Amazing service, fantastic product and great prices

Although I had reservations about Diamond Geezer due to the name, my friend convinced me to give them a go and I'm so glad I did. They designed me a beautiful and very unique engagement ring and I got to choose every element of it including the cut of the diamond and the actual diamond itself. Everything was done over the phone or email and I saw lots of computer generated pics of what my ring would look like. It surpassed my expectations and if it hadn't of, then I had the option to return it for a full refund. So there was no reason not to give them a try. We then bought our wedding rings from them too and they turned them around really quickly and did free engraving which was a lovely touch. I can really really recommend them!

Buying an important piece on line certainly requires a change of culture, more we suggest than a huge leap of faith. Think of your card payment as a bond that allows us to send you a piece of significant value on approval. Believe me if we don't do our job correctly the card company will soon whip the money back, long before we get a right of reply. Interestingly, depending on the card you use we'll have the item with you long before you have to part with any money at all. It is a fact that the 'distant selling' laws that we have to abide by are much stricter than those that are applied to a traditional retailer, so the irony is you are actually better protected buying on line.

Amazing rings, excellent service :)

We ordered our wedding rings from diamond geezer. I liked the way you could see the progress of the rings on the website. The rings were delayed by one day, but I was telephoned by a very polite lady the day before to make sure that was ok. When the rings arrived we were delighted, they are beautiful. The packaging was excellent. The only slight negative was that I was given a fed ex link for the package, but they were delivered by Royal Mail! All turned out brilliantly in the end :)

Just to clear a little confusion, all customers get advised of the Royal Mail tracking numbers, we don't use Fedex for the UK so have no idea why or how the impression was given that it was a Fedex number. First rate service and value

I recently bought earrings from DG and was very pleased with their price and the quality.

I arranged and purchased my engagement ring for my girlfriend to arrive before Boxing Day, her birthday, so I could propose. This only gave Diamond Geezer just over a week to make the ring and get it despatched to me in time. They were extremely helpful throughout the process, keeping me updated at every stage of the fabrication of the ring. It arrived on the expected day of delivery, and somehow I managed to keep the secret from everyone, to make the special day a surprise for everyone! Due to the short timescale involved, I was told that if there was anything that needed adjusting, I could return it free of charge as the ring still needed to be hallmarked. The day went better than I could have ever imagined! The ring was perfect, and only took about a week to return form being adjusted and hallmarked! I would highly recommend DIAMOND GEEZER, the products are top quality and the service is second to none!! They made a very special day worry free and better than I could have ever dreamed!! I would recommend them to anyone who wanted an incredibly beautiful bespoke ring, with the greatest amount of choice at a fantastic price to look at them first. Lovely birthday present!

I decided I wanted something really special for a birthday present to myself! I have been looking at this lovely ring for ages on-line and finally decided to "go" for it after speaking to Ben on the phone. There was a slight hiccup with the quality of the first stone, which Ben advised me about right from the outset and Diamond Geezer pulled out all the stops so that I received the ring on the date requested. This is not the first time I have used Diamond Geezer and found them to be helpful and very good value - also a very personal experience.

Swift reliable service from a highly trusted company

Had to get my wife's engagement ring re-valued for insurance purposes recently. All of the local jewellers needed us to leave the ring with them for a day which didn't sit well with the wife, her engagement ring being her 2nd most favourite thing (the fella who gave it to her being the first obviously) I thought I'd give Diamond Geezer a call as they have always been very helpful in the past and originally supplied said stunning ring three years previous. As usual the service was spot on, the price was a shade under our lowest quote from the local people and Teri's ring remained firmly on her finger throughout the process. Ideal! I love Diamond Geezer, so far I've bought an engagement ring and both our wedding bands from them, so much better than anything available on the high street and the prices are just the best around without question. Brilliant.
As a point of note allot of my wife's friends work for a prestigious national chain of jewellers and they all rate Diamond Geezer's work over their own.

All my worries put at ease!

So as many other people have wrote I was hesitant at buying such an important product over the internet.. Surely all these 5 star excellent reviews were made up or untrue?!?
I can go on record as saying that buying my girlfriends engagement ring from DG was a decision well made. I had been to Hatton gardens a few times on a recky but after speaking to Ben a number of times on the phone he made me feel at ease and his advice and guidance was most appreciated.
Even after the ring arrived and I decided that I wanted to change a few things Ben and the team were only to happy to make the changes in a turn around time I didn't think was possible.

