I am still waiting for my replacement phone, after one week. I would probably be more patient if the communication between myself and the company was more efficient. On my online order it informs me that the replacement order has been cancelled, a call to the customer services and apparantly it is all fine at their end. The original faulty phone was delivered three days after was orignally arranged. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between their Logistics dept and customer services. Customer services can only contact Logistics via e-mail and so cannot get any solid information about a customers product. It is very frustrating. So currently I am £80 down with no phone and no idea at all when it will arrive. They have reimbursed the £5.70 that it cost to return the original phone and everyone on the phone has done the best they can but the system is not customer friendly and until I recieve my phone I will continue to be irritated, annoyed and frustrated.
