Waited a long time for points email

I thought the points would come within the 10 minutes as stated in the website but have waited nearly an hour and still waiting :(

I have a very impatient teenager waiting for his points and when he thinks 10mins and its longer its a pain - think they really need to say email delivery and state a realistic timescale.

It is quick but it has sent me an invalid Microsoft point code! Also I bought 100,000 coins. I'm sure this is down to Fifa but I already have 1000 coins and after I received the 100,000 coins I end up with 96,000 coins. Where has the other 5000 gone.

false promises advertised - very unprofessional

Ordered first thing in morning (9am)
still waiting (4pm)
verified account which had an extremely annoying long automated message, seems like they must be profiting from the phonecall as not needed to verify email address which is all it does (asks for name and order number, thats it)
no reply from messages, seems like the site is being run by 1 person that can only answer emails or process orders during their dinner break, very un-professional, i have already purchased and received codes elsewhere while waiting for my purchase to be delivered from digisub. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

UPDATE: Now 7:30pm Still Nothing, not even reply to email.......

UPDATE: Code finally received at 7:45pm once i contacted them through live chat.

UPDATE: Digisub reported my comments here. It would be safe to assume that all reported comments are negative reviews, and probably more negative reviews have been removed if the buyer did not care to follow them up once reported.

We are disappointed you found it necessary to rate our service as 1 star, seems a little unwarranted. We reported your comments as some were irrelevant to the service we provide (i.e. the last one).

I hope you were eventually satisfied with the product you received (but you don't seem to focus on this - only the negative.)

far too slow

Site says 10 minutes for points mine took over an hour. If you arent capable of doing something, do advertise that you can.

Only got sent points after sending two emails chasing them

Will use another site in the future.

i ordered my ms points 1 hour 27 mins ago and still waiting

its great

i made a purchase a couple of weeks ago and i got my coins instantly
but unfortunately i purchased more coins yesterday and yet to recieve them and i have made a payment. im not sure if they are working on a saturday as the live chat is offline so still waiting :(

what customer service?

paid for 48hr code at 8.38pm, so much for the 10 minute delivery to email ! still not received it and having no joy with the customer service either, have been waiting on chat function for ages now and still no response. have sent an email to them but not looking good for getting tonight. the whole point of using this site is to receive codes in the promised 10 mins. my account is verified and was told upon verification that any purchases from there on would be processed and delivered within the 10 mins. laughable

have been asked to update my review, i have now finally received my code but for a site that offeres a 10 min delivery on codes, its seriously lacking.

I was apprehensive at first, as I had read a couple of bad reviews about the site. however, I dug a little deeper to find more positive than negative feedback on the site, so decided to give them a go. I purchased the FUT 12 coins for Fifa, and proceeded to follow the no noncence steps to aquiring the coins.

The only thing that worried me initially was that it took longer than the 1 hour stated on the website, as mine took over 3 hours to come through, however, they were delivered as promised, so I was pleased with the overall service provided.

Would definitely recommend to a friend, I would however like to suggest to digisub that they remove the "within 1 hour" promise on there product, as it did take longer, and worried me to begin with, bearing in mind other reviews from people. But, having said this, digisub still delivered, and as such, get the full 5 stars from me, cheers!!

Thanks for your kind words. We display the 1 hour time as a guide, the majority of our coins are actually delivered within about 1 or 2 minutes and we encourage customers to use Live chat just to make sure that we are available for coin dispatch.

In your case, there was a slight delay because of a stocking issue, but this was quickly resolved as you kindly stated.

As long as you read the instructions and e-mail straight away it takes 5-10 minutes to receive FIFA 12 Ultimate Team coins. I can finally purchase Heskey and begin my dream team.