All in all I would have no doubts about recommending DG to any of my friends and I urge you not to worry and get in contact with them today!

Diamond Geezer's products and service are first class!

I bought my wife's engagement and wedding rings from Diamond Geezer and am now very popular at home. I've also bought my wedding ring here too and cannot recommend them enough. I'm actually looking forward to buying more jewellery for my wife from here... but don't tell her.

What a sparkler!

It is very difficult to buy something that you haven't seen. I live nearby and really wish that I could have visited the workshop to see samples and try on. All fingers are different and different styles suit different hands. However my engagement ring was superb. It twisted around my finger a little and DG put beads on the back, free of charge, which helped. My wedding band did not look good with the ring but the second one did! So.... The service is excellent, the quality is excellent and the value for money is excellent . It is not as easy as going to a shop but the choice is excellent and I am thrilled with the result.

Like a diamond in the sky , Luke came through for me massively! I had a tight deadline to get a ring for my proposal and contacted several people for a ring. Luke called me straight away and re-assured me. By far the best price and the nicest ring AND it was delivered early to save me a load of stress! Thankfully she said yes too :)

Don't be put off by the co. name!

Snobbery may make you scroll past during an Internet search as for some the co. name may evoke thoughts of something less than a quality experience but you'd be wrong, oh so wrong!

I have had my custom designed engagement ring, wedding ring and now eternity ring from DG. I cannot praise the service and the quality enough absolutely 1st class.

Absolutely Fantastic Quality and Service

I was very wary about buying an engagement ring form the internet. If you are looking for a ring of any type especially an engagement ring then Diamond Geezer is the place to go. The service is fanstatic, you are kept up to date with the process and the quality of the ring is second to none. Compare prices with high street prices and you will be shocked. All in all i would reccommend Diamond Geezer to anyone looking for a special ring.

Appropriate advice when appropriate help was needed

A sincere thank you for the help and suggestions given regarding the eternity ring for Sarah. It is Sarah’s birthday today hence I passed the ring across to her this morning: she is absolutely delighted with it and it fits perfectly on the finger as well as against the wedding and engagement rings that we previously bought through Diamond Geezer. Diamond Geezer is... well... a Diamond Geezer!

So, I found Diamond Geezer whilst looking online for my wedding ring. I was a bit dodgy about buying a wedding ring online at all, but none of the shops had the style I wanted so I started looking on the net as well.

I gotta admit, I was slightly put off at first by the name Diamond Geezer... it brought up images of dodgy cockney salesmen with knocked-off watches hanging inside their trench-coat, but I couldn't ignore the fact that they had a LOT of designs and a lot of options to customise.

I decided to be thorough and looked for reviews of the site, and found every single one to be an outstanding review. I also trusted my instinct and, depsite the name, had a good feeling about the site. I left it once out of blind fear but came back to it, and I'm glad I did!

I found searching through the vast amounts of rings a little bit fiddly, especially as the filters seem to be a bit odd, for example if you want only 8mm rings there is an 8mm filter in one category such as Mens Diamond-Set rings, but not in Designer-Diamond rings. If you take the filters out altogether you get about 2000 designs, but a lot of them are duplicated many times for different sizes and different types of metal. Also there is only a "next page" and "previous page" button but no indication of how many pages you have to go through!

With all that said, once you have mastered the filter engine you can get down to business. The rings are (in the words of a famous beer brand) reassuringly expensive. A lot of websites on the internet claim to be selling diamond rings for US$100 or less and to me that just sounds dodgy. If you are wondering where the catch is there usually is one!

Before I ordered my ring I called customer service as my fingers are smaller than the smallest mens size available. The customer service guy was extremely friendly and helpful, he arranged for the website to be altered to show my ring as a ladies ring so that it came in my size, and also gave me some insight into how the design of the ring would alter to accommodate the larger width that I wanted.

Once the order was placed I got a very helpful progress tracking site. I also noticed in the terms and conditions that resizing has to be within 30 days and queried this on the order form as I work away for 42 days at a time and won't be able to try it on until I get home. I got an E-mail back the next day saying this wouldn't be a problem, again, very reassuring and helpful.

The progress tracker is great, it doesn't just say "taken money" and "dispatched" like a lot of tracking sites, but has all the stages of manufacturing so you can really get an idea with what is going on. There was a slight delay with one of the stages and again I was contacted politely and promptly by customer services asking if it was ok to have the ring an extra couple of days.

