Superb experience with an excellent company
Needed a new pc to replace a creaking 4yo one. My specific work demands meant a bespoke build was required. Website system is the best I've come across, with automatic adjustments based on component choices (believe me, not all websites have this). Help boxes invaluable, and build choices flowed well. PC ordered, a call from sales to check a part (my error on duplicating something - they could have fitted and charged but checked & refunded). Computer arrived within timeframe promised, looks good, and works a treat. Will happily return when the need arises and have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent so far
Fast delivery following ordering. PC worked from the start and is super quick in everything it does. I only purchased a pc at the bottom end of Dino PCs range with a couple of slight upgrades. Well worth the money. The only slight niggle is that there is no instruction booklet and whilst I have a little knowledge I am far from confident. May seem stupid but there are two buttons on the front of the PC, one is obviously the power on button but as yet I am not sure what the other does and don't have the confidence to try it. Overall really glad I purchased this pc.

One happy customer
Like many people I had been pondering over the specs. of my new build for quite a while but I found Dino PC's site to be very informative and very competitively priced. Customer Support was very helpful in advising the best components for my needs and the PC arrived well within the advised lead time.
Best PC I have had to date and seems to be running like a charm, Battlefield 3 on ultra settings is all that needs to be said really.
I will recommend Dino PC to anyone who is looking to get a new PC.

Excellent!

Best Service Possible
Ordered a custom built pc and even with having a problem with the gfx card, full help and support was given by team at dino pc, the problem was resolved and I'm now a second time customer because of their amazing service and superb value for money! plus delivery is quick!

Extremely pleased with every aspect
Finally took the plunge and decided to replace my previous custom built PC which was starting to creak at the seams.
After looking around at a good number of companies that offered similar service, DinoPC's website offered the best experience of selecting and customising the PC (though had to make a couple of compromises purely due to budget) and was much better priced than competition.
The delivery was within the specified time and was well protected.
On un-boxing the system I was very happy to find the quality of build lived up to their claims on the website.
I am extremely happy with every aspect of their service and would highly recommend them.

DINO , NO problem
After reading a few negative reviews, i would like to state that when you place your order it clearly says it will take upto 10 working days and states that there are three stages to the process. 1. Pending (waiting for payment clearance), 2. Processed (payment processed) and finally, 3. Dispached (an email will tell you the delivery date and the delivery company with a tracking number). You can track your order all the way through on the website, so to all the people moaning about not being kept informed, its your own fault. Whats the point in phoning before the 10 days are up. I have had no problems, the computer worked out of the box and all the software disks were provided just in case. it took 10 working days (no suprise). They were the the most competitively priced pc builder on the net by a long way. I will be happy to use and recommend DINO PC to anyone who asks me. WELL DONE DINO PC from a happy customer.

Dont waste time looking for a better deal - you wont find it!
As usual I fully researched every avenue before confirming Dino were offering the best deals by miles. PC arrived within the 10 day quoted timeline (actually arrived on day 9).
Plugged it in and hey presto! Dino PC - does exactly what it says on the tin!

Great website,Great service Great computer
Went to pc world and could not find what i was looking for in a computer as they were very basic so did a web search and found Dino PC. Started with a standard machine and upgraded what i wanted and not what the manufacturers want to put in to it and placed the order. Everything was straight forward and plenty of emails to keep you up to date on your order. It arrived well packed and once removed plugged in and turned on. Everything already set up so all i had to do was put in my own settings and off we went. The I5 computer is very fast and with the better graphics and power supply a great computer and great price for £500. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

Brilliant and helpful, my PC is a dream!
DinoPC very helpfully and patiently corresponded with me via email as we worked out what I needed from my PC. I am a digital artist and avid gamer and the custom built rig they supplied me with works like an absolute dream. It was super-easy to set up when it arrived, literally just plugging it in and go! And I am totally in love with my new rig. They had a pretty fast turn around too, especially considering Easter weekend was around the time I ordered. Brilliant service. Get your PC from these guys! They are ace!

