On Wednesday I placed and order for 4200 Xbox points, and thus far I've had NOTHING back. I left a voice mail to 'verify' myself as a customer, (and heard NOTHING back, I also sent an email to chase, and heard NOTHING back. The site, and on here, says that customers can use the 'Live Chat' service, which doesn't actually exist anywhere I can see on the site, and if it does, its well hidden away.
Indeed if there is a live chat service it should be an option on every page. If I don't hear anything today I will assume the company have stolen my details. So to summarize, NO customer service, & NO communication. I can't suggest to anyone to use these clowns as they seem unable, and unwilling to even attempt to fulfill purchase contracts that unwitting customers wish to take out with them.
Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: So on Friday I finally received a rather terse email from Digisub

No apology, or explanation for why it took two DAYS to 'instantly' send my points to me. Aside from this asking me to improve my score rating, nothing. There is absolutely no customer service at all. Just an expectation to see them right for eventually getting round to sending me what I purchsed. Beyond rubbish. I'll move it to two stars, purely because they eventually sent me my points, in total silence.
Tried emailing nthem sent them a email by there form tried facebook them it's pathetic all I want is Xbox live gold 12 month spent ages on thr phone to microsoft to tell me the company has not validatdd the code great

I have ordered from Digi Sub before and was really happy with the speed in which they were delivered first time i've spent a larger sum of money on the site and now my account is "Awaiting Manual Review" they tell you this after you have paid £X amount and is really not acceptable. If this is addressed within the next hour i will amend my review star rating. Amended now i have received the code 3 hours late with no reason why.... The wording on the site needs changing you do get your good they just are instant as stated on the site
Normally service is quick, but delivery is never instant even though been using for over 1 year, I always have to email after 10 mins. Today the order has been over 12 hours and received no communication from DigiSub after several attempts.
Think that the wording needs to be amended slightly for the instant delivery or sort something out.
I ordered 200,000 coins for FIFA Ultimate Team and I've been waiting to receive them for over a day, I have emailed and posted on DigiSub's wall on Facebook and I've had no replies even though I recieved an email saying that the payment had gone through, someone who works for digisub please help me out! I will up my rating if someone replies/helps me out I'm very worried!
After a 6 hour wait for verification on my first order I was hesitant to use this service again. However as digisub informed me that "any future orders you make will be dispatched instantly, and you will not have to be verified" I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, Iv waited over 3 hours and still have not received my 'instant' delivery.

Disappointing. I would not recommend, look for another company.
Update: My code arrived 18 hours later and was told its same day, I still firmly stick by if you want a code instantly, look elsewhere.

after initially recieving the wrong code i contacted them through the web chat and they quickly sent the corrected code. i did panic as the first code didnt work and then i read reviews but turned out fine in the end and i would recommend to others and will be using again
I made my first transaction yesterday evening and woke up to find the coins in my account.
Also spoke to customer service through the live chat who gave me 5* responses

This is possible the worst online experience I have ever had with a company. I wish I had read the reviews posted here first. Sure I'm a first time user and in the e-mail they sent they imply that an hour is all I should have to wait for them to perform a manual review. They even supply an e-mail address if you are waiting any longer. My order of Xbox live points was placed nearly two days ago and I have still have not received my order. Oh sure the money came out of my account within minutes of me placing my order but since then nothing. I have sent e-mails and registered several complaints with my order. I have even gone so far as to demand my money back which according to their terms and conditions I am now entitled to.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS YOUR MONEY. They seem to have no interest in supplying you with your product or responding to your queries regarding your product.
Received a comment stating that it was sent to me instantly and to check my spam folder I have been checking both my spam and inbox folders regularly and have still not received my code. So no Digisub it was not sent!!!
I no longer want the points as I do not wish to have anything further to do with this company. I want they money they were so quick to take refunded to me asap. This review will stay here until I get a full refund and an apology
It is now 8:12am And I have now just received my code. There is no coincidence that only a few minutes ago I added that I wanted a full refund and an apology instead of my points. This is not how you do business Digisub. You shall not be receiving any further business from me.
'Delivered to you within 10 minutes. No need to wait!'....It is simply not true.
DigiSub has managed to send me 2 emails and has taken my payment (which involved sending a text message to my mobile) but still has not delivered my voucher.
If you are in a hurry try another site that does not blatantly mislead its customers