Once this was agreed the ring was despatched on the exact (revised) day that they said it would be, and was received by my girlfriend today. She says the ring is beautiful, and the alterations to the design for the extra width are exactly as the original customer service agent described.

Overall I have found Diamond Geezer to be a very pleasant internet-shopping experience. Their service is excellent, the choice is excellent and the prices are what you would expect to pay for the jewelry.

Amazing ring and top quality service

It was really easy to pick the right ring for my now fiancé!! The website is easy to use and customising the ring was a doddle.

Order tracking keeps you up to date at all times and when I wanted the ring delivered earlier, customer services were very helpful and sorted it for me.

If I'm honest the name of the company put me off a bit.... Not really sure why tbh but it did. Needless to say I needn't of worried, the ring and service is better then I could of hoped for.

Ring arrives in a lovely plain box with diamond certificate and cleaning cloth, I'm still waiting for the valuation but I'm certain it will be worth much more then I paid.

Great service, lovely ring

I was a little wary of using the online purchasing service for such a high priced item at first, but the way the system is set up I found to be very helpful. You get exactly what your looking for and the certificate to prove it. I dealt with at least 3 people at DG and all were super helpful and really knew their stuff. They weren't at all pushy and took the time to make sure i got exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased my wedding band from your site and I was informed about your progress with my order every single step of the way all the way until my delivery arrived.
However, I soon realised the ring was too big, (my responsibility) and therefore took advantage of the free re-sizing service you provided. Again I was amazed and pleased with the level of service that was provided, not only did you notify me that you had received my return but you again updated me regularly with progress and the ring was back to me after a couple of days.
A truly excellent service and you should be proud as this is not common place with a large number of companies that I deal with. I would not hesitate to purchase from you again or recommend you to my friends.

Absolutely stunning Engagement Ring!

This review is a little delayed however much deserved for the level of service we received from the team at Diamond Geezer! Myself and my partner contacted diamond geezer last year as I was unable to find an engagement ring I liked in a jewellers and the only one I did find was a £1000 over our budget! I dealt with Ben whose knowledge gave me the reassurance I needed to buy from an Internet based business! To say I was a little apprehensive is an understatement regarding buying such an expensive item online however after reading hundreds of positive reviews I decided to take the risk!

Well I am certainly glad I did! I sent a picture to Ben of a ring I liked and also parts if of it I wasn't as keen on, after his suggestions and myself picking an appropriate diamond the wheels where fully in motion! I then received an image of what my newly designed ring would look like and once agreed the making of it commenced!

I received the piece a short time later and it is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen, everyone comments on it and not only that it has been valued at more money than what we paid!

Since then we have also ordered our weddings rings which we received and again couldn't be more happy with, absolutely beautiful and mine matches my engagement ring perfectly.

Now I know I have gone on for a while but I think it's only fair to give anyone in doubt a good insight into our experience and also give diamond geezer the appreciation they deserve!! One mistake but very good at redeeming themselves

My first order for my wedding ring was sent out wrong so I had to send this back for the satin finish I'd originally asked for. Apart from the original mistake, it was sent back the day after I posted it back with the change made and again when I'd sent it back for the free resize. Very good to deal with over the phone and quick at dealing with a problem. Cheers!

We bought our wedding rings five years ago from Diamond Geezer after seeing the Dragons Den programme. The rings were amazing, great diamonds, quality product and with two free sapphires inside the ring. Great touch guys.

Since getting married I have lost over three stone in weight and my ring no longer fits - it slipped off my finger in to the bin and I knew that I had to get it altered to make it smaller. Not knowing who would be able to resize the ring I got in touch with DG and they said that they would resize it for free - AWESOME! The first resize is free - that is just unbelievable when do you ever get anything for free?

Well at DG you do. No only did they take care of my ring, they called me to let me know they had received it and to talk me through the resizing options. I had my ring back within the week and it is now SUPER shiny and polished again too. Not only did they resize it but they polished it up a treat.

Now my other half wants his ring polishing too - hehe - makes it look like I have gotten a new ring and his is a little more used.

I have never bought jewellry online before so when i decided to buy my Fiancee's engagement ring from Diamond Geezer it was a big deal to me. I need not have worried, the whole process was a great example of the highest quality customer service, and the ring was amazing - perfect, my Fiancee fell in love with it immediately, many many brownie points for me. I got so much more ring for my money than if I had bought it in a shop on the high street, so everyone is happy ;-)
