Over the moon!!!
The staff at Diamond Geezer were very friendly. My husband - to be purchased my beautiful engagement ring 5 years ago and diamond geezer still had all the ring details on their system so they were able to design a wedding ring to match.. It was beautiful! My husbands wedding ring was also very classy. We' are both extremely pleased. Thank you diamond geezer!

Gorgeous ring, friendly staff
I really love my ring - and it's beautifully made. It feels very special because I chose the stones and I know I couldn't have got anything like it on the High Street - especially not at the price. The only hassles I had were that my change of mind about ring size wasn't acknowledged and didn't appear on my progress report, and delivery was a day late (although I was told about this). I'd definitely recommend Diamond Geezer and would use them again.

Beautiful ring, hassle free at the right price and it worked a treat.
I thought looking for a ring would be a daunting and expensive task, this was not the case. The website is easy to use and the content pages are packed with everything you could want, with diamonds to fit all budgets.
The ring was perfect.
I will be ordering the wedding rings for our November wedding.

Amazing value for money
I saw a ring I liked in an upmarket highstreet Jeweller. Problem was I didn't want to spend anywhere near that amount so I had the team at Diamond Geezer design an exact replica. I ended up getting a better diamond ring at less than 50% of the high street cost. It pays to remember diamonds are a commodity! Would recommend to anyone, the serive was great and I had the ring within 10 days of ordering.

Diamond Geezer great service, quality and value!
I placed my order admittedly with some trepidation being over the internet and I have to say I am so impressed with the experience I have received dealing with Diamond Geezer. The web site is very well designed allowing you a wide freedom of choice, right from the start the service was fantastic and you receive almost daily updates on progress. The ring arrived exactly when they said it would and we are very pleased with the quality.

Excellent Company would highly recommend
I have purchased my girlfriends engagement ring from Diamond Geezer after looking at the website i called for more assistance and from the start they were very helpfully, giving guidance to which type diamonds and rings i should be looking at, as i really had no idea of what i was doing, once purchased the process of monitoring my ring while it was being made was very easy to use, once the ring was delivered there was follow up calls made to me to make sure i was happy with the service and ring, would highly recommend and good value for money...

Amazing quality and service highly recommended
I was looking for so long for the right ring and the choice was huge it was great fun looking through the many styles until I found the right ring for me and when it arrived after the constant updates telling me at what stage the ring was in manufacture, I was so happy to have the ring that I will wear for the rest of my life.

Rapid and Efficient Service
This is the second time I've sent my partner's wedding ring back to be cleaned and it's a quick, simple and efficient service. It came back sparkling clean and the on-line tracking is just brilliant for a worrier like me. The staff are friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Absolutely Brilliant!!!

Impressive!
My partner and I were a little nervous about using an internet site to buy rings! However we needn't have worried as we were looked after all the way and kept informed of what was happening on a regular basis. We dealt with Ben and he was always polite and helpful.
The rings are lovely and we would definitely use them again. They represent excellent value for money too!

Great service - great product.
We had no problems at all buying our eternity ring from DiamondGeezer, from ordering via their easy to use website, regular e-mail updates of production progress and arrival by Royal Mail special recorded delivery on the agreed delivery date.
The ring itself is faultless, very well made and good value for money.

My fiancé bought my beautiful engagement ring from Diamond Geezer in 2011. We knew when we were getting married we would return to them for my wedding ring. Diamond Geezer designed the wedding ring to fit with my engagement ring and both rings look absolutely stunning together and fit perfectly. I'm 'Over The Moon'
I took delivery of my new pendant yesterday and I am beyond thrilled with it. I bought from Diamond Geezer years ago when he had a shop in the Cotswolds and I have never forgotten the service and attention to detail at that time so it was not too big a leap of faith for me to use them again to make this special pendant incorporating a diamond from my late mother's engagement ring. I was bowled over when I opened the box. The diamond which had looked very small and insignificant in the ring looked much larger and more striking in its new setting and I shall wear it constantly. So it is a massive thank you from me. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends.

