Lovely sparkly diamonds!

I ordered a bezel set diamond pendant. It arrived within the 2 week time slot as stated, it arrives by recorded delivery in a gorgeous wooden box. The pendant is stunning and I've yet to see anything as good on the High Street. I'll definitely recommed Diamonds Factory and will certainly buy from them again.

Good quality shame about the delivery or would have been 5 stars!

Thank you for the very fast delivery, the day i recieved my parcel i rang with a complaint which i felt was not delt with very well this was not a complaint against the diamondsfactory however it was a complaint against the mail company that you had used to deliever my ring.

On the 26th April at 09:28 hrs the ring was delivered to Miss Micheala spencer's home, she told me that she didnt get any knocks at her door and spoke to no delievery men she went to work around 10am, later on that evening her fiance came home from work and whilst parking his car on their drive he noticed a brown parcel placed down the side of their home next to the garage this parcel was my ring.

I spoke to both Micheala and her fiance and the both told me that neither of them had signed for this parcel, however when i rang the diamondsfactory the lady on the phone told me that Miss Micheala spencer had signed for the parcel at 09:28 on the 26th April which again she denied.

From here the lady from the diamondsfactory directed me to the Royal Mail site where i could track the parcel and see the signature used to sign for the parcel, i asked miss micheala spencer to supply me with a specimen signature which did not resemble the signature used to sign for the ring in any way.

In my honest belief now i believe that the following happened, the mail man had came to the address knocked with no reply because he didnt get a reply looked at the name and tried to create a signature to say the parcel had been signed for and then placed the parcel unsecured outside their property.

Again this is only my belief however the fact of the matter is still my parcel was placed unsecured next to this property only for Michealas fiance to find which says to me anyone could have seen that and taken it how lucky must i have been.

Again i am not complaining to your company but feel you should know what happend to this parcel, raise an investigation and please understand how annoyed i am at the fact the mail man dumped my parcel in this manner, he shouldnt have done this any way but the fact that the contents of this parcel ment a lot too me and as you know are worth quite some small fortune is in my eyes neglegence and extremely out of order.

It is just a shame that things could have went so wrong at this point and if it had been stolen you may (because of the mail's negligence) have had to dispatch another ring.

I hope this message gets to you well and i have the up most respect for everything you have done for me so far, and the fantastic process i have been through and the quality of the ring i purchased.

I also sent this exact to your company on the 1st May 2013 and to this date i still have not had any reply, i have been told that the Royal Mail guy who delivered my ring had been punished with dismisall from the Royal Mail and apparently made an apology to my friends but nothing has been said to me from either parties.

Was very unsure about ordering online but the engagement rings were so much more reasonable than any shop. More for your money was definitely the case. My ring took 2 weeks to be delivered and I am thrilled with it, the band was a little thinner than I had thought but it doesnt take away from the look of the ring. One happy lady!!

very professional service

I ordered my fiance an engagement ring from the diamond factory I was a little unsure about ordering on line especially when your parting with a large sum of money, but my uncertainty was quickly dispelled I spoke to a lovely lady called Rosie who patiently went through my order with me , she was very knowledgeable about there products. Rosie called me back twice to check my order because it was made to my specification. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive , I recieved an email after 2 weeks saying my ring had been dispatched and gave me a tracking code my parcel arrived the next day. The ring was amazing better than I expected .I would highly recommend the diamond factory I will most definitely use them again ,......ps she said yes ...

Today I have received the ring. Like in many reviews I was a bit apprehensive to buy the ring on line but after reading the reviews and looking at the prices in the jewelry shop I decided to give it a go. Definitely I would recommended the website, very kind service, quick reply, I even used the life chat and did not have to wait a long time for the reply. I have requested the day of the dispatch and got it on the second day. I hope the size is correct but I will find out soon as I have organised a trip to propose in Venice!!!

I did the whole thing over the phone, after finding what I wanted on the website. The operator was very helpful, even ringing me back so I could organise finances for payment. She was also extremely patient as I finally came to a decision over the details.
The only thing I could see improving things would be if there were more details about the "cut" of the diamonds, ideally the opportunity to choose. Otherwise I had a fantastic experience and my fiancé is absolutely thrilled with her Marquise diamond engagement ring!

