Great delivery, but won't replace a faulty lens!

Bought a lens that was delivered on 8th May. Tried it on camera and it worked, took it first wedding on 19th May to fully exercise it, kept on coming up with error message on camera. Next wedding on 25th May, used different camera body. Same error message. Contacted on 26th May, because lens ordered on 30th April out of 14 days returns policy, even though I did not receive it until 8th May. No budge from them. They will only repair and not replace or refund. Making a claim through my credit card company now, will NEVER use again! Steer Clear!