A high quality cost effective service
A very good service. I spoke to someone who understood what I was after and then found the best solution within the confines of my budget. I was kept informed of progress throughout the process and was contacted immediately when a delay arose, along with a new delivery date. 100% sparkle factor service
I first used diamond geezer 7 years ago when purchasing my wifes engagment ring, I spent a lot of time researching various companies and to be honest worrying about my choice and purchase. I wanted the best ring for my budget and hoped for something special and a bit unique. My experience then was absolutley brilliant and both myself and my wife have been really pleased with the ring ever since, over the years there has been lots and lots of people and friends commenting on the ring (sparkle/design etc) which gives much satisfaction. Following on from that expierence I have since returned to diamond geezer to purchase another ring, I didn't even consider looking elsewhere, again the service was faultless, trusting and the end result...absolutely fantastic!! superb
after 50 years marrige to my wife she thought it was time to get another wedding band as you get older your body changes and so after going to many jewelry shops the last one we visited sugested that the ring they were showing us was far better than the ones on the internet upto this point we never gave the internet a thought but we came home and looked at diamond geezer we were unsure about this and the large sum involved on the internet so I gave them a ring and had a chat to Clive who was very helpful and put us at ease.
after sometime and a lot of thought we placed an order it was the best thing we have ever done the wedding band was heavy and 7 mm wide at a very good price and we are hoping to go back to diamnd geezer to order a new diamond engagement ring.First class service and product do not doubt this firm place your order with

Efficient friendly service
Unfortunately I had problems with my previous wedding ring that had been made by another jeweller and got a refund, and some friends recommended diamond geezer to us.
Diamond geezer answered my many questions and concerns and delivered fantastic customer service. My only criticism was that the ring arrived 4 days later than the scheduled date though they did inform me in advance that the ring would arrive late.

I can't begin to say how brilliant I found Diamond Geezer. From the 1st phone call to delivery of the ring everything went smoothly and when I rang to request the delivery date being brought forward I was quickly contacted back to advise this would be possible. The advice and help was great and the ring is amazing. It was a surprise engagement and I proposed on Christmas Eve. It was perfect. I was worried the ring might not be what my partner wanted (I had this ring ordered and then one day in town my partner showed me what sort of ring she might like when we eventually got engaged!!) but she absolutely loved it!! I knew though that I would have been able to have the diamond or setting changed if I needed so was reassured about that!! Buying a ring is difficult if you go into a shop. When I told a friend I was buying a ring over the internet he said I was brave, or was it mad.... lol :-) ..... BUT, I believe I have had a better service and experience for this very important purchase going about it how I have done. Diamond Geezer clearly know what they are about and know what they are doing and I cannot praise them enough. Luke, Ben and Emily... Thank you so much, you are awesome!!!

Superb experience - would certainly use DG again.
As a number of reviews have commented, I had the usual reservations about buying my girlfriends engagement ring online, however the more and more I researched diamond rings, the more I realised that a number of household jewellery chains seemed to charge very inflated prices for equivalent diamonds.
The countless positive reviews of DG alleviated my initial reservations and so I bit the bullet and ordered my girlfriends ring - choosing a diamond with a far superior clarity, colour and carat than I could have afforded on the high street.
I had a quick conversation with the friendly staff at DG to confirm my order, and 2 weeks later the ring arrived ahead of schedule.
My girlfriend loves the ring which is the main thing! And I feel pleased knowing my purchase was superb value (that'll be the Yorkshire in me!)

Excellent service and even better diamonds
I had been looking to buy an engagement ring for sometime and had visited several high street stores as well as an independent jewellery maker, but was never sure I was getting value for money or the quality of ring I thought my girlfriend deserved.
I had done my research on diamonds and contemplated buying through the internet, but was nervous about buying such an important (not to mention valuable) purchase online. However after reading many reviews and doing quite a bit of research I spoke with Luke (Diamond Geezer), who put my mind at ease and recommended me a higher grade of diamond that was slightly cheaper than the one I had selected.
The whole process was extremely impressive with continuous email updates about each stage of the production. The ring was finished a day earlier than estimated, just in time for Christmas.
When it arrived the diamond was more than I expected with the sparkle amazing, and the ring itself felt well crafted and very expensive. My girlfriend absolutely loves it as do her friends. The ring needed to be resized and this processed was equally impressive with it taking one working day to complete before in was returned to us.
I would absolutely recommend Diamond Geezer to any of my friends. They produce amazing diamond rings and combine it with first class service. I just wish more companies operated in this manner!

beautiful ring, A* service
I knew exactly what I wanted for my engagement ring, but couldn't quite find it, and anything I fell in love with was just too expensive. I stumbled across Diamond Geezer after a lot of internet research, and was quite encouraged by their prices, but also the fact that they enable you to design exactly what you want, from scratch. We already had the aquamarine centre stone that we wanted to be set in something quite specific. So I emailed them and asked if it would be possible to get a setting for the stone. What we ended up doing was sending my stone, and pictures and a dexcription of just what I wanted... they got it perfect first time, and I was stunned by what it was going to look like! They sent me the CAD images, which I fell in love with, and when the ring came it was more than perfect. It took slightly longer than planned, but they weren't happy with the first casting and went back to scratch- they are very bothered about quality. I decided I wanted milgrain edging added, and it was done quickly and with no bother, as was resizing. It is a dream come true at a price I couldn't believe, and the quality is great. I have people asking about it every day! It is nerve-wracking doing something like this over the internet, but I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond Geezer, and I will certainly use them again. Special note goes to Ben, who guided me through the whole thing and made sure I was kept updated and was happy with everything. He was helpful, friendly and never pushy. Thanks guys, I now have an engagement ring that it highly coveted, and much loved by me!!!

