Perfect. Fast, hassle free order and delivery
I ordered a Panasonic webcam recently. After lots of Googling I discovered that they were the cheapest place for what I wanted. I'd never used them before so I was a little hesitant. I decided to place an order with them after a bit of research on the company. The item arrived very shortly after. I will use them again.

Fast, hassle free delivery!
I bought a printer which arrived very quickly and was the best price I could find on the net.
A few improvements could be made though. 1. The delivery prices listed on the product page were incorrect, once I got to checkout I was charged more than the stated amount, (£7.95 for next day rather than the advertised £6.50) also, delivery prices don't include VAT. 2. I had problems navigating the site with pages not loading (connection reset) 3. I wasn't sent any parcel tracking information, that would have been nice.
However, as the main point of my purchase was to get a printer at the best price I could as quickly as I could then I'd have to say Digital Fusion fulfilled my requirements perfectly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I recently bought a new camera from Digital Fusion - the price was at least £30 cheaper than any other site. The product was shipped out the next day and the one query I had was dealt with promptly over the phone. I would definitey recommend Digital Fusion.

good price and delivery
I paid less than from another company 2 years ago! Next day delivery even if I paid for 3-4 days. Sadly the delivery company let you down by splitting the delivery over 2 days .... but your response was excellent.

Excellent prices
I buy multiples of a couple of high value stationery items from Digital Fusion from time to time. Their prices do fluctuate but are always competitive and often beat the competition hands down. They weren't keen to open an account, which is fair enough as I don't buy from them all that regularly, so my goods didn't arrive next day as arranging the bank transfer payment took a little time. However once the order was off hold (the day after I placed it) the goods were shipped immediately and arrived the next day (today) in perfect condition. I would also comment that whenever I phone someone picks up quickly and is knowledgeable and helpful.

Fast service and cheap
I needed a new printer-scanner urgently, and googled my chosen model. Digital Fusion came up as the cheapest, and had plenty of good reviews, so I ordered from them, choosing next day delivery. The charge for this was initially shown as £6.50, but came up as £7.95 + VAT before I finalised the order. It was still cheaper than Amazon, so I accepted the charge. There was a 1.5% credit card charge, and I don't have a company debit card yet, so I nervously opted to pay by internet banking (never done this for an online purchase before!), but I needn't have worried - the printer was delivered in perfect condition at about 11 o'clock the next morning, followed by the VAT invoice by email the next day. I couldn't ask for more.

good prices but delivery was late
The items were one of the best prices around including next day delivery however although showing in stock and ordering by the cut off time the delivery was 1 day late. I think it would be better for Digital Fusion to force you to create an account during check out so that you can track the order as I had no way other than contacting them to see my order status.

Best Price, Quick Delivery
Did a google search for a replacement projector lamp - Compared a few prices - Went for these guys as easily the best price - Ordered it on Sunday, dispatched Monday, arrived Tuesday. Couldn't ask for any more.

Excellent service-great price
I ordered a VT570 replacement lamp for a NEC projector late on Monday afternoon (after 4pm).
I received acknowledgement straight away and the lamp was delivered by recorded delivery on Wednesday morning before 10am.
Invoice was emailed straight through.
Price was very competitive.
Great service all round - I will definitely use them again.

Beyond the call of duty
While we spent some of the day waiting for them to call us back to arrange payment (and fretting over it, after a prior phone call promised us three minutes), we were very surprised and pleased to discover that delivery had been both arranged and shipped before payment had been taken.
Definitely a company to return to again.

Digital Fusion - Excellent Experience
Digital Fusion had quantity 38 of the new Pentax Optio VS 20 cameras in stock prior to their release at the end of February and is selling them at an extremely competitive price.
I ordered mine last Monday at mid-day and it was delivered by City Link in good working condition before 1400 hours the next day.
I am very pleased with the cameras, face recognition, shake reduction, x20 optical lens etc and with the service provided by Digital Fusion. I have no hesitation in recommending the company based on my experience and expect to be putting further business their way in the future.

Bit slow on delivery but got there in the end
I ordered a replacement projector lamp online on 2 day delivery and received nothing and no contact from the company. After ringing 3 times and sending 2 e-mails, Manir finally investigated and informed me that the product was not in stock. I was offered a refund or (another) wait.
I opted to still receive the product which arrived 2 working days later.
Wonder why that level of service didn't materialise sooner.

Slightly slow turnout around on delivery but generally a pleasant experience!
I ordered my new projector bulb around a week before it turned up, however I hadn't chosen express delivery so this was to be expected.

poor service and communication
Ordered my new camera as they had good reviews and were competitive on price. After a week despite having selected a quick delivery the item still hadn't arrived. I contacted them and was told they cancelled the sale as they have no stock even though it listed 107 available at the time of ordering. I hadn't received any notification about this cancellation and I felt like they couldn't care less when I mentioned I would have to find somewhere else to purchase the camera. Funny how despite saying today there was no stock the "real time stock check" shows plenty available and also the price has jumped nearly £20 from when I ordered it last week (maybe this is the real reason they cancelled the order). Money has been spent with a different company who seem to actually care about their customers

Great Value and Fast Delivery. 5+
I have purchased a Sony AVCHD camcorder from Digital Fusion. The transaction was straight forward and the order arrived 2 days later. I cannot ask for better service and price. Absolutely great. I will no doubt go back to Digital Fusion again in the future.

Mixed feelings
Good price for item. However, I paid extra for delivery within 2 working days, because I needed it for a deadline. They told me it had been dispatched by next day delivery, but in the end (after I chased and it was apparently re-sent) it arrived on the 4th working day after ordering - too late. I have asked for a refund of the extra cost paid for quick delivery - haven't had a reply.

Mixed views
Easy to order. Paid for next day delivery for 2 projector bulbs,1 arrived the next day which was brilliant, now waiting for the other which is dissapointing. Discount for schools not shown on invoice, have had to ask for altered invoice.

Excellent... Highly Impressed
I placed the order around 4 PM for a sony TV bulb on a two-three day delivery basis.
The order was fulfilled immdeiately and the item arrived next day.
Complete in a temper proof box and as soon as I replaced the bulb, the TV performance was back to what it was before five years.

Very happy
Company very competitive for replacement bulb for a a Sony KDF-50E2010. When the bulb failed a few months later the company kindly replaced it free-of-charge even though the guarantee period had exxpired.

Disappointed at first but getting better
Unfortunately an order placed on Tuesday didn't arrive until the Monday.
An email was replied to quickly and later a phone call received to explain the problem and next day delivery charge was refunded.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
The portable hard drives I ordered were delivered the next working day.
The price was one of the cheapest on the net (cheaper than Amazon !).
