I started diet chef after putting on weight following IVF. I have found it to be easy and effective. It takes away the stress of dieting as I don't have to worry about counting calories or fat content. On the whole, the meals a tasty and filling - there are only one or two that aren't to my taste. I've only been doing the diet for a week, but in that week I have lost 7lbs and am already starting to feel better in myself.