Absolutely Fantastic
What a pleasant surprise the dinopc website was compared with all the other PC retail websites. I could pick the basic system that i was interested in, then choose optional upgrades to make a customised build. Each optional upgrade was explained in detail along with the cost. It made the buying experience very easy and i am very pleased with the end result.

Overall Very Good
The PC was delivered on time (On the guaranteed 3 day shipping option).
Box was slightly damaged, however the packaging was more than enough the keep the pc safe.
The Mid Range PC is great so far (3 weeks in) and has exceeded my expectations on games such as Shogun 2 / Far Cry 3. It looks great in the Fractal Design Core 3000 case and seems really cool inside would definitely recommend that case.
Didn't purchase a graphics card with the company as I thought they were overpriced and not detailed properly as to which exact manufacturer it would have came from (Radeon HD 7850), so purchase elsewhere.
Additional Points:
Cable Management was great, and although this is a simple thing you could defiantly tell some thought and care had gone into everything.
Compared to other big names in custom Pc's, Dino PC were cheapest which actually put me off to begin with, because often paying more means better quality, but in my case price was very reasonable with no affect on quality.
Really Chuffed.
One Improvement: So I would say for the company to improve the graphic card options. Why only say Radeon Hd7850 but no other details? There should be a couple of options within each GPU option from a couple of well known manufactures i.e. Sapphire/Asus.

Fantastic product and service
I bought my gaming PC through Dino PC and it has been amazing with no problems so when it came time to buy a computer for my dad I was sure to use them again. The computer arrived a week ago and it is fantastic. No complaints. I recommend them whenever I get the chance. Do the right thing - buy a Dino PC!

Very good value and fast delivery
I bought a slightly customised Velociraptor desktop PC from Dino PC. Overall, I am very pleased with the price, the performance of the PC and the service from DinoPC. There was good communication between ordering the PC and it being delivered. I would recommend them. The range and prices are excellent. The PC and monitor was very well packaged and came exactly as ordered.
However, there are a couple of criticisms that I think they could and should address.
I bought the monitor that was recommended with the package. However, this only works with a DVI cable. The cable that was supplied with the monitor was not a DVI cable. Consequently, I had to buy my own DVI cable from Maplin the next day. As I was setting this up at night, I could not phone DinoPC and got help from other forums.
They install the operating system to ensure that all is working well and then wipe it. There was no obvious mention of this. A simple note in the box saying that you have to install the operating system would have helped. After 10 mins of scratching my head I figured it had no OS. Additionally, I had to ring the technical help line to resolve some software problems. The guy was very helpfull and talked me through installing the drivers. Again, some brief info would have helped.
Overall, I am very impressed, but please put some basic instructions in the box and ensure that the right monitor cables are included.

Great value for money, excellent service
I was able to fully customize my new desktop computer, with exactly the parts I wanted. Everything arrived on time and in good working order, so far so good. I am very satisfied with my experience with Dino PC and I am going to recommend to my friends.

great service found by chance through a search engine
After using a search engine to find someone to supply me a pc to support a multi monitor set up, i found one site and then searched again and came across Dino PC and was pleased as they were cheaper and had more customisable options. after placing the order which was very easy to do online and selecting express turnaround that was it. i sat back and waited and had an email confirmation at the end of the second day that it was being dispatched and the next day it arrived. from start to finish hassle free, and when i did have to contact them to ask about a VAT receipt the reply back was very fast and informative. i would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arose

Smooth transaction with quality workmanship at an affordable price.
I used to be a PC World fanboy... the ease of going into the shop and just picking up the latest PC and taking it away with me there and then always appealed. I went in as I usually do every 3 or 4 years and said I wanted the top of the range PC to which I was advised we have none in stock but we can order it online for you. I declined and went straight home... fired up my laptop and googled round looking for companies that made PC's. I had the spec of the PC World one on a piece of paper and weighed it up against what other companies were providing. Needless to say the spec they were offering for the price was terrible and after a few hours of research it turned out Dino PC were the best value. I set the price of the PC World PC as a bench mark of what I wanted to buy and for the same price I got a machine that blows anything I have ever owned or PC World stocks clean out of the water.
The machine arrived extremely well packaged within 4 days and so far has been running like a dream. I honestly have not found a fault with this company and am extremely pleased with my decision to opt for them over other companies out there.

