Great transaction, great PC
Perfect for my sons needs, homework, and more importantly, gaming! Popped in a gaming gpu after talking to customer services to make sure warranty would still stand, which it would. Customer services were very good with my questions on installing upgrades myself.

Sporty Performance
I needed a good, speedy, replacement for my 8 year old Dell Dimension. Members of my family, more knowledgeable than I, recommended that I stay with Dell but I decided to be a little more adventurious. I tried various smaller UK companies recommended by PC PRO and asked for quotes from several but I decided that the offer from Dino PC was the best value for money. They did all they said they would do and more! My only concern is that the ambient Fan Noise is much higher than that to which I have become accustomed. Since they produced a product to my Specification, resulting in a case containing 3 fans, it is probably my own fault. I think I should have specified a particularly quiet Power Unit. I have asked Dino for thheir advice.

Very little fuss, good customer support!
I'd definitely recommend Dino PC simply because I had a faulty GPU which they replaced with practically no fuss and delivered the new GPU straight to my door! It was very easy to re-arrange for my neighbour to pick it up on a different date. The customer support team were very friendly and actually explained what was wrong with my GPU. I do have a small problem- my PC is a bit noisy but it's likely because of the case (lots of vents) and the water cooler fan.

Reliable, Friendly and excellent in keeping communication.
So far I have purchased a custom gaming PC, motherboard and GPU from Dino PC. My computer arrived on time, pre-built with exactly what I asked for including all disks, manuals and extra screws thoughtfully placed in what was the PSU box, (recycling, I like it).
They did everything, got all I wanted, assembled all the parts together professionally and didn't leave me with out anything (excluding unwanted packaging). If you don't know how to assemble a computer yourself, they are certainly the people to go to, having PC the way you want it.
As I learned myself how to put a PC together I used the site again to upgrade my PC with a new Motherboard & later a new GPU. In both circumstantial they replied to my enquiries on compatibly.
Twice I used bank transfer to save 1%, Have to wait 3-5 days but is worth it for big purchases. Finally the only issue I had was failure to receive a code for a game that came with a GPU However Dino PC rectified this quickly for me thanks to there helpful team and quick responses.
I'm a very happy customer and I will always use Dino PC.

Quick, Easy and Trustworthy.
Dino PC is my online pc store of choice. They deliver the parts you order quickly or offer a substitute if they cant order when you want it by. The customer service is really good with fast replies to emails and multiple solutions to an issue. Great site!

The best you can buy
It is the best computer that I have ever bought and I have bought computers from, Times, Tiny, Aira Sony and Dell. over the years and this is the best computer that I have ever bought, it was so easy to order you just order what you wanted and Dino PC sort it out for you, they keep you informed at all times what was happing and it was delivery in not one box but two I will be tell all my mates about Dino PC Well done.

Great
I think that they are brilliant since i have an older screen and i thought i was going to have to buy an adapter but in the box it was there so i was very happy, but the box was for a motherboard which scared me at first until i looked in it because i thought i was going to have to install my motherboard otherwise though they were amazing, fast delivery.

Hi bought a PC from DINO PC which was very simple to do,I went for a basic model then added a few up-grades by just ticking the box next to the item i required as an up-grade,the price for each item was at the side so you knew how much it was going to cost.You then you placed your order.DINO then sent you an email to say when it would be sent to you. I am 100% happy with my DINO PC.

Dino why i looked elswhere
The choice of options is fantastic, everything from the chassis to the type of graphic card can be changed to suit what you want from your PC. The turnaround time from order to delivery is quick and painless. When my order arrived, the packaging was comprehensive, with bubble wrap, airbags and double layered cardboard boxes. I don't think you could go wrong than to try Din PC for your next PC

Excellent PC
New PC arrived shiny and ready to go. Once up and running seemed to resemble a ferari rather than my previous tractor. No problems at all. Would certainly buy another PC from Dino when I need one.

Incredibly friendly, amenable and competent!
I decided to go and meet the Dino PC people in person because I live not far from them and I prefer discuss things in person when I need some help in choosing stuff for my computer. They are in an industrial complex not very easy to find but once I met one of them (I think Adam, an OZ guy) I found immediately at ease, even not being a pro in computer hardware. The guy gave me advice and indicated some good options for what I needed to purchase.
I will definitely go back again and I want to be one of their happy customers!

pleased with service and product
PC was great, just as ordered. Had to set memory clock speed in BIOS which could have been done in factory. Tech support resolved this very quickly

Was very impressed with the excellent service we were given when a part went wrong on the new computer we had purchased. We phoned and were told to send the part in to them and that they would either repair the part or send a new one. A brand new part was promptly sent and the transaction only took three days. Very satisfied thank you.

Fantastic Pc for the price which arrived earlier than expected
The Pc arrived at the lowest estimated delivery time and worked perfectly out of the box. The PC was built exactly to my specifications and at a high standard. Overall i am really happy with the purchase.

pretty much impressed
After looking at past (mixed) reviews of several suppliers there comes a point where you have to bite the bullet and say "that's the one" Right from the start the price range and upgrades fitted my requirements, ordering and payment was easy and communication was excellent,a slight glitch with the delivery day (only by one day) due to the carrier not Dino PC, although city link were very helpfull and apologetic, but everything else was spot on, well packaged and quality equipment.. Recomended...

Great build and cable management but..
After receiving my product on due time i was pleased to say that for what i had spent on the build everything seemed to work perfect, cable management neat and tidy however after the first 1 i blue screen for what i thought was a normal software issue turns out the clock of the processor was at 16000mhz and not at its standard 3.5ghz so after flashing back the bios everything is still working fine and i feel i definitely would purchase from these again, i hope it was just a human error when it went into testing that an i7 was running at such a low clock speed ;p

Excellent price, brilliant build
Spending a fair bit of money on the internet is always a daunting experience but Dino PC are top notch and tick all the boxes. I bought my first gaming PC from them about 5 years ago and that is still going to this day and has never had any problems. My new PC not only was an excellent price but all the wiring inside is down neatly and the whole package is just superb. I'd, and have recommend Dino PC to anyone.

