Great!
I ordered a camera on Wednesday morning and it was delivered 2 days later on Friday afternoon. Really good quick service considering it was coming from HK. Easy link for tracking too. Would have no problems in recommending.

Excellent service very quick delivery
This is the 2nd time i have used DigitalRev and for the 2nd time I was very impressed.
Placed the order on a Thursday night and received the order on Monday morning and I am in the UK. Its also very easy to track your order.

Perfect service
Really fast service, couldn't believe how quickly it came.
Only slight niggle was it was all in Japanese and so was the instruction manual.

1 month and still nothing.
Ordered on 18/Mar/2013... Almost 1 month later and still haven't received my stuff. Seriously normal packages shipped from HK would only take 2 weeks at most to get to Australia. Makes me think are they sending it by sea? Not happy.. won't buy from them again.

Great service and beyond speedy delivery.
Always feel like it's a big chance buying from a new company that is advertising the cheapest price available. I could not be happier with my dealings with DigitalRev.com. Their estimated date of arrival was the 11th and it arrived on the 8th! That never happens. Got exactly what I wanted and it was wrapped so well, a piano could've fallen on it and it would not have broken. Thank you!

Nervous buyer, but now converted !!
I was very skeptical about purchasing something for over £600 from a website based in Hong Kong ! But after reading reviews (here and elsewhere) I decided to take the plunge (and yes, I did use my credit card!). I ordered the Canon 700D on Sunday night . By the time I got up Monday morning the camera had already been picked up by DHL from HK (it was very reassuring to track the package with them), and amazingly it was delivered to me this morning - that's not even two days, how is that even possible ?!?!
Box was packed really well (tons of bubble wrap) and the box itself, the manuals and software inside and the plug, are all English. I have the DigitialRev 1 Warranty certificate, which I knew about in advance - it's a grey import so you don't have the full 3 year manufacturer warranty). All in all, happily surprised at how fast delivery was. I've just saved myself nearly £150 and got the camera before it's even available in the UK. I will definitely be looking out for some more deals on my next lens :)

Perfect
So many of my mates had used Digitalrev and recommended to me that I chose them for my boldest ever purchase, only a Canon 7D but a big step up for me.
I orderd the camera last thursday evening and it arrived first thing today (monday). Packaging was suberb and I tracked the parcel all the way from HKG with DHL.
Brilliant service and amazing value, no mention of VAT from DHL, no problems whatsoever.
To top it all off I find the reviews and tips from DR on youtube really helpful and I am learning a lot from the guys over there,
I would not hesitate to use these again and recommend to any friend or family member. In fact tonight I am ordering a Sigma "Bigma" from them, I'll probably get it by wednesday!

Superb prices, superb service......I'll be back!
I ordered my camera over the Easter weekend, and received it on Wednesday morning! It was packed in bubble wrap about 6 inches deep. I was surprised that the instruction book was in English, I expected to have to download the manual. The camera was set to display in Chinese, so it took a bit of fiddling to get it to English.
I will definitely be buying from DigitaRev again.

Terrific!
I ordered a Canon SX50 from DigitalRev and at the time was unaware that it was coming from Hong Kong. I needn't have worried as it arrived in two days (and this included the Easter Monday bank holiday). Everything was more than satisfactory.
And it was easily the best price on the web.
I highly recommend the company and will buy from them in future.

ASTONISHINGLY GOOD WEB COMPANY 10 out of 10
Purchased a Canon 600d camera from digitalrev after seeing the reviews on this site. Was going to go for the much cheaper simply electronics and boy am I glad I opted for digitalrev. Ordered on Thursday night before easter Friday so expected a little delay, but after a couple of emails with tracking number and a couple of text to my phone product arrived Tuesday morning. Can't fault them or DHL who delivered.

Trustworthy online store delivering quality, and they're quick!
I had been looking to purchase a new Canon camera for months and after browsing online I found a selection of online stores. I'm always a bit wary of buying expensive goods online so went for DigitalRev as they had the best reviews. Truthfully the best!
Competitive prices, tax free, free delivery, which was lighting fast (6 days) considering Easter Weekend and that it was sent from Hong Kong. I received exactly what I was ordering, although the camera arrived with Chinese menu, but it only took couple of minutes to change to English. Next time I will be ordering a camera, I will definitely do it through this store.

Amazing
i brought a canon 15-85mm lens last sunday and the lens came the wednesday of that week. it was cheeper than anywhere else by about £100-£200 helpful and funny reviews on the website help you when buying your camera kit. i recommend to anyone looking for camera equipment for a good price.

Cheap and quick, brilliant service. What more can you ask for?
I have now made three separate purchases from Digital Rev, each of which was over £1000, and I have nothing bad to say about them! Their prices are ridiculously cheap, and their shipping is unbelievably quick! Each time my order arrived within 3 days, which is better than most of the camera equipment I have ordered from UK suppliers. I will be buying all of my equipment from them as long as their prices are this good, and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

SUPER FAST, GREAT USER UPDATES POST PURCHASE, GREAT PRODUCT!
I actually initally went to another site to buy my lens. That site ended up to be a scam site, but luckily I got my money back. Then I found this website. At first I was dubious about buying again from the internet and as stated above, the price was the same as the other site so that doubled by doubts. But I decided to give it one more go as the price was good chunk off the retail price (without being ridiculously cheaper). I was kept informed via email notifications, ability to track my order, the site had a sweet looking logged in area with a good social aspect of the site to engage in members convo, and believe or not, I got my order in 2 days via FedEx all the way to Londontown. AMAZING.
Love my lens, and have told mates about this site. Freaking awesome.

Why would you spend so much more money elsewhere?
As expected after reading all other reviews, there were going to be zero problems with this company and I was right. In fact my only gripe would be with myself for ordering just a few days before all the Easter bank holidays kicked in meaning I'd have to wait for DHL to deliver!
The camera was as described, all the menus and stuff on the camera were in English, it was a body that had come from one with a kit lens in - not that I'm bothered. The Delivery could be tracked all the way from Hong Kong right to my door step, and included in my box was a small piece of paper explaining their warranty which is basically the same as any other company !
I fully recommend saving the money, the company was excellent and thoroughly deserve all the praise that they get!

Brilliant service, it couldn't have been any better!
I ordered a new camera on Sunday, a week before the Easter holiday bank holiday. Blind hoping that it would arrive before the Friday as then it's bank holiday and there's no delivery. Ordered the camera 1am Sunday morning and it arrived Wednesday at midday! The camera was securely packaged. (Never actually see so much bubble wrap in my life!) simply couldn't fault the service and the tracking they offer is brilliant!

Great service online shop could do with some work
I bought a Canon 650d through the store on wednesday and it was delivered Tuesday. It should have been here sooner but the courier could not make it due to the stupid amount of snow! The parcel was very well protected, I now have enough bubble wrap to construct a small fleet of ocean worth ships. I also contacted the online shop help centre and they were very helpful but due to different times zones they normally only respond at certain times. My only problem is the online store is not the best everything is there you just need to do a bit of looking about for stuff.

Price top, Delivery time flop
I am very surprised: I read all these reviews saying they delivered within 2 days etc. I ordered a camera on 11 March and received notification that it is dispatched and expected to arrive on 8 April. I thought that's a joke but it isn't. I am really pissed off as it was not mentioned to me that delivery will take almost a MONTH! I wrote to them and complaint and was ignored.
Not acceptable in my view!
