Great service from them when they want the sale but awful after sales customer service if you want to speak to them with any problems once you have the phone.
Poor service. Very difficult to get to speak to a human rather than automated service. Salesperson told me phone would be with me within 5 working days but delivery date on account showed delivery due in 3 weeks. Then told sales often say that but they don't know how long it takes. Then told I couldn't cancel order. Was told new talk plan would take effect within 24hrs with a "pro rata" allowance until my next bill date. Later found out this was also rubbish - didn't take effect until after my next bill and then only because I phoned Orange several times - they told me dialaphone hadn't put through my upgrade.
Really poor, unlikely to use dialaphone again.
searched internet for this particular phone and came across this site - ordered and it was delivered next 2 days. Excelent product very pleased. No problems and will definately recommend.
Absolutely delighted with the price of the contract I got from Dial-a-phone. Much better than the contract offers direct from the service providers, with a better deal at a cheaper price. Great, quick service too!
Dial a phone got me the phone I wanted and a price plan to match but as yet the price plan is not what I agreed to its is still on my old plan
Good service at the other end, lady at the other end very pleasant and got me a good deal.if trying to contact them on the phone though.better off going to phones for yu as they are part of dial a phone and speaking to someone face to face.had a connection problem to start off with, went to p4u and were helpfull and let me use there phone to sort it out, again spoke to another lady on the other end, and again she was very pleasant.
I knew what phone I wanted, so it was just a matter of searching the net for the best price/contract.
Dial-a-phone came out on top. Having ordered from them 4 years ago, I knew the process was reasonably straight forward and hassle free. Ordered Friday, phone came Tuesday.
Only criticism is the number of telephone options to just try an talk to somebody. This aside, great company and great value.
Disappointed by the service. Took a long time before I could actually use the phone. The sim and number I was issued was allocated to someone else. I don't believe it is a new phone as the times were for Australia and so was the weather . Don't trust this to be a new phone. Feel cheated. Waiting for other things to go wrong. Dialaphone communication was good, they kept me inform when my delivery was. But I was not happy when I received my phone because the outer package was not tape or had any seal. I look inside the box, there was my phone in its case. The case had a black seal on it with a message "DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN CAUTION SEALED PACKAGE" . The seal was broken so I immediately called the customer service because I was concern. The customer service advisor explained the warehouse open it to check if all the item was correct before despatching. This explanation is not acceptable because the checking process should be completed before they seal the box and not to break the seal again. This had given me the impression the phone had been tampered with and the phone might not be new.

I was looking everywhere for a good deal, half descent phone with a ps vita at the right tarriff, i really struggled till i came across dail a phone, very impressed, got phone plan and gift i wanted at right price, reccomending to all friends x
Dial a phone delivered the phone to the wrong city, it got stuck at royal mail so it couldnt be retrieved!! To top it off they canceled my current sim card!!

The phone arrived earlier than expected. Everything great until I read how to claim cashback. When we were ordering phone they said just fill in form and send it back to claim cashback. They forgot to mention that this envolves sending a form back every so many months and doesnt start until May 2013. Bit disappointed in this how r u supposed to remember I think they are hoping you dont. It has to be sent recorded delivery to they wont accept post office receipt. Shame because everything else has been fine feel wee bit mislead.

The deals on the website were very clear and, unlike some companies, they were real. One of the guys called me back and went through the best deal with me and the phone turned up the day it was promised.

I recently decided to upgrade to samsung s3 through DAP and got a good deal, was really happy phone arrived the following day, unfortunately it was the wrong colour I had ordered white and had been sent blue. I immediately got in touch with customer services and was reassured that a pre paid returns envelope would be sent for me to send the phone back and my replacement phone would be sent out special next day delivery, but because it was saturday the envelope would be sent out on monday. The envelope arrived on tuesday I returned the phone early wednesday morning, my sim card was then deactivated which left me with no phone, I was told the phone would be delivered on friday it never arrived, I phoned again and was told it had been despatched to the depot and would prob be delivered on saturday, in the meantime I had messages saying the delivery date had changed from the 12th november to 13th november, hence to say I am still waiting now over a week and having to pay for the phone calls to try and sort out DAP problem, not happy how come they can send the wrong phone out in 24 hours but take s forever for the replacment to arrive ??
Dialaphone returned my mobile phone upgrade request within one day. The sales adviser were very helpful during the conversation, explaining carefully what would happen during my upgrade process and got me a great deal on a new Samsung Galaxy SIII.
The phone arrived within 24 hours and was connected within 48 hours as promised.
Overall a great service that I would recommend.
I was slightly nervous about ordering an iPhone from an online retailer but I have been really impressed with dialaphone. They kept me updated on the progress of the order, delivered it on the day they said they would and have provided some great after sales service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Doing an orange up grade, all no problem. It was the best deal on a 24 month contract for the phone I wanted. Delivered on time and everything worked. As an upgrade connected in 24hrs. Logged into my orange account to check I was on the correct plan and all was fine.
They don't offer insurance. so no hard sell there. So basically this bit was great.so would be 5 stars, but ......
The one problem is the 30 day trial of the gadget help line. I wasn't told about by the rep so was surprised to see it appear, with subsequent charges if i didn't cancel. I had no trouble getting through to the Stoke based customer support centre to complain. It comes to over £80.00 pounds for the 2 years of the contract. If you want to cancel after the 30 days, there is a £5.00 admin fee !.
It is easy to cancel, via the gadget helpline website make sure you get the email with your account number on.

So, my upgrade was a good deal: a decent plan with a discount from the monthly tariff and a shiny new phone. It arrived quickly. Great. Except the promised discount has not been applied to my account. So now I have the faff of calling, sorting it out and go knows when my balance will finally be caught up.
A bit annoying really.
This is a must know! Must have service! I stumbled across these guys looking for a competitive upgrade service for my mobi contract online. I left my details on an automated web service for an upgrade quite late one night and got a call from these guys early the next day! Not only was the Rep polite and informative but really knowledgeable and helpful, resulting in me getting me not only the phone that I wanted (after loads of research) but much cheaper than any other offers I had found.
I genuinely recommend these guys!
If I was being hyper-critical I would say that I found it difficult to speak to a human on there customer service contact numbers, but in saying that that their automated call service is easy to follow and does get you were you want be!

They offered me a great deal better than going with Orange direct which I had always done before. Customer Advisor was really good, polite,cheerful and gave clear answer to my every question. I would go to Phone4U again next time.
Order made on line, no problems there. Delivery date given. Didn't get the phone on that day as they required further information by 16.00........only they sent me an e-mail at 15.20.......giving me just 40 minutes to give them what they wanted......
So, information passed the next day and was promised delivery the next day.......didn't arrive. Phoned their 'customer care' team to complain. Was promised compensation for my troubles in 14 days, and delivery then following day. Fair enough, the phone arrived. My compensation hasn't. Its 21 days now and counting.......
I now have 2 phones through dial a phone and am more than satisfied with the phones,free gifts and prices. The website was easy to use and the person that rang to help process my order was very polite and very helpful. If in the future i want a phone il be using dial a phone.
You always worry when arranging something like a mobile phone over the internet but to get the best deals you simply have to. I went with Dialaphone and have been really impressed by the service they offer. My phone and phone service arrived exactly when they said they would and I was given straightforward advice when I called, by an excellent customer service rep. This sounds like I have shares in Dialaphone but I honestly haven't! If you're looking to trust an internet company with your precious mobile phone custom, I would heartily recommend them.