Positive first time experience of buying jewellery online, would return.

Clear and detailed descriptions on the website, variety of tools to view the ring from all different angles, I found the tailor made approach with costings far better than buying direct from a traditional jeweller. I was very satisfied with the email messages with the customer services team, their response exceeded my expectation, they were professional, polite and welcoming, providing me with the detail that I required. Excellent service and diamond

The diamond is fantastic. The only reservation we have is the very thin chain, we are going to buy our daughter a slightly thicker one. Perhaps some indication of the thickness could be put on the web site.
Delivery was in good time as we were late in ordering.

Good timely service

I had left it late to organise a present and stated that I needed some diamond stud earrings with 2 weeks.

The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful, while he stated that he could not guarantee my delivery would be on time he did state that they would do their best.

I was kept up to date with the progress and the delivery was made in plenty of time!!

The rings I bought were much cheaper than in shops and the quality is excellent. I had to return for re-sizing which was done free of charge and the re-sized rings were returned within a week. The service I received was efficient & friendly.

Excellent Trustworthy Help and Assistance

Was a bit confused in the lead up to purchasing an engagement ring and certainly wanted value for money. I came across the Diamonds Factory website and started to explore it and by comparing it with a local Aberdeen quality jewellers web site could see I was getting much more for my money. Having selected the cut of stone and setting of the ring I was still a bit unsure to the fine details so telephoned for help and was led gently through the final process by an extremely helpful, non pushy girl and made the order, which I'd left just a bit late as I did have a birthday deadline I wanted to meet. This wasn't a problem the assistant assured me the ring would be ready and dispatched within the time limit giving me a specific date and it was actually sent a day early. It was away beyond expectations and greatly received THANK YOU DIAMONDS FACTORY !!!!!

Due to my wife being diagnosed with cancer we got married before I was able to purchase her an engagement ring. She always said she didn't need one but what girl doesn't like diamonds?

Amy was a great help in choosing a beautiful ring to match my wife's wedding ring and despite me not knowing my wife's ring size she was still able to sort everything for me including having it resized free of charge.

My wife is progressing well with her treatment and I will be buying her another rock from Diamonds Factory for our first wedding anniversary in October.

High quality personalised service!

I couldn't recommend Diamonds Factory highly enough. We were made to feel valued from the moment we buzzed into the door until we left. No pressure sales tactics were applied and we were offered the time to go away and think if we needed to.

Drawbacks - If you are expecting a flash jewelry-rich shop windowed front, you may be disappointed! And whilst the sales/advice room is large, it was an odd experience having other couples there as well with other sales staff. However, the staff were very discreet throughout.

Well worth a trip in to see what they can offer you!

Fantastic service and great product

Having reviewed many options online and on the high street I realised that the Diamond Factory offered the best value rings. Unfortunately I realised this too late for a bespoke ring so rang up to see what options I had. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and said you would ring back in 20 minutes which she did. I was given a choice of a similar ring to the one I was initially looking for that could be delivered within 5 days so I ordered it. Delivery was on time and the ring was as good as expected. Would highly recommend.

Superb Customer Service

I orderd an engagement ring, on behalf of my son, so that it would arrive at our house rather than his. Timing was everything as he was ordering the ring without being able to measure his future fiancees finger so he wanted to have the use of the 30 day return for alterations if need be. It also couldnt arrive before a certain date as he was taking her to London to propose and wanted it in time for that, but not too close that it may not arrive in time. I explained all of this to the staff and was assured they understood exactly what was required. They kept me up to date with progress of the ring, then emailed to tell me it was on its way. At all times I had been given several names and phone numbers for staff in case I had concerns. The ring arrived, the big day arrived and she said YES. The ring did need to be altered and once again I had fantastic suport and help from the staff. I posted it back to them on a Wednesday and it arrived back with me on the following Wednesday. I have never received such good (and friendly) customer service from any business - this beats them all and I would like to thank everyone that was involved - you helped make my sons day, THANK YOU

NOT SURE IF I WOULD BUY AGAIN!

