I ordered from this company, expecting to be treated as a valued customer; when the goods arrived they were in 3 huge boxes - totally over-packaged. When I looked at my paperwork, I realised that this was not a one-off order and that I would be receiving this amount for the next 4 months - I immediately contacted Diet Chef and said I did not have room for this amount and that I wanted to cancel any further orders; I was told in no uncertain terms that if I cancelled, I would have over £100 deducted from my account; I had to contact my bank to prevent this from happening. The goods are of fair quality, but very over-packaged, and I would urge everyone to read the Terms & Conditions carefully. Also, Diet Chef ought to train their Customer Service operatives how to deal with customers!!

Carolynne, Thank you for your comments. We do advise during the order process that we will be delivering 28 days meals on each delivery, so we do apologise if you weren't expecting this.
Remember all of our meals can be stored at room temperature, so no need to fill the fridge or freezer up.
