Customer Advisor (Wayne) was most helpful. Samsung Galaxy SIII arrived two days later. Rating would have been 5, however each month I am being charged more than what is detailed in my price plan.

I called in to Phones 4u, Kirkcaldy, who put me on to Customer Advisor (Wayne) at Dial-a-Phone. Wayne had a very pleasant manner and was most helpful in organising my new phone and new network contract. To my surprise, phone arrived within two days and I was up and running later that day. If I was just being asked for my opinion on my customer experience when dealing with Wayne it would be a 5. However, my overall customer experience is a 4. The reason being my new price plan is Panther - £28.50 - 600 Anytime Xnet minutes + Unlimited Text Messages + 1GB Data. Each month I am being charged £30.00. I called in to Phones 4u at the beginning of December who spoke with someone at Dial-a-Phone and I was advised that price would be amended to £28,50 and I would receive a credit for the overpayment. Alas, I am still being charged £30.00 a month. I should add that I have advised a number of people on how impressed I was with my dealings with Phones 4u/Dial-a-Phone.
