Yeah great service, found the deal I wanted on the website rang up and the lad was very helpful, he explained everything I needed to know.The whole process was made very quick and easy, I will definitely recommend.
I was a bit reluctant to buy a phone on line. I did it because the price being offered was tempting. Besides, I did not have time to go around looking for a deal. With some dominant anxiety, I placed my order. Although, nothing happened for 24 hours but once an email confirming the delivery details was received, it was a matter of time before the item was at my door step. I got my phone within less than 48 hours. The phone was a present for my daughter and she has not looked back. I could not ask for a better service!

If you are looking to purchase a new mobile, then why not try dialaphone. They have a large choice of phones, prices, terms and other offers. Give them a try before you commit to buy and see what good value offers they have.
Buying from Dialaphone was simple. The only irritating aspect was having to have another "product" and having to cancel it! Some sort of appliance information service which I would be charged for after a month if I did not cancel it. I managed to but will see if I get charged anyway!
I would recommend this company as they gave me a very good package-cheaper than I could get anywhere else.
Ive dealt with third party agents (e2save mainly) before when getting a phone contract and had no problem whatsoever. Just remember to be on the ball with everything - paperwork, phone calls, billing, direct debits and cashbacks. Ive seen many 4/5 star reviews and I assume that those people got exactly what they wanted - it was the same for me with e2save: I saw many 1/2 star ratings, but because I had no problem with them, it was OK.
However, you really get to know what a company is like when things go wrong. In my case I got the phone quickly but the SIM is not activating (I suspect its a credit issue with Orange - DAP checks access but Orange has a different method, ideally they should only despatch when you pass the phone operator's credit check). So I guess I'm going to be out of pocket as *the customer* has to send back the phone (because they only get the kickback from Orange when the SIM activates), and, write off any accessories that I bought . The way they go about this is pretty heavy handed too: e-mails telling you that if you don't send the phone they assume you want to buy for an overinflated price (around 150% the usual price). While not totally DAP's fault, this does highlight a weakness in their system (If you Google it, you'll find many similar cases).
Did I forget to mention DAP's aftercare? They avoid you like the plague, the phone system is like a maze where they *try* not to contact you and online responses take 2+ days with a simple "Have a nice day" to let you know you're done so you have to start all over if your issue is not resolved.
Many of these companies have ratings to the extreme, and I think it's because when things go right the prices are great and you don't have to deal with them at all, but if things go wrong, boy, you better be ready for a full on migraine.
TLDR: The prices are so low that if you have a masochistic streak you should take the risk. But encounter problems and you are probably screwed.
I'd tried my mobile contract provider and other companies for my upgrade/airtime requirements without success but Dialaphone got me just what I wanted with no hassle and in quick time. Great!
I have previously bought a phone from mobiles.co.uk and I would have bought from them again. However, there was a deal that they discontinued a few weeks before I bought the phone that dialaphone still had. I assumed that the cashback procedures would be the same. However dialaphone has no web-based submission (mobiles.co.uk does), the submission dates are not evenly spaced (which makes it more difficult to set up reminders), and they say "Time limits for redemption claims are strict" but I can't find anywhere on the site what those time limits are (mobiles.co.uk clearly state 60 days). Hence it seems they are doing all they can to make cashback claims as difficult and confusing as possible. Having said this, the phone arrived quickly and the price is good.
Dialaphone where really helpful and professional. The listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me things I new I didn't want. I got a new handset which was not available with any other provider and it was delivered within 2 days. I am left a very happy customer.

communication was exemplary even follow up emails! in comparison my husband ordered his s3 the next day from a different company, [he wanted a colour dialaphone didn't have] the deal was not quite as good there has been a delay and so far they have not contacted him once!he is still waiting!! i would reccomend dialaphone to anyone, thanks again for a great service.
ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDNT NOT CLICK ANY!!!!! FIrst of all i made my purchase and was told 3 - 5 working days. This then went onto me finding out the colour hand set i ordered was not in stock after being told it was. Changed the colour and again told 3 - 5 working days however, the confirmation told me otherwise. After calling the call center time and time again i decided to cancel the order. This was when found out there was no cooling off period and i was tied into a verbal contract so had to keep the phone.. Due to my fustration they decided to bring my delivery date forward and send my item out. To be honest everytime i look at the phone it reminds me of you disgusting people. This is the worst phone company and i would never recommend to anyone. Inface since my experience i have been discouraging my friends and family from using dialaphone and would be greatful never hearing from you again. Unless you decide to take the phone back, leave me alone before i take u to trading standards
I found dialaphone easy to use with friendly helpful staff. They search for the best deal and explain everything clearly.
I think they try a little to hard to help (is that possible??) as the deals they agree & complete with u on the phone don't always make it past the SPS (sales prevention squad! ;) I had to go through my upgrade 3 times before it got approved and sorted!?
Unfortunately the first attempt led to all sorts of problems as when it was rejected the upgrade had already been started (old sim cancelled & note put on my account saying that my upgrade was not due for another 2 years) I did get a lot of help from Scott, he was very courteous & tenacious enough to stick with the issue and my upgrade until it was fully complete (even called me up as soon as he knew there was a problem with the 2nd attempt to complete the upgrade) A the third attempt He was able to get me an upgrade which was slightly higher than I wanted to pay but ok overall.
The handset arrived within 3 days and is now hidden away for my sons xmas present.
Overall I am happy with you guys, you just need to align the level the sales teams are allowed to negotiate to with what is acheiveable and agreeable with the SPS. This will save time and make the experience a lot more enjoyable.

Try dialaphone online mate, really good easy to use, super easy in fact, filled in a few details online and waited for reply, the order went through really easy and dialaphone kept me up to date at all times with the process, infact it was so fantastic I ran outside naked in the snow and screamed at the top of my voice how jolly and happy I was at the tremendous service I'd had, my god writing this has reminded me again just how good it was..... Oh no I'm out the door again, smoke me a kipper il be home for breakfast xxxxxx
Whilst initially the online sales experience is adequate and simple, thereafter becomes a challenge, nagivating the telephone system to speak with someone requires a qualification and the 'my account' customer pages are in adequate, don't work and disagree with what you are told over the phone. Staff acknowledge the website does not work. Whilst staff are helpful communication with departments is poor and the outcome is confused and poor quality. It would take some improvement and incentive for me to recommend a friend!
I spoke to a very helpful agent who signed me up for the package I wanted which was at a fantastic price, I received my phone within the time frame promised. Very happy with the service all round.

Bought the phone a week ago through Dialaphone; they were quick and efficient. The change over from o2 to Vodafone was quite painless; I only lost service for about half an hour :))
I have used Dialaphone before and have always been a good service. The ease and service on this occasion has been outstanding. Filled out the simple online application and the Phone was with me the following morning. I got the Motorola Razr i. Had the iphone 3 and Sony Xperia S but this is the best one yet. A truly quality phone at an amazing price. So very happy. Thank you
Good phone and good price but old sim was terminated with out notice while my son was in hospital leaving me with no way to be contacted or call hospital for any update on his condition until I had set up new phone. Just bad timing I guess.
