Beware

I am writing this review primarily because reviews on Trustpilot seems to be the only way to get Mr Ross's attention. In todays day and age I am perplexed how an organisation, especially an online trading company can blatantly ignore its customers.

I ordered an antivirus software from Digisub on 27th May 2013 at 08:52 AM. Now, as a first time user, they make you wait for hours before processing your order while they perform security checks (?) however money is promptly debited with a confirmation email sent to your inbox. I got a confirmation email at 08:54 AM. I waited for an email with a download link for couple of hours and started looking for reviews. It wasn't long before I realised that this isn't going to be smooth sailing.

Finally got an email with a download link and the activation key at 22:09. Next morning, ecstatic that I have not been conned I installed the software and entered the serial number and lo and behold, it didn't work. It seems that they have emailed me the wrong serial number. After multiple attempts of uninstalls and installs, I finally decided to contact them. Guess what, the only way to contact the company is through email. No phone numbers and certainly no "online chat" - how convenient. Emailed Digisub on 28th May 2013 at 08:15 AM politely asking them to look into my case, then on 29th and today morning - ie 30th May.

It's 16:23 and I am still waiting for a reply. Money has been deducted from my bank and three days later I don't have a working software for which I have paid for. I have bought numerous softwares over the internet in the past and have never had any issues till now. Digisub seems to be the only organisation that has such stringent security checks in place for purchasing a software.

Obviously I am not using this company any more and I hope others who are toying with the idea of ordering anything from this company be very wary. A quick google search shows that mine is not an isolated "technical glitch" case.

Bad service and bad after sales

This company has been nothing but problems for me and I advise that you do not make any purchases.

When I first made a purchase it took a couple of days not hours, the second time wasn't so bad but on the third and last time one of the vouchers sent to me didn't work and when I sent an e-mail to the company they didn't respond to me.

they owe me a £15 itunes voucher and wont respond to me e-mails, I will never buy from them again

Great fast and smooth transaction and delivery

Done exactly as it tells u on the page, once i paid and sent over the info to digsub, i received the coins very quickly.

All Good. A Bit Slow But They Did Deliver!

Ordered an anti virus code from DigiSub. Was not the 10 minute response time as they were stating but they did deliver the goods in which I am more than happy with.

Never using them again.

They used to not be so bad, nothing amazing but now it has been 3 days since I ordered an xbox code which is advertised as being delivered the same day, I got no code and yet the order says it has been delivered, I have tried contacting them several times and no response, guess I'll have to see if anything will happen on day 4 but as far as I'm concerned they've stolen my money.

Update:

Got the code eventually, still will not use them again, there is much better websites which I will be using.

Shopping Experience so far is poor

Good website and apparently good and efficient admin staff , I received the Product Name and serial number immediately following payment, Despite telling me with my account details that the product has been emailed it remains elusive despite contacting customer service for advice via email which seems to have been ignored. Come on Digisub.co.uk GET YOU ACT IN ORDER.

Changed my opinion slightly. It took Digisub a long time to respond to my questions and to fulfill their side of the deal by delivering my software link, however they have come through in the end and I thank them for that.

I will buy from them again.

Waste Of Time

I Have Ordered Codes Approx 20 Times In A Couple Years, Not Once Have They Delivered Within An Hr, Let Alone 10mins, Im Currently Awaiting xbox Points "Same-Day" Since Yesterday.
I Also Sent An Email Requesting My Code But As You May Of Guessed They Are Taking Thier Time To Reply.
All I Suggest Is To Be Patient And Go To A Supermarket The Following Day And Pay The Extra Pound Or Two, To Actually Recieve An Instant Code.

PLEASE DO NOT USE DIGISUB!!!!

I ordered an Xbox Live Subscription on 19/11/2012 and was finally told on 23/11/2012 that "We are still awaiting stock for this, please accept my sincerest apologies. If you would like a refund please reply to this email. We expect stock in the next day or two."

I told them if it was only going to be a day or 2 then not to worry, otherwise I would like a refund. Subsequently to that I sent numerous emails to them asking for a refund to which I received no reply.

2 months later (06/01/2013) I received the code. Still trying to get a refund and no reply, there is no was of contacting them and I have tried email, facebook and have just been in touch with their accountants.

I would mention a good alternative company but this would probably violate the terms and conditions of this site and I want people to read these comments.

Forget game.co.uk or gamestation. These people take 5 minutes to deliver where as others take up to 24hrs! Would recommend!

Issue fixed with a positive outcome

I purchased Guild Wars 2 from Digisub back in July, I didn't really give the game the time it deserved initially but with some free time at Christmas decided to give it another go.

Sadly upon installing the game again I was having trouble logging in, checked my account details with Arenanet and they were all good and correct. I logged a support ticket with Arenanet and their reply was quite shocking to me. It would appear that Digisub have sold me product key that was originally obtained from Arenanets site using a stolen credit cards and thus has been permanently disabled.

I emailed Digisub today and also left a message on their facebook page I have had no confirmation and no updates on how they are planning on dealing with essentially selling me stolen goods.

Update............Once initial contact was established a full refund was given with a very quick turn around.

LOVE IT!

At the start I wasn't quite sure if to buy anything from digisub but I just went for it and i was very happy with my coins which were delivered rather quick. Will be buyin some more soon! :)

It's a one stop shop for xbox points and fifa coins, easy to use, and loyalty points too

It is excellent service, it's convenient, and customer support is excellent, especially when live chat is available. One issue to take into consideration with regards to registering, is that there is a need to prevent fraud. However once the first order has been validated, my experience has been fast and efficient service.

have bought fifa coins from this company several times now only ever had to wait once longer than expected i contacted them instead of imedietly leaving bad feedback and appologies and explanation given coins delivered as promised will have no hesitation using this company ever . i never usually have to wait longer than 10/15 minutes for my coins and customer service is second to none thanks digisub

does not do what it says on tin

i ordered a 3 month xbox live code 6 hours ago and am still waiting on it being delivered, i have sent 2 email complaints about this order and have still had no reply. i am a verified customer and havent had a problem with delivery before (excluding the very 1st time). this is seriously not acceptable considering my money was taken from my bank account straight away. not happy and certainly would not, at this point, recommend this site to anyone :(

finally got my code after waiting for 19 hours!!!! no explanation or apology for this either. this is what i received :

25/12/12 update now my post may be removed for refusing to change it in favour of digisub, still awaiting apology or explanation of sum kind. the customer service i received was shocking so why should i up their rating

15/01/13 update, still no apology but did receive a response to this message as below from digisub. think this reply was 3 days after i place order? not good enough, customer service is very poor

Best Gaming Subscriptions Site Out There!

I first ordered 400,000 Fifa coins and within an hour they were in my team. Easy check out and then due to receiving loyalty points I ordered another 50,000 coins with £1.66 off. Quick Refund

I ordered some coins for FIFA Ultimate Team and expected the coins delivered in 24 hours as the site says. After 17 hours the money had been withdrawn from my account but still no coins. I emailed them twice, but no answer so of course i started to worry a bit. After some time they answered to my mails with a e-mail saying that what i had ordered was out of stock and it would be delayed, so i thought i would rather just get a refund. I posted on their Facebook wall, got an apology and a instant refund.
Ok service, no problems with the refund.
