i ordered a 3 month xbox live code 6 hours ago and am still waiting on it being delivered, i have sent 2 email complaints about this order and have still had no reply. i am a verified customer and havent had a problem with delivery before (excluding the very 1st time). this is seriously not acceptable considering my money was taken from my bank account straight away. not happy and certainly would not, at this point, recommend this site to anyone :(

25/12/12 update now my post may be removed for refusing to change it in favour of digisub, still awaiting apology or explanation of sum kind. the customer service i received was shocking so why should i up their rating
15/01/13 update, still no apology but did receive a response to this message as below from digisub. think this reply was 3 days after i place order? not good enough, customer service is very poor
