I bought a Canon 650d through the store on wednesday and it was delivered Tuesday. It should have been here sooner but the courier could not make it due to the stupid amount of snow! The parcel was very well protected, I now have enough bubble wrap to construct a small fleet of ocean worth ships. I also contacted the online shop help centre and they were very helpful but due to different times zones they normally only respond at certain times. My only problem is the online store is not the best everything is there you just need to do a bit of looking about for stuff.
Ordered 8am Friday morning and arrived the following Monday! Very well packed, great being able to track via the DHL website and SMS notifications. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from Digital Rev or hesitate to recommend this to a friend :)
I am very surprised: I read all these reviews saying they delivered within 2 days etc. I ordered a camera on 11 March and received notification that it is dispatched and expected to arrive on 8 April. I thought that's a joke but it isn't. I am really pissed off as it was not mentioned to me that delivery will take almost a MONTH! I wrote to them and complaint and was ignored.
Not acceptable in my view!
I live in France, and since I wanted a Fujifilm X100S as soon as it was announced, I contacted many local dealers, none of whom could even give me an availability date. Then I found DigitalRev during an on-line search, and they didn't give me an availability date either: they actually had the camera in stock! I ordered it immediately and prepared myself for at least some unpleasant surprises. There weren't any. The camera was delivered in flawless condition (not even a scratch on the box) and a day earlier than expected. No customs fees to pay, no delivery charges to pay, no weird power adapters to find converters for... perfect! The printed user manual was in English (which I actually prefer) and not in French, but manuals are delivered on CD in many other languages. I recommend DigitalRev to anyone. As I write this, the camera is still not available in France, and here I am taking pictures with it already. This company rocks!
Not only did Digitalrev have the best price available on the camera I wanted (eos 7d) but their service was exemplary. I ordered the camera late Monday night, had an email the next morning confirming dispatch and the camera was in my hands by Thursday lunchtime! Throughout the whole process I was able to track the progress of the delivery using the DHL tracking site. I am amazed that DR can get a camera to me from Hong Kong in less time than it takes a shop not 20 miles away to get anything to me at all!
OK so the item is a 'grey' import but the DR warranty that is included seems pretty comprehensive and as what I've bought is a quality product I've got no qualms. The manual was in Japanese - no big deal as you can dl the manual from Canon and I prefer it on my iPad anyway! Also the battery pack has non UK connections but DR include an adaptor and the supply itself works across multiple voltage systems - all good!
I'd very happily recommend DigitalRev and will be back for more when I need the equipment.
Ordered my Lumix FZ200 on 18 March; had to request a delivery delay due to unexpected trip - no problem; had to cancel trip due to very severe weather - delivery reinstated - no problem; delivered on 25 March despite East Midlands airport being becalmed due to snow. Package very well wrapped indeed! Absolutely superb camera, and you couldn't ask for better service - 5 stars fully justified.

I never write reviews normally but felt it was worth it this time.It was the best price I could find for this lens (without worrying about duties and tax). Had seen reviews about fast delivery but was a bit sceptical, however I was delighted that this item was on my doorstep within two days, fantastic!

I buy several items from the USA, with high added charges for 2-day delivery. However the camera arrived from DigitalRev in Hong Kong just as quick, with no horrendous delivery charge added on, and with much more detailed tracking information.
The camera was very protected in transit and, as far as i've tested so far, works perfectly.
I was impressed with the help from customer services before I placed my order-they were courteous and knew their products well.
The camera came very speedily from Hong Kong ( indeed quicker than click and collect from my local Tesco would have been!)
DHL have an excellent tracking service, so you can see your order all the way and you know when to be in the house to receive delivery. The camera was well- wrapped and protected with bubble wrap.

The order was easy, despatched whitin hours. It's well tracked with DHL Express. The package was well protected. Many layers of bubblewrap around it. I recommend for everyone who whant to buy cheap quality photograpy gadget!

A very surprisingly good service. I have check the prices of the D5100 bundle for weeks & Digital review were constantly the cheapest. I had read some negative press about grey imports but so far my experience is very good. It even comes with a 12 month warranty.

I ordered my camera from their website, and even though it was shipped from Japan I got it a week after or so. I also really like their website! It's easy to fint out and with it you get a user, so you can share your photos with other photographers - professional or just enthusiasts, which I think is super great. I haven't been on it so much yet, but I get the impression that it's a great way to get tips to your photos and just a chance to share you passion with the world. Great, great company and excellent service! Would recommend them to anyone - plus I found that their prices were cheaper than other places.

I ordered my Panasonic FZ200 on a tuesday and it arrived on the friday all the way from Hong Kong to England. I was kept informed of its progress by Digitalrev and DHL. I was sent a text on the morning of delivery by DHL and it was in my hands at 12.30 that day,. and to cap it all ive saved £81 on the cheapest uk price, absolutely delighted. Also it was very well packed with lots of bubble wrap. The only thing is that the guarantee is with digitalrev as Panasonic informed me they will only guarantee stuff here if its been bought in Europe. This is my third Lumix camera and the other two are still going strong so hopefully wont have any bother with this one. Also I am very pleased with the camera. I ordered a Panasonic FZ200 for my father on Sunday evening at about 9pm in the UK, to my amazement I had it in my hands at 08:45 on the Tuesday! I've ordered from uk stores only 25 miles away and they have not delivered as quickly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Not only were they the only place to have the lens in stock, but they had it for $10 less than everyone else. To were able to accept PayPal, which is always a plus.
But the real kicker? I ordered it on a Wednesday late afternoon. Tracking information was available mere hours later, and it was scheduled to arrive from Hong Kong (to the mid-Western USA) by FRIDAY morning.

I was amazed that I ordered a Sony Xperia smartphone on Sunday and somehow it was delivered on Tuesday. Amazing speed of service and genuine goods too (don't be phased by the fact the goods come from Hong Kong). Also no customs charges either, so very pleased.
My only (minor) complaint was that a sticker was stuck over the retail packaging telling me to change the language to English in the settings (it's not like I couldn't have worked that out myself!) However, I like my boxes clean and when I tried to peel it off, it took off most of the box with it. I'm not sure why the company had to do this - a simple leaflet inside the box would have sufficed.