Update: Now over 10 Hours since my money was taken and well into the next working day - Still no voucher.... Will soon be on the phone to my Credit Card company.
Update 2: After 11.5 Hours the codes have finally appeared on email with no apology or recognition of the extended delay - Luckily they work and only 11 Hours and 20 Mins late...
As others have pointed out here, the unique selling point of this site is that it provides codes 'instantly', promising delivery via e-mail within 10 minutes. This is not the case, especially for a first-time registrant such as myself. I have so far been waiting 30 minutes and still no communication beyond my initial payment confirmation. When I pay for a service in which I want something right away, this is unacceptable.
My advice would be to shop elsewhere - there are plenty of other sites offering the same service and this one does not fulfil exactly what it promises.
Advertised as "Delivered to you within 10 minutes! No need to wait." but I've been waiting 2 hours for my Xbox code now. I know it's the weekend, but if that makes a difference then that should be made clear on the website and I'd have ordered from elsewhere.
Because I realized my xbox gold subscription had expired at around 10pm (outside of business hours), I knew that the majority of sellers would not be able to provide me with a code until tomorrow morning.
Although DigiSub were £5 more expensive than the cheapest seller, I decided to buy an xbox live 12 month code after they promised "instant email delivery" with a code emailed to you within ten minutes.
DigiSub first emailed me to say payment had been successful at 22:44. I therefore expected a code by 22:54. I didn't hear ANYTHING from them until 01:04 when I was told I had to call an 0871 pay number before they could provide a code for security purposes. I had of course gone to sleep by this time, but when I did call the number, it took approximately another hour until I received the code.
Seeing as I chose DigiSub specifically because they claimed to send codes instantly, I was extremely annoyed by the experience and am left £5 out of pocket as a result.
On the item description page, in the FAQ section, it states - "How fast do I receive my code? Usually within 10 minutes, some orders may take longer due to security reasons but this is rare."
In my opinion, they have purposely kept this vague in order to deceive customers, when they probably fully well know that all first time customers will have to go through these security checks leading to a significant delay in receiving your code. Regardless of this, moving from the "Payment Successful" status to the "Voicemail Verification request" status took over two hours suggesting that even if I wasn't a first time customer, their claim of delivery within ten minutes is bogus.
P.S a lot of the emails refer to a live chat option if you experience difficulties, I couldn't find any mention of a live chat on the website whatsoever.
Used this company a few times normally good, BUT on two occasions have recieved microsoft codes that when entered on my xbox say code not valid! on the first occasion they did absoloutley nothing about this apart from basically call me a liar and say its impossible! thought to myself maybe ive done it incorrect etc so just left it! now today after paying just shy of £18 same thing has happened so hopefully they will actually deal with my email this time if its resolved ill quite happily change my review!! Balls in your court DIGISUB or are you going to accuse me of being a liar once again!!...............................problem dealt with and resolved within a couple of minutes so thank you digisub would deal with you again gladly!
I ordered an instant iTunes voucher about an hour ago, had to go through a lot of verifications etc but all of that was fine. Finally got my verification email saying I won't have to go through it again and that my voucher would be emailed to me in 10 minutes but, 40 minutes later, nothing has happened. I checked my account details and order status and it even says my email has been delivered. It definitely has not. Customer service won't respond to me. Either they can sort this out ASAP or I'm putting this down as a scam site. My stars will be increased if this can be resolved quickly.
Edit: After some complaints they resent me the email a few hours later containing the code I needed. It works. I have upped the stars from 1 to 4 because it was a fast transition.
I scanned the web for a legit organisation to buy FUT 12 coins from, I was very anxious about buying from a website that won't accept paypal. However, I received the coins instantly through their online chat service. Absolutely brilliant. Definitely reccomend!
DigiSub provided exactly what they said on the Tin, good service, live response and the end product within 10 minutes. Not to mention the live feedback to any queries! Cannot complain in the slightest, good folks, would and will use them again!
so yea ordered a 12 mnth xbox live membership yesterday morning and still not recieved done the verification thing still no luck tried to go on website today and guess what does not work wether i use chrome ie9 or mozilla on anyones comp yet al the other websites work so what is going on here then i would of been someone that would of bought constantly from them if the service worked and now i cant contact thern via website chat or email not even moneybookers there money merchant can access the site so how am i to get my code now someone please tell me i feek like ive just been conned out of my money worst thing it was for my lil bros bday present and now i have had to go out to the shops and buy another one as it was today so not only have lost on on £30 i aint got use for a code now admitedly i am willing to change my rating if they sort it out and may even go back on there if the explanation is good enoguh as to why teh internet site is down and why i have still had no correspondance----They got back to me i will be fair data centre down but it was too late bought another membership as i said was bros bday and needed it sooner i do accept the apology as i can see they have had pretty much nothing but good reviews i will use them again if i can be assured nothing will go wrong but thanks for actually replying it just seemed a bit dodgy to me a site i never used bought summin one day next day it not working and cant get hold of cust service but im sure its not the same for everyone so dont let me put you off going there
xbox 4200 points, i have NONE! This company boasts a ten minute delivery on codes- most users with issues recieve within 3 hours....im now past the 3 hour mark and feel as a first time customer this service is terrible. i may as well have gone on e-bay. Digisub, you just lost a prospective good customer who would have used and advised your service to all who could use your products.
i would leave ZERO stars but i cant, maybe would have 2....if i had even recieved the code yet
UPDATE- there is the additional star promised upon reciept of product.
Digisub- if you have out of office hours please state this to customers. Also a reponse to this will earn you another star and possibly another shot at getting me my xbox points to me in ten mins in the future- this review is based on the promises made by Digisub.