Very powerful PC, very good price, had some teething troubles
* Delivery - Paid for express build-to-order and delivery: arrived on time.
* Hardware - Several problems on arrival:
* Wireless LAN card not working, so no internet connections. DinoPC asked me to re-seat the WLAN card twice and download newer drivers, before they would send a replacement. (Had to borrow a WLAN USB dongle from another PC to get a connection, and download Windows 7 64-bit drivers to get that working). The WLAN card started working after the 2nd re-seating, once I realized the card locking bar was forcing the card out of its socket.
* Supplied with monitor which had a VGA socket but PC graphics card only had HDMI and DVI sockets; could not use monitor for several days until DVI-to-VGA adaptor sent. Was still able to use PC for first few days because I borrowed a HDMI monitor from another PC.
* Software: Windows 7 64-bit Service Pack 1. Pre-installed, worked fine.
* Customer service / Response time - responded to my first email by phone within 1 hour of sending mail. Later email responses included many helpful &quot;how-to&quot; photos, and were very polite.
* Cost - cheaper than local build-to-order companies.
* Summary - Had to spend more time getting the PC to work properly than I had expected. However, now that the PC is fully set up, it is very fast and a joy to use. So, if you are prepared to spend a few hours sorting out any teething problems, and are confident enough to do so, Dino PC do provide a powerful PC for a very good price.

Great service, great PC. Highly recommended
I ordered a Seismo package with a number of customisations. For the spec i wanted, Dino PC beat all other custom build companies by around £70, and put some of the bigger players to shame (hundreds of pounds savings to be made here)
Communcation was great throughout, and the PC was delivered in the stated timeframe. The build was spot on, exactly as i had specced, and the inside of the PC is very tidy indeed. I have spent the last few days setting the PC up with my personal software and devices etc, and i have to say it is running like a dream.
One minor thing to note - the stock keyboard you get is of poor quality - be sure to upgrade it or keep your existing one (as i did).
I can highly recommend Dino, and will certainly be using them again.

Great service and value for money

Was so pleased to receive my comp. and the gentleman that helped me buy it was so helpful as I am old and disabled and he was so kind and helpful. I got my regular comp man to install it for me and he was most impressed with the computer and its value. He says he has other customers looking for a good deal so no doubt you will be hearing from him,Once again it is so nice to get good service

I ordered the Mass Effect i5 3470 PC with a few tweaks to replace an ageing Dell Dimension. It arrived sooner than expected and runs brilliantly. Was the best price I could find - good range of options for the custom build allowing you to pick exactly what is required. I would definitely use DinoPC again.

Great service, great prices.
Having never bought a PC online before I was hesitant to trust DinoPC despite a recommendation from a friend. I did lots of searching and read lots of reviews for Scan, PCspecialist and DinoPC. All 3 companies have good and bad reviews so in the end I decided to go with my friend's recommendation since I would be covered for problems if buying by debit/credit card. I ordered the Fabro i5 3470 with extra customisations bringing the overall price to about £600. The website was easy to use and gave detailed descriptions of each component and the whole system was very reasonably priced.
I ordered the PC on the Wednesday and by next Wednesday it had arrived, this was on the normal delivery option, well packaged with an inner box then air cushions and a much larger outer box. The system was in perfect working order and I have been using it for a week with no problems.
It's hard to overlook the negative reviews for any company, especially when you're unsure of their trustworthiness and I'd say if something's going to go wrong with any of the custom build pc sites it's going to be a bit of a hassle to sort out since they don't just have stores for you to walk into, however I'm glad I took a chance with DinoPC because they delivered excellent price, service and delivery times.