Good product poor communication
I got my PC on time and according to the specification I had requested. It was a good price and I am satisfied. However, I had tried to communicate by both phone and email with the company to check on progress but had no response until the item was ready for dispatch. Some customers like myself may require reassurance that the company actually exists and is progressing the order.

Friendly and will order again
Website was easy to use, machine arrived just over a week (they advised 1-2 weeks). Forgot to add a component, but contacted and they added without issue and included in main order.
Machine is as described, packaged well (they charge a good amount for it, but it seems just about worth it).
Will order from them again.

One of those days.... but a happy ending!
ordered my PC, and it arrived (exactly as quoted) 10 working days later. efficient!
Had a text through to my mobile at 7.50am telling me to expect the parcel shortly. As i had ordered it to work this caused massive panic to actually get to work in time! Turns out it beat me there, but luckily the office over siged for it. Phew!
parcel turned out to be MASSIVE, stuffed full of bubble wrap etc, so packaging is well done.
Got it home last night, plugged it in, powered it up, and no image. PANIC!! After many hours of reading forums, and scouring the net to find a solution, it turns out i had plugged the monitor into the wrong port. DOH!
But eventually, after a rather stressful day, YES! it works like a charm, and i am a happy chappy.
Also, Alan who took my calls was polite and helpful when i needed to edit my order. All round a 5 star review of a 5 star company, with a nice chap on the end of the phone when needed. top notch!

Online shopping as it should be
I bought this desktop for my daughter and after researching a number of sites I decided to buy from DinoPC. Their price was pretty good and they were able to configure the PC that I wanted. After placing the order, which was simple, I changed my mind about which processor to have. I phoned them and there was no problem ajusting the order and the price. The PC is working perfectly so I cannot comment on their after sales service. I would be happy to purchase another PC from DinoPC and am happy to recommend them.

Fantastic
My computer was delivered in the two working days as I had requested, well packed and in perfect condition.
I contacted Dino's PC via E:Mail before placing my order with some enquirers on the delivery dates etc and received a personal (not an automated) reply back within 2 hours with all the relevant information I had requested, with attention to detail like this I am not surprised Dino are the success they obviously are.
The PC worked straight out of the box as expected and is by far the best PC I have ever had or used it has now been in daily use for the last 3 weeks with no problems at all and a pleasure to work on Fast quiet and reliable.

A great value for Money and Service
Would highly recommend Dino Pc for any of your computing requirements. This is my second gaming machine purchased from them and they have been without fault in supplying both with up to date quality components and very reasonable prices compared to other companies that I checked with.
The quality of service has been very good with extra components and my one and only exchange (a defective DVD drive ) being quickly dealt with.

Brilliant service, great PC, great price
Not much to say, just a great service, got a great PC at a great price. No trouble, very nice people, I spoke on the phone to order the PC, after eventually sorting my account to make a payment this big. The staff were patient and kind. It took exactly wo weeks to receive, and was packaged nicely, everything worked however I did need to get a DVI to VGA adapter for the monitor. Overall, very happy for price.

poor show
i feel let down, pc had a problem straight out of box had to sorted it out over phone,just not good it should have been checked before i recieved it, now my machine is making so much noise i need to check it out.

Amazing company, good customer service, high quality products
I cant remember when the exact date was that I ordered it ive just been using my pc so much I forgot to write a shortreview! My pc took a little over a week to arrive which I thought was brilliant. When I got my order it was thoroughly packaged and it was just as expected they proffessionally tested everything and the PC came with no operating system as asked and I installed my own. I cant think of any reason why you wouldn't order from DinoPC. They have amazing prices and high quality machines I am very pleased thanks dinopc!

Exactly what I asked for !........
I required an upgarde to my present Acer Compouter, this time making it a knowledge based decision about my requirement. Dino were excellent. Gave me a quotation based on my specific requirements. The computer works well as you would expect. The only one star failing is that the design case is dated and rather large. USB ports situated on the rear of the case. No frills machine that delivers. All in all Well done Dino. I would buy again.

Superb experience with an excellent company
Needed a new pc to replace a creaking 4yo one. My specific work demands meant a bespoke build was required. Website system is the best I've come across, with automatic adjustments based on component choices (believe me, not all websites have this). Help boxes invaluable, and build choices flowed well. PC ordered, a call from sales to check a part (my error on duplicating something - they could have fitted and charged but checked & refunded). Computer arrived within timeframe promised, looks good, and works a treat. Will happily return when the need arises and have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent so far
Fast delivery following ordering. PC worked from the start and is super quick in everything it does. I only purchased a pc at the bottom end of Dino PCs range with a couple of slight upgrades. Well worth the money. The only slight niggle is that there is no instruction booklet and whilst I have a little knowledge I am far from confident. May seem stupid but there are two buttons on the front of the PC, one is obviously the power on button but as yet I am not sure what the other does and don't have the confidence to try it. Overall really glad I purchased this pc.

One happy customer
Like many people I had been pondering over the specs. of my new build for quite a while but I found Dino PC's site to be very informative and very competitively priced. Customer Support was very helpful in advising the best components for my needs and the PC arrived well within the advised lead time.
Best PC I have had to date and seems to be running like a charm, Battlefield 3 on ultra settings is all that needs to be said really.
I will recommend Dino PC to anyone who is looking to get a new PC.
