I contacted dial-a-phone today for an upgrade on a two year contract finished today. I queried the £200 cashback and apparently I should have returned redemption vouchers accessed through the website. However, no information had been provided, the website was given if I required info or had any questions, which I never did no never accessed. The first contact I had today told me that I should have been sent claim forms with the welcome back which I didn't receive, the second lady said these weere only accessible from the website! Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere, will upgrade tomorrow!
