Never a problem
I have used dialaphone to order my last three phones and never had any problems with these contracts. The first two contracts involved cashback payments which I received without any issue at all, and my most recent contract comes with the free gift of a 40" LCD TV - which is absolutely quality.
I also think that they have the best website when it comes to selecting a new deal, better than the likes of phones4u or the carphonewarehouse, which aren't as user-friendly and don't let you, for example, sort out a list of 50 contracts in order from cheapest to dearest.
All in all, I've used dialaphone 3 times before, I'll be using them again when my next contract is due, and I have even got a few mates ordering from them.

Customer diservice
I give it 1 star because I can't give ZERO! I can't believe that a company with such truly awful customer service actually continues to exist. It really does confound me... Diabolical is truly apt. The sales team pickup and take my money very quickly, My phone "will arrive on Tuesday". Tuesday comes but no phone, only a text message... There is a problem with your order please call our "customer service team" on 0844 blah blah blah... So I phone to be met with not a person but a automated message, please push 1, what is your postcode etc etc... 6 minutes later "we will now connect you to an advisor" YAY! but wait do I get one? NO! I instead get another recorded message... "We're sorry but we're too busy and can't deal with you" before disconnecting my call. So I try again... and again... and again ALL DAY for TWO DAYS! I try and call the Sales team, they don't want to know... I Email... Days and days go on with NO PHONE and no response. Finally I give up, I ring the Cancellation team... Very sorry about the problem, tell you what we'll cancel the problem order and re do it, the new phone will be with you on Friday, WE PROMISE! It's now Friday... NO PHONE. I tried to call... GUESS WHAT! NOTHING ALL DAY... AT 6pm I suddenly get an immediate answer... GOSH FINALLY... BUT WAIT... NO, It's PHONES 4 U!? PHONES 4 FREAKIN U? They're now a "SISTER COMPANY" that use the same number and call centre but if you're a DIAL-A-PHONE custome and call after 6pm then you can stuff it... Now they're not even open until MONDAY (of course the SALES team are open though!) and nor is the Cancellation team... I'm not even going to bother cancelling it, I've paid for a phone and accessories I haven't got... I've been ignored. Come Monday I'm off to the small claims court for breach of contract.
How would I rate Dial-a-Phone? Dial-a-Shite. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle...

Customer care NON EXISTANT
Email to customer care is not aknowledged or replied to in the time stated
Returns documentation for return of FAULTY phone does not arrive
There is no way of knowing if they have received my request as it absolutely
impossible to talk to anyone.
I URGE NO ONE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF THEY VALUE THEIR SANITY

Dreadful! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM
So mind boggling awful that I can't convey it without swearing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Awful, awful, awful. They will take your money and not send you a phone. And if you have to speak to their customer services department you might kill yourself before you get through

crap customer service
ordered my phone in sept,delivery postponed,had it day later.took them 7 days to connect it.customer service absolutely pathetic,rachel,the automated answering service no use at all,impossible to speak to a human. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've had 5 contract phones from Dialaphone over the last 6 or so years, and I've never had any real problems at all. I wouldn't normally bother...
