At first I was very happy with the who service however 2 things have changed my mind. 1. The free months by rebate are off set quite some time into the future. This may be in the hope that customers will forget and not claim. 2. The Gadget help line was added without my requesting it, along with associated fees - which I will now be challenging as is my opinion this broke regulations on clear pricing without extras being automatically added later in the buying process.
