Ordered on a Tuesday evening, hoping delivery might be before the weekend.
Delivery was on the next Monday. Communication was very good though, got an email stating what day and time delivery would be.
Excellent quality product for a very good price.
I received my order ref number stating the item was out of stock even though it was showing as in stock on the website. I waited a couple of week to see if it would arrive. However upon non-receipt of the product, I have tried to communicate via email and phone (phone messaged stated 'temporarily out of service', and I am still waiting for either a reply to one of my numerous emails, refund or product!!
Easy to use website, the part was the cheapest around. Easy ordering and the part was easy to fit and did what it said it would, would use again.
The part I ordered was a replacement for the previous generation EP range,
the new one simply fitted on the existing baclplate no need to any re wiring.
Would recommend the part and the seller to anyone.
When I ordered I quickly received an email to confirm payment. However, in spite of a couple of emails I never received confirmation of the order itself. It was only when the item reached my postbox that I was able to relax. Not very good methinks.
Taking the day off work to await my order. I called to see if I could get a ETA, only to be told, Oh just as well you called, your order is out of stock and won't be available until mid January. Don't know when they were going to inform me of this. Order cancelled and refund given (quickly). Lesson learned!!! :-( . I might have even waited till mid January if I was indeed told this in the first place.

I ordered some stuff on 20th Nov. Delivery promised for 28th Nov (today). By 2pm stuff hadn't turned up so phoned as advised by the delivery confirmation email. Bloke on other end of phone said he'd contact the delivery driver and either phone or email with an update. It's 5 o'clock now and guess what - not a dicky bird. I paid for this stuff to be delivered. Having waited 8 days for these stock items and stayed in all day today I''m well miffed so, once bitten, twice shy - I won't be coming back here again anytime soon.

I have ordered a product from your company and paid in advance with credit card since 10 days ago and still to date i have no delivery and no written communication what so ever as what is happening with the order.

Arrived, but after 4.30pm
I purchased a new central heating programmer from Discounted Heating, as my old one had given up the ghost. I did a search on line and found them to be, by far, the cheapest for my required item. I placed an order on the 19 November and they advised me by Email that it would be delivered on 25 November, which it did. What more can you ask.
Website was easy to use and informative, they emailed in good time to give the date of delivery and even a number to phone if delivery didn't come by 2pm. But it did, all in one piece, and the chap didn't fuss about my unwrapping it to make sure before I signed for it. Faultless.
The first time I have used this company, Concerned at first as the money was taken out of my account and the goods were out of stock. but was reassured by the way the company kept me informed by E mail. The goods were promptly sent to me when they were back in stock. So keen pricing and prompt service means I will use discount heating again.
Ordered a replacement heating controller, described perfectly and despatched within 2 days of order. Goods arrived well packaged and exactly as described, installed without issue. Excellent serivce. Would definitely reecommend.
After I placed my order online, they told me delivery would be 8 days from ordering because they don't hold any stock so I had to cancel as needed the taps quickly. They were rude about refunding me and then hung up whilst I was still talking
Purchased a mixer tap which was delivered OK but after fitting it appeared to have a machining fault. Awaiting a replacement which was readily agreed to on an exchange basis. I am not looking forward to having to remove the "faulty" product and fitting a replacement later this week - it will probably take me half a day when I should be gardening instead!!
We needed a new boiler and needed it in a hurry. Phoned Discounted Heating on Monday and spoke to the adviser. We had a plumber available for Saturday so we needed the boiler delivered by Friday. Discounted Heating took note of the urgency of the delivery and we had a delivery man knocking on our door at 8:30 on Friday morning. Excellent service!
Goods were ordered as in stock. Delivery date was advised by email as 6 days after order date. Delivery did not arrive. Called Customer Services the next day and were told it would be delivered that day. Still not arrived but this survey request did.
Called Customer Services again (Saturday) but no one in until Monday. No idea when goods will arrive. This is not good for our business.
placed an order for over a thousand pounds 9 days ago received no confirmation of order in fact no communication what so ever rang up after 6 days to be told would here something on Friday but nothing yet what can I say but getting worried now
I ordered a dimplex panel heater 15/11/13 and did not receive confirmation or delivery date. Eventually received ref number and told that my order would be processed soon which would not take long. This is now 22/11/13 and I still have not had any info other than that the company has been taken over. Am very concerned as I have already had my Barclaycard bill for this. This is my first "shopping on line" which does not bode well.
Hope the new company get their act together soon.
After researching the part that I needed on the internet I decided to order from Discounted Heating. I had some issues with the website which took me to the wrong page of detailed information for the item that I needed but the price was right and the check-out process simple.
I was convinced that something on the site had told me that the item was in stock but that may have been another site that I was looking at. Anyway, it turned out not to be which only became apparent when I got an update to my order on the day I was expecting to receive it! I contacted the company and they offered an immediate refund - which was good - but I decided to stick with it.
I was given a new estimated delivery date at that time but I was then informed (in good time) that it was still not available from the distributors. The item finally turned up around two weeks later than expected. It was exactly what I needed, was well packed, and shipped overnight.
SO, a mixed review. On the plus side, the item was as described, well packed, at a competitive price and, following an initial hiccup, the communication regarding the state of my order was good; on the negative side, they did not have the item in stock, the initial communication could have been a bit more timely and the website has a wrong link.
Would I deal with them again? Probably - as long as the price is right I can put the negatives down to bad luck which could happen to anyone so I would give them a second chance.
Good product list, first choice for me from now on regarding their stock. Their delivery charges need to be clarified though. I paid a "special" delivery of £25 for a sink (dunno what exactly "special" means in this context), then an hour later was called by a representative who charged me an extra £18 (her communications were unclear....she mentioned £18 at first, then when I pointed out I had ordered 2 items separately and enquired if I would be charged again, she came back to me with a £40 figure; then a charge of £18 appeared on my card statement....I'm still not sure I won't be charged again when my delivery date approaches)
