My experience with digital fusion was excellent. I was going to buy a projection screen from eBay where I expected to find it for the cheapest price. To be sure I did a quick internet search whereupon I found digital fusion. The screen was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I could find so I ordered right away. To my delight it arrived the next day. I was very please and will certainly be using digital fusion again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
First time I have used these guys and I have to say I am pleasantly suprised. I ordered a projection bulb for my Sony TV late Wednesday evening, it arrived special delivery today Friday and was fitted within 5 minutes & working perffectly PLUS it was cheaper than anything similar on ebay by a long shot, so well done.
Following a recent review, I purchased an NEC LCD 23" EA232WMI monitor to extend my 'virtual monitor' still further. Digitial Fusion's web site provided an easy way to select kit, and this monitor was well-priced. The order arrived in good time the following working day, and in excellent condition.

I was a little sceptical about ordering this lamp at such a good price after recieving many more expensive quotes. The term "too good to be true" sprang to mind. I went ahead and ordered however. Wellllllll....
excellent sevice, quick next day delivery...and most importantly of all, the lamp is perfect. I fitted it into TV quite easily because it comes complete with housing. Switched TV on,with fingers crossed I admit. Hey presto...its like watching a brand new TV!!!

I bought two Hitachi HDS723020BLA642 drives and these were delivered on time. The price was very competitive. Only gripe I have with the service was that they did not e-mail back delivery information such as when it will be delivered and tracking number. Therefore, after ordering on-line call the company to get hold of delivery information.
The postages was quick and the price was good but the product witch was unusable due to a fault, after waiting 5weeks had money back from Asus, But Customer service did not really help at Digital Fusion, Asus needed a thing called a RMA Number to do the replace meant of it, so thought we had it from the Sale side of Digtial Fusion after having the sale guy phoning them & Filling in a Form, But then Asus said they have never heard of the number or nothing matched there records. So then we manged to get the EMA Service number from calling them Direct. Asus Then after e-maild back saying its out of stock...week of waiting finally had money back.
Ordered an internal hard disk from them because they had the lowest price and the up to date stock information seemd to be relaible. I paid for next day delivery and the item was delivered the next day. My only problem is that apart from an e-mail confirming the order no information was sent to announce despatch until after the item had been delivered. I therefore had to telephone to check if indeed the order was going to be delivered on time. That was benificial as I was told that the item was out for delivery with DPD together with the tracking number. No tracking information had been given on the late arriving despatch e-mail.
I recently ordered a replacement lamp for my JVC TV from Digital Media.
Very impressed it arrived in 2 days and was cheaper than the first company I placed the order with who let me down.
I will definately use them again and recommend them to my friends.
I ordered a new bulb for my Sony KDF-E50A12U, the price was unbeatable by anyone else and the delivery option meant that i had it the next morning after i'd placed my order, my TV is like BRAND NEW again, thank you very much, i couldnt be happier!
After a sligh glitch in my order I could not have hoped for more committment to putting it right. The order was then delivered the following day as promised.

I was surprised at how quickly the mixer amplifier I'd ordered was delivered. I've found that the amp in question, a Phonic Powerpod 620, has been advertised by other online suppliers as a kind of hook in order to get you to buy something else, because when it came to actually ordering it from one of these other suppliers, it was always "out of stock and won't be in stock for another 3 months or so". Digital Fusion said they had it in stock and they weren't kidding. I know exactly who to come to in future with any other orders.
They've certainly gained my trust.
My story: ordered a projector lamp on Wednesday before the afternoon. As I was leaving on Friday early morning paid for the next day delivery and DELIBERATELY called their office to MAKE SURE that lamp will be dispatched on time. Spoke to the representative (assume that he is owner as well) and he ASSURED me that the lamp will be posted same day and I’ll receive it next day – on Thursday (just to remind you that order was placed on Wednesday morning). I phoned them next day (on Thursday) and discovered that he FORGOT to send it (!). This all happened despite the fact that I called previous day to specifically ask them to make sure that the lamp will be send and this is quite important as I was leaving on Friday morning :(
I ordered a HP Beats Laptop in November from DF, it arrived promptly (next day) and customer service was great. However I wanted to return it as the laptop was faulty, so I did, and there was a delay in sending out a replacement laptop (mis-communication) which has now been resolved. Wrote this review an hour ago, since then my issues have been sorted by the Manager and quickly and promptly. Great service, and I recommend them!
I placed my order on the 29th december. Today they have sent me an email telling me they have despatched it. They have stated in their email that they have despoatched it as fast as they could. Really??? I find this unaceptabley slow. I will not be using them again and would advise others to avoid them. But, if you are in now hurry for your item and dont mind them holding your money for a couple of weeks and do nothing with the goods you ordered go right ahead and use them.
I placed an order on 02/01 for an item that was apparently out of stock. Would suggest that DF make it impossible to put out of stock items in one's shopping trolley.
I paid via BACS and for next day delivery. I called two days later because it hadn't arrived and having realised I hadn't put the correct reference to my payment decided to check everything was okay. I was told then that my item was out of stock across the UK and when I asked when it would be available they said 23/01. I asked if I could have a refund, because when I was shopping around it looked like many sites had it. I was told that because it was a BACS payment the accounts people would have to call me later to do it.
I said to keep the order as was and that I'd check if I could get it elsewhere and call back. I couldn't find it anywhere, so decided to wait until the 23rd.
Surprisingly, it arrived on 06/01. Wish I could have avoided all the fluff in the middle, because otherwise the experience was excellent.
I bought a replacement lamp for my Sony KDS-50A2000 and ended up paying less than a third of the asking price for an OEM part in Norway, even after shipping and local VAT. The product by all means look as good as the official part, the order was expedited efficiently and customer support was very good when I had a question about the invoice. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
First time for using Digital Fusion and I picked them becuase they were cheap. This doesn't always mean good value but it does in this case. My item arrived faster than anticipated and a subsequent email to follow up on customer service to make sure I was happy. Shows that they care about good service.

The service was first class, the bulb arrived as promised, was well packaged and entirley as advertised. The price was more than reasonable. The bulb was fitted the same day as it arrived and instantly improved the viewing. I would heartily recommend them.
I ordered a lamp unit for my Sony Bravia TV at 10am on Friday and it arrived at 7.15am on Saturday morning. Less than 24 hours after it was ordered.
Just took the old unit out of the TV, popped the new one in and TV working like new again. The picture on the TV had never been better, even when the TV was new.
I would highly recommend this company. They are faultless.
My Sony TV went wrong so I took it to a repair shop locally. They told me that the lamp had gone and would like £330 plus VAT and fitting to replace the part. Also it would take a couple of week to obtain and finish the job. I was gutted as this was so expensive. I looked online for a replacement bulb and was utterly astounded to find the replacement lamp unit (not just the bulb) for £66 - so I actually telephoned this company to ask if this was correct and why it was much cheaper than my previously trusted repair shop. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful explained everything and I duly ordered the part - it arrived the very promptly the very next day and took only 5 minutes to fix and my TV was back working - Brilliant service - can't complain at all. I would recommend this company to all my pals.
I ordered a replacement bulb for my Sony projection tv on Sunday. By 10 am Monday I had received an email confirming despatch With next working day delivery and at 11.15 am today the GPO delivered by Registered Post. The tv was up and running by noon.
I call that good service and would recomend you to anyone.
For the price, my new laptop is amazing and so I would shop here again, however I did order next day delivery and it was late, I even phoned up and checked they had the laptop in stock before I ordered it so that I knew that it would get delivered in time and it didn't, but overall a good experience.