I bought 2 diamond rings from Diamonds Factory, one of which was a 5 stone oval cut 1ct VVS D-E ring.
I had this ring EGL / DGLA certified.
I have bought many top quality rings over the year's and until recently owned a jewellery business in The Lake District so i have an idea what jewellery should look like.
The Diamonds Factory done everything they could to make this an easy transaction so i could not fault the handling of the sale at all.
The problem is the stones are supposed to be VVS and D-E in colour, the certificate i got with the ring said that the stones were of good quality, maybe they are but they lack any sparkle.
This is the main reason anyone buys diamonds regardless of the cost so i was a little disappointed when i opened the box.
I think i paid £4k ish for the 2 rings so i didn't see the point in contacting Diamonds Factory to complain but if i was to purchase anything from them again i think i will go down to Hatton and have a look for myself before i hand over any money.

Personal service, very thorough.

The company allowed me to more or less customise a ring to both my requirements and my budget: everything is laid out in simple templates allowing you to improve each aspect of the ring individually (stones, band, clarity etc) and find something perfect. I was having my ring shipped to another address to avoid raising suspicion, and the company was extremely thorough in making sure no fraud was committed. At the time, I found this very frustrating (I was impatient to get engaged!) but in hindsight I appreciate how in-depth they were, and every little niggle I had was resolved was fixed with a simple phone call. It is probably in this respect that Diamonds Factory best stood out: they were always available and almost always sympathetic to the ragged nerves of a stressed customer!

I there was an award for the closest calling moment of my life this day would have got it. let's give you some backstory

I had a design I liked but wanted it a bit different, this was done for me with no issues, I was told when the ring should arrive, and that date got closer and closer, I called to check, only to be told that there was a scratch on a gem and it had been sent back to be replace...

What a panic, I was 5 days out from the bookings I had made for the proposal, this was the worst thing I could have thought of, I was promised the ring would be back in 5 days, this was going to be close. The day arrived and the time was getting close to having to depart, was this going to be the fail of my life,

Thankfully no... the delivery arrived 3 mins before we had to depart, it was as close as it gets.

I had the ring, exactly what I was hoping for, the changes I requested were perfect and diamond sparkled a lot more then I initially believe it would. It was perfect. And everytime I look up at her I see one eye on the ring and a hidden smile on her face. But best of all, when ever she shows it off, and people say how expensive it looks I know that the diamonds factory got me a great deal I could afford without compromising on quality.

Fantastic people, Fantastic Service

My husband had my engagement ring designed and made for me by DF, I absolutely love it and the DF staff were great. I loved the ring so much I went back to them for my wedding ring, which I wanted made in a particular way to match the engagement ring. We had left it quite late but DF really pushed to get my ring designed and made in time for the wedding and I actually got it back early (It was perfect! Exactly as I'd wanted it + better!!!) I would recommend the DiamondsFactory to anyone looking for excellent quality and truly attentive and considerate service. I couldn't be happier that we found them!

I found the service was simple to use and very transparent. I contacted the provider on two or three occasions and always got a prompt phone call response AND a follow up email. Top rate in my opinion.

Good customer service, good looking product

I was very happy and would recommend to those nervous of on-line. Only reason not 5 stars is because diamond didn't have quite as much sparkle as I expected although that may be more to do with my expectations than the company.

Better than I ever imagined.

I bought my ring as a retirement present to myself. I was a little wary after having a less than perfect experience on another web site but after reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge. The web site was well designed and easy to navigate. The information it contained was helpful when making my choice. My package arrived exactly as requested. It was a WOW when I opened the box. My ring fits perfectly and looks fantastic. Quality and sparkle is breathtaking and I can't stop looking at it when I wear it. Wonderful earings.

I purchased some diamond earrings for our daughter's 40th birthday. They were beautiful and she was so pleased them that she cried when she opened the box. I will always look to the Diamond Factory in future and have told all of my friends about them.

Lovely diamond ring ever

I am very pleased with the design and pattern which i choose and come exactly the same ring. But only negative side is that diamond factory took four weeks to deliver my item. I had to make phone calls few times in customer service to inquire about my item. Hopefully they will improve to deliver items as early as possible.

Lovely item, good service, great value for money

I bought a diamond ring recently and the item was accurately shown on the internet, it comes with a valuation and the service was quick with good communication.

I would recommend going to a jewellers to get a ring sizing before hand though and not using the online ones as they were way out to the jewellers sizing.
