Ordered a TV which was £200 ish, They then changed the price online and tried to say it was no longer in stock at that price but we could buy it at the new price of £1200. ..... £800 above RRP. They took the original money from bank and took nearly 2 weeks for us to get the funds back.

• Instock items listed on the website are actually drop shipped (no chance of next day delivery)!! • next day delivery was over 20 days late (and no refund / or even an apology)! In fact I was lied to when I phoned next day! • email communication was non-existent!! • telephone / customer service was shocking, rude and again they simply lied to me about my order and it's current status!@ (on more than one occasion)!! • telephone service often unavailable / no answer! • refund policy / several email requests simply ignored! • company uses two addresses to run their business? • I ordered from Kinetik Lamps NOT Digital Fusion! • In the end, they were so shocking – I actually held onto my order, despite re-ordering from another more reputable supplier and requesting a full refund – as I simply did not trust that I would even get my money back from these jokers!! (they would not provide me with a proper return address and instead asked me again if I would keep the item)!? • These guys (or guy) are total cowboys / should not be in business • check them out on Duedill • PS. My order no. was 1794!
I purchased a new bulb and housing unit for my Sony RP TV and found Digital Fusion to be the best value. I was amazed at the speed of delivery and after a quick change over I was watching a nice bright TV again.
I read the reviews on TrustPilot and thought the company looked respectable. After ordering a TV at £180 (as indeed a few other people on here have), I received an e-mail a couple of hours later stating that they could no longer sell the TV at that price because there had been a problem with the supplier. Thankfully no money changed hands. They called me up and apologised personally. It would appear this was a one off incident and I wouldn't discourage anyone from using them, especially when their prices are so reasonable.
brought a TV on the 24th of the month, 2 hours later got an email cancelling the order stating it was last months offer - said we could re-purchase the item at the "correct" price. go to website to see the tv price has not changed. called up to speak to a manager who is out of the office until further notice, they spoke to us like crap, hung up on us and refused to allow us to speak to a manager. We have had the money taken out of our bank and no goods to show for it, no one will speak to us and they refuse to sell the product at the price the STILL have it listed at. i called 15 times attempting to talk to a manger and they kept hanging up on me and stated they never put the transaction through yet we have no money in our account and a debit which clearly states they have taken it. i would NOT recommend this company to anyone their customer service skills are disgusting and have products listed at LAST months offers when it is very nearly the next month. i am now putting in a claim with my credit card for them.
After the usual search for the best price, I finally ordered from Digital Fusion. Easy and fast to do, but I found an unexpected additional charge for using a credit card, although there are other options to pay including by Debit Card. My order arrived a day earlier than originally expected when I placed the order, but I was aware as Digital Fusion had e.mailed me with the expected delivery date.
Tried to contact the company on few occasions now regarding a Hidden Admin fee on my only purchase with them, and no response as of yet. When making my purchase I noticed the advertised shipping charges changed when getting to the payment screen (beware of this). Then before taking payment they advise there will be a 1.5% credit card charge (ok fine), but after payment is confirmed that charged ended up being 54% more than it should have been. and I have been trying to get in touch with the company ever since. This is not how to do business!
3 Oct - in Response: PLEASE BE ADVISED YOUR COMPANY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY THREE EMAILS I SENT ON THE 23 AUG, 29 AUG, and 1 SEP. I also called but did not get an answer. My review stands, I would not recommend your company as it has taken you a month to respond and I feel that is only because I left a review.
I needed a lamp for our Sony TV and they were extremely helpful with choosing the correct model and sent one out the next day. I was very happy with the prompt delively and the package arrived in order as promised. Would definitely recommend this company. And the price was very good! Thank you Digital Fusion!
*Update* Within minutes of writing the review below I had a call from one of the company's managers apologising for the problem. He refunded my delivery charge immediately blaming a member of staff who was no longer employed for the oversight. Glad it was sorted in the end but a shame I had to give them a bad review first.
I bought a home cinema system from this company. The product is excellent and I am very happy with it, however my experience of the company was awful. I paid for next day delivery on Wednesday expecting the product to arrive on Thursday. It didn't turn up. I contacted them on the Friday to ask where it was and was informed it "hadn't arrived at the depot." I asked to be upgraded to Saturday delivery and I was just ignored. The system eventually arrived the following Wednesday. I emailed and asked to be refunded the difference between my next day delivery charge and standard delivery. Despite two emails they have simply ignored me and no refund has been given. Sometimes delivery goes wrong - however this company have made absolutely no attempt at all to compensate me. I have paid for a service I did not get and been ignored. Do not use this company. Their prices look good, but if something goes wrong it is simply not worth it.
I ordered a camera for my son's birthday. I ordered it on Friday lunchtime with next day delivery. The camera didn't arrive. I made several phone calls over the next few days and was told each time that the system was down and they couldn't check my order but that someone would ring me back. No-one rang back but I eventually got hold of the manager who apologised and promised that the camera to be delivered before 12 noon the next day. The camera did arrive next day on the morning of my son's birthday so everything worked out OK in the end! The camera is great and the price couldn't be beaten so yes, I would use Digital Fusion again.
I had been looking for a galaxy Tab 10.1 for some time i was a little skeptical when i found this company as they were a fair bit cheaper than most but i ordered at about 3.30pm for next day delivery and it was with me by 9.30am the next morning. i will add them to my favorites for business and personnel use.
The lamp on my Sony rear projection TV blew on Thursday night. I spent an hour or so Googling to find the best place and prices and came across Kinetik Lamps (turns out it's a satelite site for Digital Fusion). They had a pretty unbeatable price (guaranteed lowest price in the UK), so ordered a replacement lamp, with 3-5 day delivery at £5.50 - very reasonable postage charge as well.
I was very surprised to have a knock on the door this morning (next day) by the postman with the lamp. Swapped the lamps over and the TV's back in business - I was fully expecting to be watching the England match on the portable, but thanks to the guys at Digital Fusion i can enjoy it on glorious 55" HD.
after a bad experience with another online retailer was so glad i picked digital-fusion. Great priced item, delivery on time and they even managed to rectify issue with my credit card without impacting my next day delivert. Definately recommend.
