I would recommend daily a phone to anyone the man who sold me the phone was brilliant he knew all about the product and deal was a lot cheaper than VodafoneI have all ready sold them one more phone with more on the way
Poor service. Very difficult to get to speak to a human rather than automated service. Salesperson told me phone would be with me within 5 working days but delivery date on account showed delivery due in 3 weeks. Then told sales often say that but they don't know how long it takes. Then told I couldn't cancel order. Was told new talk plan would take effect within 24hrs with a "pro rata" allowance until my next bill date. Later found out this was also rubbish - didn't take effect until after my next bill and then only because I phoned Orange several times - they told me dialaphone hadn't put through my upgrade.
Absolutely delighted with the price of the contract I got from Dial-a-phone. Much better than the contract offers direct from the service providers, with a better deal at a cheaper price. Great, quick service too!
Good service at the other end, lady at the other end very pleasant and got me a good deal.if trying to contact them on the phone though.better off going to phones for yu as they are part of dial a phone and speaking to someone face to face.had a connection problem to start off with, went to p4u and were helpfull and let me use there phone to sort it out, again spoke to another lady on the other end, and again she was very pleasant.
Disappointed by the service. Took a long time before I could actually use the phone. The sim and number I was issued was allocated to someone else. I don't believe it is a new phone as the times were for Australia and so was the weather . Don't trust this to be a new phone. Feel cheated. Waiting for other things to go wrong. Don't understand the gadget help
Dialaphone communication was good, they kept me inform when my delivery was. But I was not happy when I received my phone because the outer package was not tape or had any seal. I look inside the box, there was my phone in its case. The case had a black seal on it with a message "DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN CAUTION SEALED PACKAGE" . The seal was broken so I immediately called the customer service because I was concern. The customer service advisor explained the warehouse open it to check if all the item was correct before despatching. This explanation is not acceptable because the checking process should be completed before they seal the box and not to break the seal again. This had given me the impression the phone had been tampered with and the phone might not be new.