Brilliant Service
I bought my now fiancées engagement ring from Diamond Geezer. The customer service was brilliant from start to finish, Ben was a great help when deciding exactly which diamond to buy and gave excellent advice. Unbeknown to me DiamondGeezer had a policy of upgrading the diamond if they couldn't source the one which I wanted after taking payment. So I ended up with a slightly better diamond than I expected, my fiancée loves it, and the resizing service was quick and simple to use. I'd definitely recommend DiamondGeezer and will be buying our wedding rings from here.

Fantastic - great service!
Very impressed with Diamond Geezer. It's always a little bit buying something as precious as a platinum eternity ring over the internet, but I shouldn't have worried, the choice of designs was superb, and the customer service excellent. Both Luke and Emily gave very helpful advice over the phone and explained everything perfectly. The ordering process was simple and everything went to plan with the communication on dispatch etc very comprehensive. I always knew what was going on via both SMS and e-mail. The re-sizing was also a trouble-free experience, with very quick turn-around. In fact after the first free re-sizing the ring was still a little large (our fault), but after a quick call, the ring was re-sized again free of charge. Many thanks! I wouldn't hesitate to use Diamond Geezer again.

Brilliant all round
Excellent service from the start, good online buying guides and search options to help me work out and narrow down what kind of engagement ring I was looking for, and easy to order. Once ordered, the process was quick and I was kept fully informed of progress each step of the way. Delivery was on the expected date and the ring is exactly what I had hoped for. More importantly, my new fiance loves it. I played it safe and ordered the ring size on the large side so subsequently had to have it re-sized, but the service (via post) was straight forward and it was returned correctly sized within 2 days of me sending it off. DiamondGeezer met or surpassed all my expectations and I would definitely use them again (although hopefully I won't be needing another engagement ring!).

Excellent Service from Buying to Re-sizing and Great Value for Money
I purchased an egagement ring in late November 2012, there was a minor hiccup with the delivery date however this was resolved with the item being delivered next day. The product is of an extremely high quality and was above expectations when received, it was very well received by my now fiance too...As many probably do i had purchased the wrong size so we had to send back for resizing, this was done in one day and returned to us at only the cost of postage and packaging with the ring in exactly the same condition as before. I would have no hesitation recommending DG to anyone and I will be looking at them for wedding rings when the time comes.

Don't waste your time and money looking anywhere else, Diamond Geezer is the best!
I spent a lot of time doing my research into diamonds. After looking at a number of sites (77 Diamonds, James Allen and Diamond Geezer) were the ones I decided on. Customer service at Diamond Geezer was 1000 times better than the other 2, hence making the choise to go with them. Replies would take a few hours by email compared to over a week from 77 Diamonds. The only gripe I had was that they don't have images of the actual diamonds (James Allen does). However, if you ask, Diamond Geezer can try and get an image if the holder has them. I found a diamond and chose a setting. I loved the fact that every day you get an email to let you know how the process is going and when you can expect the diamond. When it arrived (bang on time) it was better than I had expected. Perfect and so much cheaper than the high street. You also get a free resize if you need it and an independent high street valuation (which showed a saving of over £2.5k). The presentation box too is top class. My fiancee loved the ring and I would definately buy from diamond geezer any time. Parting with so much money online, without seeing the item may sound risky but I promise you that you will feel like a valued customer who has a one to one guide every step of the way who will answer all your questions.

First class, beautiful product & superb customer service
I was a bit concerned about spending a large sum of money on an engagement ring over the internet because it's such a special thing to buy and I wanted it to be perfect. However, my concerns were unfounded as the guys at DG were just brilliant. They helped me secure the diamond that I wanted and were able to answer all my questions, courteously and quickly. The online updates keep you up to speed on progress and the finished ring arrived earlier than forecast. But most importantly of all it was perfect and my new fiancee loves it. I can't recommend DG enough other than to say I will be coming back to order our Wedding Rings in due course. Don't go anywhere else!!!

Got diamond pendant for my wife's 60th Birthday, took my time looking around the web and decided on Diamond Geezer and picked my own diamond. Awesome customer service from start to finish
The folks at DiamondGeezer.com have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish.
With such an important purchase, I'm not one for rushing my decision! I made lots of calls as well as visits to the website and was always happy with the support given and was never felt rushed or pushed.
The order process is great with regular updates. And...most importantly - the ring is stunning!