Second time I have used DigiSub - Absolutely no problem. I already have an account from the first purchase, I simply selected my £30 iTunes Voucher, Logged In, paid and 10 minutes later had my codes. Great Service and very quick - I cannot understand the negative comments.
Digisub's website advertises "10 minute delivery." Well, several hours later I am still awaiting my xbox live subscription. I have been unable to contact them by any means- their telephone line goes to answer-phone, the live chat is offline and they have thus far ignored my emails. I bought from them purely due to the 10min wait- i could have got this cheaper elsewhere!
I am really disappointed, and have asked for a full refund.
***Update 1- so 2 hrs later, I'm asked to phone and leave a verification voicemail. Site failed to mention this upon purchase. No reply to my emails yet though.
**** Update 2- So the refund at least was quick. They asked me to remove this review, I came on to increase the star rating to 2 or 3 due to the quick refund. Find that the review has been reported for some reason.
**** Update 3- despite Digisub trying to get my review removed by telling Trustpilot that they "have no record or my transaction" I have since proved this and my review is back. Decided to leave review at 1/5 because of this.

Been ordering X Box points and stuff for my son.. the whole transaction system works very well. I had a problem because my son doesn't live with me so went on the online support chat and my problem was resolved very quickly indeed.

I have used these jokers three time now, the first time was quick and easy.
They claim on their website that you only have to verify via voicemail once, I have had to do this with every order I have placed.
They also claim you instantly get your code, they also claim within 10 minutes…so which is it? False advertising I hear you say? Well it doesn’t stop there, the second time I ordered form them it took over 3 hours to receive my code for my MS points and this time I ordered them yesterday around 10pm and am still waiting for them to be delivered…..what a joke.
I ordered 4200 and 1200 ms points yesterday both have been paid for, I have now had 3 emails stating payment has been made, I have also had to go through the ridiculous voicemail procedure AGAIN and yet no points.
I will be filing a complaint with Ofcom to have these charlatans remove their misleading sales pitches from their website as they are supping you and me out our money and providing low end shoddy service or on this occasion no service at all!! I am sure Ofcom will have a field day with them.
Also anyone else who has experienced this appalling level of service I would suggest looking me up on FB and sending me your complaints via email or PM, I will then forward these along with mine on to Ofcom.

Must admit I was slightly sceptical that I could get an iTunes voucher at a significant discount.
I'm glad to say that I was wrong - the signup/verification procedure is a little involved but I can understand why it's necessary. And the emails do make it clear what's happening and why certain precautions are being taken.
The vouchers arrived as promised. I did have a slight problem with one of the 4 vouchers I ordered but a brief online chat via the DigiSub website put this right within minutes. Great customer service and I will definitely be buying from this site again.
it wasn't by all means that quick took 20 minutes but it was down to verification which is completely understandable had the psn credits through email and the service was extremely easy very happy with my purchase and will be referring friends to this site thanks you guys at digisub i was a bit cautious at first because i never heard of your company but wil become a regular customer i seen some people not happy with they service took to long e.t.c but if its your first time ordering they got to be sure your not a scammer or fraudster so guys be patient its well worth the wait , once again thank you guys and keep up the good work ! :)
