through dialaphone the whole process with both companies has been very impressive. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending dialaphone to anyone - in fact, my husband has now changed his mobile provider to O2 through dialaphone :)
I have never bought my mobile phone from an online retailer and was doubtful whether to buy it from dialaphone. Nevertheless I came across Dialaphone and I must say I made the right choice. I ordered the new Samsung Galaxy S3 and received it in 2 days time (including order processing + despatch time). I would seriously recommend other people to buy their mobile phones from Dialaphone only.
At first I was very happy with the who service however 2 things have changed my mind.
1. The free months by rebate are off set quite some time into the future. This may be in the hope that customers will forget and not claim.
2. The Gadget help line was added without my requesting it, along with associated fees - which I will now be challenging as is my opinion this broke regulations on clear pricing without extras being automatically added later in the buying process.

Nice phone , just like my ipod but with the phone capacity. I am annoyed you added the gadget helpline, more because I had to take the time to cancel it, you wasted my time with a pointless service, expensive too.
I ordered phone from dialaphone, reduce tariff. All was great, received a phone, had an issue with the handset, contacted dialaphone via email. The handset was replaced in a quick time, without any problems.
Can't fault with the service or Customer service I received via email.
After reading other negative reviews wasn't sure whether to go ahead, however other providers didn't appear much better. Ordered Sunday evening, emailed me immediately to confirm delivery on Wednesday, everything arrived on Tuesday - great. Phone & PS3 received in A1 condition. Very happy with service. Reviews are great, but you can't hang your hat on them!
I'd read a few bad reviews so was apprehensive about ordering from Dial A Phone but a couple of work colleagues had used them and were more than happy. I ordered over the phone so as to speak to someone and he couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all my questions, gave clear advice and information and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed. I had confirmation by e-mail of the order within minutes, another the following day to confirm dispatch and a third the day it was delivered. It arrived ahead of the expected date and the phone was perfect and far cheaper than fromon the high street. So far so good but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
You offered one of the best phones (Xperia S) at a good price, delivered very fast (next morning :-)), all the info i needed on hand ...

Initial phone enquiry resulted in an excellent quote. No one else came close. Yes please, said I. Up to five days say DAP. Bit disappointing but brilliant deal. So..........Email Due next day......No........Email two days later says arrival two days later. Ring DAP , they say could be five days.......Bit of a rant, complete with steam!! Phone arrives next day special delivery. Result, but unnecessary hassle. Still, brilliant phone, unbeatable deal. Got there in the end.
Used Dialaphone becuase of a discount through my employer. The website is easy to use and gives plenty of information. Got detailed emails about my order. Had issue with order, rang up and got it resolved straight away, no callbacks. They were polite and efficient. Not sure about this gadget helpline thing. Must remember to cancel it within a month or they charge for the service.
