with this company i found it very easy to browse there site and look for what i wanted after buying my item i had to verify my account what was very easy then had my order in 10 mins totel time start to finish was 15-20 mins the best thing was i had a online adviser help me every step of the way its a must use service 100% risk free one happy customer defently recomend and will use again
When I first visited the site I was extremely sceptical to buy a voucher from a company that I haven't heard of.
I read the reviews on their website and went on their Facebook page and saw that they had a large amount of positive feedback. I also spoke to a DigiSub agent, who was very friendly and helpful. So I decided to go for it and order a £50 pound iTunes voucher.
Paying was simple and straight forward. I received my voucher codes instantly by specified E-mail, typed it into my iPad and redeemed the code. I now have £50 pounds credit which I bought for £39.98. DigiSub offers a fantastic service and I recommend this company to everyone who doesn't wants to get amazing offers on vouchers.
Order xbox points for a 10 minute delivery.
Hours later I'm still waiting for my points.
I could have got in the car and gone out and bought them from a shop in less time than it's taken.
Update : After posting the review on here I received my order within minutes. And a response from the customer service team citing technical difficulties, they then went on to tell me my review was unacceptable and I should change it. To "accurately reflect the service provided".
Update: weeks later digisub have tried to have my review removed after repeated contact with them to my email address suddenly they haven't a clue who their customers are.
I'd question the authenticity of any of the good reviews on here. They should have to prove those are real. Some of them are totally suspect.
This is my review and my opinion. STEER CLEAR!
I purchased xbox live membership for my other half last night as he was really disappointed to find that his had run out. I went with Digisub because of their claim to deliver in ten minutes, and figured I could surprise him with it.
12 hours later I am still waiting. Customer service is constantly off line, and my numerous messages have not been answered.
I am extremely disappointed with this, and still awaiting resolution. I doubt I shall be using them in future.
Update: it is now 12.30 pm the day after I placed my order, and not only have I still not received it, but I haven't even received a reply frm customer services.
Update: Order finally received with an email citing technical difficulties asthe reason for delay. Perhaps I could have been informed that there was a backlog before purchasing so these issues would not have arisen.
Update: After receiving another email of apology from Digisub, which also requested that I change my revieww to suit what they think the number of stars should reflect, I came online to discover that they had reported my review and had it removed. A follow up email from Trustpilot informed me that Digisub said I was not one of their customers. When my review went back online, I instanttly received another email from Digisub asking that I change my review. As my review refelcts exactly what has happened, and the fact that I am far from satisfied with the service I received, I shall do no such thing.
Usually if its too good to be true online its a no go but not only did they deliver the cheapest i tunes card @£21 for £25 they did it fast...as they say ....'convenience is king'. still need to check transaction history but for now i wouldd and will reccomend this site.
Theese guys go out their way to sort your order out straight away with no hassell!! i love this company i have recommended to all my xbox buddys and they love it also absolutely what god would of wanted on this earth such a breeze to order and no long waits at all!! EDIT- Have knocked a star off as i have been waiting 1 hour 20 minutes for an order, As a regular customer i deserve better service!! All this technical difficulties i keep seing people go on about needs to stop!! absolutely perfetic...... Come on DigiSub!!
Absolute Cracking Service, I am always skeptical of these sort of 'sites' but The service is top notch and has a great customer service.
If you get them online, they'll do their utmost to get the service going and on your way, as usually, everyone want's there stuff there and then...