Good quality build and value with prompt delivery.
It's best to do a little research first if you want to change specification. Making sure that components work and compliment each other. For example, sata3 drive would require sata3 on the motherboard to get full speed but still works on sata ll, just a tad slower. Upgraded graphics may also need a better PSU. If in any doubt phone DinoPC who will be happy to advise. Good products, value and quick delivery. A word of advise. If you require a particular graphics card, make ect. Ring them first.( a preferred option would be a good idea). Your pc comes with os (official Windows disc) and most drivers installed. Not all software is installed so you may need to do this yourself. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using DinoPC again. Thank you.

Good selection, good prices and delivered ahead of schedule
I could'nt live with the increasing complaints about the slow speed of my old but upgraded Gateway G6-450 any longer, I chose to replace it with a customised Dino Fabro 3470 which was FedEx'd to me in good condition ahead of the quoted date.
The goods were well packaged and once I got my head around Windows 8 and configured my wireless router the pc has performed faultlessly, a good choice I think and no regrets so far.

Feel like a child again at Christmas with my new purchase - chuffed to bits
At this stage I am more than satisfied with the product I purchased and the speed of the delivery.
Any time I email Dino PC with any query I may have they always reply promptly.
When FEDEX delivered my product, I checked the box for damage as advised in the e mail I received from Dino PC following confirmation of my purchase.
The packaging was in immaculate condition with no visible sign of damage.
Upon opening the package I was impressed with the way it was packed and protected.
I again checked the boxes containing the Base unit, keyboard, mouse and any other items I ordered.
Again all in immaculate condition with no visible sign of damage.
Having turned on my new computer I was immediately impressed with the load / boot up speeds (Super quick)
I quickly downloaded Tomb Raider which came free with the package I ordered and was blown away by the Graphics and smooth frame rate.
I compared the graphic’s quality on my computer next to my Son’s version on his PS3 ( No comparison ) I have been a console gamer all of my life and with just this one game I am now converted from a console gamer to a PC gamer, I had not realised what I was missing out on.
Can’t wait to play Dishonoured, Diablo3 and Batman on my new machine.
My dealings with Dino PC so far have been excellent so many thanks, and I am more than happy to recommend you to anyone who is considering purchasing a new computer.

Excellent Service
Fast efficient service, very pleased with my new PC, easy to select all features via webpage, good selection of features but dont need to pay for bits of kit not required.
System was built and delivered in 4 days! Plugged it in and powered it up and running. No salesman hassle like high street stores trying to sell me a bag which I dont want, just prompt service. Oh the price, for the high spec of kit I have bought the price is excellent, same price as what other outlets are charging for bottom of range stuff, Good Value.
Will definitely use Dino PC again.

Very impressed but would have liked a little more communication.
Can't fault DinoPC for their prices, website is pretty clear and user friendly, and the system, when received, was excellently packaged, in perfect condition, and extremely well built. I was actually staggered by how TIDY the interior was, and I've had custom PC's built before, by professionals, that looked nowhere near as good.
Everything was set up and ready to run, as would be expected. No problems with the "plug'n'play". One thing I would love, especially as I am considering purchasing again with Dino, is if, during the customisation process, you provide the option to specify drive partitioning - a terabyte HDD is great until you try to defrag it all at once, and it would be much easier for you guys to set up partitions during initial install than it is for the customer to scratch Windows and start again.
I would have also liked to have heard a little more about just where my order was - I found that nine days after placing the order, even taking in to account that it was a Saturday it was submitted, I was a little miffed to have heard nothing, especially with the one week turnaround option. I know things like this can be a logistical nightmare for companies, but an automated email to say the system is being built / has been built / is awaiting dispatch, would have been fantastic.
All in all though, I will be back at DinoPC soon.
